Brad is so kind, knowledgeable and his aura provides a safe space where u can just relax and enjoy ur massage therapy to the fullest. Amanda has been the best because she recognized my pain when I first came in when no one else did. I started curled up in pain and she has helped me regain good posture and be able to live in less pain (if not pretty much gone). She listens to me and encourages me every time I'm there. I have also seen two other people, both have been great. I know that if I can't see Amanda, I could see someone else and receive the same treatment. These people care about you and aren't annoyingly positive, but more encouraging and hopeful for you. Their technique is unique to physical therapy and chiropractic (it isn't chiropractic, but they do some manipulation) because it lasts longer and you find relief. I can make it 6 to 7 weeks before I need to see her again (that's because I live 3 hours away and driving hurts my body). I recommend Bodyworks to everyone.

He knew exactly what I needed and both my strength and posture improved significantly in just a few weeks, more than I thought could be accomplished. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Experiencia fantástica: Many years ago, I had a back injury that had been lightly causing on and off issues for me. This injury came back to haunt me the summer of 2022. Knowing I needed to have surgery to repair the issues this time, I started at Bodyworks prior to surgery to keep me as limber as possible in my daily life. Drew at Bodyworks has helped me overcome many obstacles post-opt, which has helped me get back to my daily life activities. 7 months ago, I was hardly baring any weight on my right leg, and today as I type this I am back to light exercise and riding my horses 5 days a week. Drew is very analytical with his patients, making sure all the body movements are functioning properly, not just the one piece that you originally came in for. All the staff at Bodyworks are friendly and accommodating, making you feel welcome. Their goal is to get you back to 100% and on with life, which is so refreshing! After only a couple of months with Nicole, my hand is stronger than ever and I'm feeling back to normal already. We're continuing to work on my arm and shoulder and have already made great progress on that. No matter what I bring her, she's able to quickly diagnose the problem and decide on a treatment plan that feels better immediately and also empowers me to continue working on it at home. Nicole is a wonderful listener and I appreciate that she combines in-house techniques with at-home stretches and exercises so I feel like I can make progress on my own time as well as during my appointments with her. Most importantly, she gauges my progress and when she feels I've reached the point where my at-home stretches and exercises are the most helpful things I can be doing, she leaves it up to me whether to continue meeting with her or not. This gives me control over my own body as well as my time, and demonstrates that Nicole is a true professional, interested in helping people heal and move on with their lives rather than "tricking" them into coming back for appointments she knows they don't need. This kind of choice is a big reason I chose to continue seeing Nicole. It proved to me that she knows what she's doing and is always going to be truthful with me about what more can be done. I've been recommending Nicole to everyone I know because I think she might literally be magical. She's amazing and I look forward to continuing to work with her.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love Amanda! She seems to have a boundless supply of energy, listens patiently and her diagnosis/treatments have been spot on! My son was in an accident and fractured 7 bones on the left side of his body. A friend gave me the names of several therapists at Bodyworks that she has seen - I made an appointment with Amanda and I was very impressed! He recovered fully and has no limp or hitch in his step. When we were camping and I could hardly get out of bed because my back hurt so bad, I decided to see Amanda instead of a chiro. I had to wait about 2 weeks for an appointment with Amanda (I could have gotten in sooner with another therapist). At the appointment, I also mentioned that my knees had been hurting for a couple years, but I assumed they would just keep getting worse until I had to have surgery. Nope! I was wrong. Amanda explained what was wrong, realigned me, and gave me exercises to strengthen the weak muscles. My back pain disappeared quicker than the knee pain, but the knee pain was gone in 6 months and I'm thrilled!!! I continue to do the exercises once or twice a week (instead of daily) to keep pain free! This week I had my final appointment with Amanda for an impinged shoulder. It's not quite where we want it to be, but we both agreed that I don't need another appointment, I just need to keep doing the exercises and give it time to get back to normal. My daughter is a CNA and recently saw Amanda for lower back pain. She also showed her some ways to do her job with less stress on the back. In 3 appointments she is feeling good and she continues to do her stretching and strengthening exercises on her own. I highly recommend Amanda and Bodyworks!! Everyone I've seen has been friendly and personable. If Amanda wasn't available, I would still go to Bodyworks to see one of the other talented therapists.

I had a bone graft transplant in my hip and needed a lot of physical therapy to build up my strength again. She helped me with at home care, physical exercises and deep tissue therapy to get me back to my normal lifestyle. She guided me back to health and was so encouraging the entire way! I underwent a hardware removal surgery in the same hip a couple years later and, of course, went back to Amanda for more PT! Experiencia fantástica: I cannot even begin to describe how amazing bodyworks PT was for me. She, a lifesaver. I wish I would have known about them a long long time ago. I was referred to them during my 5th pregnancy several months ago and I was having very severe lower back pain. I could hardly walk and was seeing a chiropractor but seeing NO improvement. After seeing Amanda even just once I was very impressed. She was so incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that made complete sense as to why I was feeling the pain I was feeling. I continued to see her and could not believe the improvements. We eventually got to a point where my back pain is completely gone, in the third trimester even! She then released me and didn't try to convince me to "keep coming", which I find to be very ethical and uncommon in today's world. I ended up having a little bit more pelvic pain a month or so later and she got me right in and with one visit it was fixed! Unbelievable truly. I then went on to have my baby and was doing great until about a week postpartum when my back started hurting on the opposite side, most likely from compensating during pregnancy. I called back and was able to get in and with justju few visits the back pain is completely gone. So thankful. I have referred my family and friends to her and they have been so impressed as well! Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Bodyworks after a concussion and shoulder pain I had after a snowmobile accident. After trying various methods of treatment with other medical providers, I finally found the solution to my pain. From physical therapy and dry needling, I no longer suffer. The staff there work together as a team to help you.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at Bodyworks Physical Therapy has greatly improved my quality of life. I have suffered for years with osteoarthritis in my knees, feet and lower back. I worked with Amanda to alleviate symptoms and strengthen my muscles to support my joints. She is an expert at diagnosing dysfunctions that are causing specific pain. She supported me through my attempts to prolong surgery with alternative injections but ultimately encouraged me through knee replacement surgery. My recovery has been amazing thanks to our hard work together. She motivated me to do my exercises and I looked forward to my visits. I am now able to walk with my dog one to two miles every day with no pain.

I don't know how they do it, they move muscles or something and put things back where they're supposed to be in your body, they are miracle workers. I have chronic problems since a horse fell on top of me and broke my back.
