He has a fantastic bedside manner, he is very easy to talk to and always expresses genuine concern for our health and welfare.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Oteyza is Literally the BEST doctor I have EVER dealt with in mine Or my daughters Whole life. She is Extremely kind, considerate, & caring. She has ALWAYS gone above & beyond to make SURE I know that my daughters health is her number one concern. Even when my daughter was a baby & Dr. Oteyza was away on paternity leave & my daughter recieved a head injury so I took her to the ER to make Sure she was ok. Well Dr. Oteyza STILL called me the next morning worried about her & wanted to make sure she was ok. I was Shocked to know she was away on vacation due to just having a baby & Still checking in on the health & safety of her patients!! I knew from that point on she wasn't like Any other doctor I've dealt with. & no matter how Many times I've been in there for my daughter (now 13yrs old) she has ALWAYS FULLY listened to my / my daughters concerns, Never rushed us or made us feel like she's tryina get us out the door so she can get on with her day. She Kindly & FULLY explains Everything to Both of us & Always answers Any questions we have. I FULLY & HIGHLY RECOMMEND her as the BEST doctor I've EVER had. I Only wish ALL doctors would like her, cuz then people Wouldn't hate going to the hospital so much or be worried their concerns are gonna be ignored so why waste the time. I would give Dr. Oteyza a 20 out of 10, because she ALWAYS goes Above & beyond for us!! She is Amazing!!

Experiencia negativa: Dear Kaiser I would like you and the rest of the world to know the doctor Jennifer Monroe in OB/GYN dept in Fairfield. Ca is a complete failure. My daughter has been in pain for 14 years and it’s getting worse both of us being told by Kaiser when was 12 she will grow out of it it’s ptsd !! Both of her grandmothers recently died of cancer , I have endometriosis and it’s very painful for me , my daughter has had every symptom for cancer and it’s being written off they refuse to test her or have preventive maintenance My daughter is 26 now I’ve been driving her to this this facility and emergency for years. I have personally left her Jennifer several messages , they have been ignored , she said claimed she sent my daughter a referral , my daughters called every day to find out today that the referral was never put in Jennifer. Monroe is the worst OB/GYN and the worst communicator is hard for me to believe she’s the manager of the department. Jennifer Monroe, please do your job or change your profession , I have dealing with Kaiser since she was a minor and she’s been in extreme pain every single month since we reported this situation when she was 12 . is no pain control? Nothing has been done. Have you looked in her file they wanted to disable her when she was 12 years old not sure if you’re aware of that, but you might wanna look in there it will be super helpful I thought I might take the time to explain all of this since you couldn’t call me back. It’s so hard to get a appointment between vacations honestly there is and has never been preventative care at the Fairfield facility for my daughter or we would not be dealing with this still 15 years later my daughters been left in pain and me dealing with it. She lost internships. She lost jobs and she stopped school over this all pain from the age of 12. This could have been prevented With a simple hormone test hello however my daughters just being ignored at this point it’s evident by the referral we were told she had and here it is months later and there is no referral that was ever put in so where is the where is the help? Where is the preventive maintenance? Where is the communication, I would really like to know why it’s not happening and we’re still in the same place we were when she was 12. We’re is the care where is preventive maintenance and As of this morning I called member services to see who the acting director or managing this Fairfiield Kaiser facility on Gateway I have often asked this question in past years but no answer ever after spending two hours on the phone with Amy from member services She’s sending a message to her manager this morning because there is no director real manager running Fairfiield Kaiser Permanente facility on gateway no one overseas it . She said it is literally the acting practicing doctor that is the manager of each department that runs each department for the facility. Wow really . I feel that is so unethical !!! I thought in the state of California we had to have assigned Medical directors overseen medical facilities. At least that is my knowledge with the college of surgeon s , What happened to that? Can someone please answer me this question.id like to share that Oakland has a chronic pelvic pain office. We go to Oakland now where they’re actually doing their job and they have specialist. It shouldn’t have taken 14 years to get referred to a specialist. This Fairfiield Kaiser Permanente office is dysfunctional

I have an idea, how about you pay me 1700.00 per month and then charge you more for every reminder, email and text you send me Anyway, Drs at Kaiser need to have more time with their patients and not have to see 30+ patients a day. That’s just greed.

Called to the exam room very shortly past the appointment time, less than five minutes for smiles, BP, and temp. Dr. Redwood arrived and told me I looked great. I believe everything she says. We went over my situation, she made a few salient recommendations that I take to heart. When it was time to say "See ya," I felt like I'd had a pleasant visit with an old friend who always provides astoundingly good advice.

Kaiser is just all about money and the employees who don't care about the patients that come through their doors are only there for a pay check. Health care is NOT the same. I would only give 5 stars to Dr. Macapal. If you're looking for a genuine doctor that cares about your child, he is your doctor. Other than that, if you are no longer a child, Kaiser doesn't care about you! Good luck with your health if you stay with Kaiser. We've decided to get out of Kaiser and go elsewhere. Run away from Kaiser.

The Optician was personable, guided me through my choice for progressive lens options, did not push the most expensive, but rather what would work best for me, given my history. They also have a 30 day period in which I can switch out what I choice for another option. She also helped me decide between the two frames I couldn't make a choice between.

He is proactive in scheduling me in for an appointment the very next day based upon my test results. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Experiencia fantástica: I wasn't expecting to get the hip joint shot that day, but the doctor was able to accommodate me and the nurse pra toner did an excellent job, I hope to return to get the other hip done... guess what I'm doing to day wearing healed boots and loving it not much pain and steady sturdy walking. I was opting for knee shots, true the knees are bone to bone but the hips are really the problem, not the knees. Thank you for my visit I appreciate my doctor and the nurse practioner that assessed and gave the shot. They both did a great and timely job, and I am walking in heals ; something I haven't done in ages. Thank you God bless and merry happy Christmas from me to all of the staff at family medicine.

Experiencia positiva: I just spent a great deal of time filling out a form to post and now you’re asking me to do it all over again. I am giving my therapist, Mariana, with Kaiser psychiatry department a 10 rating. That is also with the understanding that it took two years for Kaiser psychiatry Vacaville to correct the egregious harm that Adriana subjected me to buy her extreme negligence as the head of psychiatry in Vacaville. She took three weeks to get me an appointment during a suicidal crisis I was experiencing at the time due to discovering the death of my 25 year old son. I was assigned a well qualified therapist in Vacaville named Carol Swanson. I saw her for 16 weeks and she was instrumental in my recovery from my suicidal ideations. Due to Adriana’s clerical error, I was no longer allowed to see Carol Swanson! I put in two grievances to the grievance department to no avail. I put in a grievance to the grievance department through the membership department. It was finally the membership department approximately four months ago that I was finally able to get the treatment I am now receiving and I’m grateful for. Adriana needed to be fired, and no one was held accountable.

Note: I have been without health care for 11 months, so there was much to evaluate. Dr. Whitmore's follow-up on all my health parameters was stellar and quick (I was not expecting such a quick response with the diagnosis). I feel I am in good hands with Dr. Whitmore.
