Experiencia negativa: Amazing how poor the communication is here simply trying to get a monthly membership. Multiple times I called and stopped in for onboarding. Every time I was told they had open schedules pretty much any morning before 11am. Stopped in multiple times only to be told they had nothing that day, but to stop the next day. Was told yesterday, “sorry but we happen to have classes today, but we will have time anytime tomorrow before 5pm”. Didn’t take my name or number, again. Started to head there today but decided to call on my way to be sure. Guess what, NOTHING available today! So, again, from, “come back ANYTIME tomorrow before 5pm”, to calling them at 10am the next day, only to be told that they had NOTHING available at ALL today, all day!. After 6 tries to join their $110/mo gym, I decided I wasn’t interested anymore. ‍♂️

Experiencia fantástica: Kasendra is amazing at her job. The staff is very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Apex for your physical therapy needs. They have an amazing gym also to help with stengthing.

Each session spent with patients is personalized to their specific concerns while providing reasoning and explanation to help further understand a condition or exercise of concern to guide patients on the road to recovery. Apex Physical Therapy & Wellness Center therapists are very knowledgeable on many different diagnoses and conditions, but they keep your concerns and interests at their highest priority!

Experiencia fantástica: Working with Apex has been a wonderful experience. Both my son (11 months) and myself (30) have received craniosacral treatment at Apex with Katie. She is amazing! She is kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She worked wonders with my son and had him crawling after his first treatment. She has helped me immensely with pain from a chronic condition. I 100% recommend Apex and Katie for craniosacral therapy, especially for kiddos and those with chronic health conditions.

Experiencia fantástica: Julia has help me tremendously!! I went to Apex as a last resort for my migraines. She has help cut my headaches to over half of what it was thru cranial sacral massage. I would have 1-3 migraines a WEEK thru. After seeing Julia this has been cut down to 0-1 a MONTH. Thru my journey with Julia she also said I needed lymphatic drainage so that was incorporated into our sessions and I firmly believe this is what has turned me around. I recommend cranial sacral massage/lymphatic drainage to anyone who has trouble!! Thank you Julia for what you have done for me!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Wondering if you could post directions on how to use the TV’s? And maybe some rules (like no changing the channel 8am-5pm), or whatever. How to find some of the main channels people might want? (NBC, abc, CBS, etc)

I found both Lucas and Travis to be extremely professional and competent as well as very focused on providing care personalized for my injury. Their approach has resulted in an almost total absence of pain and I very much appreciate the strength building exercises that they gave me to prevent further injury down the road.

Experiencia fantástica: Knowing I would need PT after shoulder surgery I checked out different sights & Apex came out at the top. I have been seeing Aaron since the end of May & I am very well pleased with the PT I am receiving from him. They made it easy to set up appt's by allowing me to schedule a few before surgery so I would have them in place after surgery, less to worry about. I still have more PT to go for my shoulder and if I should need it for something else I would recommend Aaron Sorvig. He is very pleasant and a very good physical therapist.

Experiencia fantástica: I had surgery from a triple ankle fracture and had worked with a PT at a different business and was not seeing much for results in the two+ months there. After being referred to Apex and working with Aaron, I saw immediate results with my swelling going down and more movement. Highly recommend Apex, top notch care, technology and support.

Experiencia fantástica: Life changing! The knowledge and up to date, modern knowledge of the therapists here is incredible. Especially for women (in my opinion because I am female) Simple things in life we think we have to deal with such as IBS, bladder leakage, swelling of limbs etc are not necessarily things we just have to “deal” with in life because they have the knowledge to assist our bodies relieving some of these issues. I’ve learned so much about my body since becoming a patient here. They have truly changed my life!

I have seen Kayla twice, once for women's health during pregnancy and a few years later when I injured my knee. She is very knowledgable and takes the time to understand what is going on to set up the best plan for each individual. They also recently added the E-Gym which is great and makes working our more efficient and game like.

I have seen Kayla for a few things and I have always gotten great results! Actually, the entire staff here is awesome!!! They even have their own E-GYM which “knocks them out of the park”!!! I love working out here in their supportive and calm environment too. If you are looking for a great place to workout, or if you want help with what ever your body needs, you won’t regret trying out this Apex location.

As a male suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction for over a decade I’ve seen many physical therapists with middling results. It isn’t until I moved to the Fargo area and started working with Jill and Travis that I’ve begun to see promising results. I have no doubt they will get me back to normal, probably better! Anyone out there suffering from pfd I urge you to set up an appointment through apex. They will listen and cater your own personal road to recovery. Don’t be embarrassed either, it’s more common than you’d think and it’s nothing they haven’t seen and fixed

I feel very comfortable with the care I receive. The explanations of the procedures and home exercises have been easy to understand.

She is professional, caring, compassionate, and listens to my concerns. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The entire atmosphere of this facility is one of respect and caring, treating patients as family and not a number.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to the E-Gym for about 3 months now. Working a tech job, I want the best technology available - put that in gym form and you have Apex E-Gym. It takes all the thinking out of your work out - it tells you how many reps, it sets the weight, it prompts you to do strength tests, the machine basically does it all minus you using your muscles. I don't have to keep track of anything, minus actually getting to the gym 3 times a week and doing the circuit twice per visit. It tracks your progress along the way and you regularly check in to do body scans when reaching the end of a program. The only thing I'd add is 1) another treadmill at this location and 2) E-Gym integration with FitBit (I'm sure that is on their product roadmap).
