Experiencia fantástica: Front desk staff is helpful and welcoming. All of the physical therapists are friendly and knowledgeable. The gym is a calm and clean place to work out. Even when it's busy there is room for your workouts and lots of machines and equipment to get your lift done!

Experiencia fantástica: I went into Total Balance skeptical as I had tried physical therapy before and had a bad experience. My pain never went away and they weren't clear about my treatment plan. Total Balance is totally different. At my assessment visit, I was taking max pain killers, still in pain, and pretty hopeless. Within 1 week under their care, my lower back pain was gone! My si joint pain is a little more stubborn, but it wasn't long before I wasn't taking pain meds anymore. Amber and James focused on identifying my weak areas needing strengthening, and they also helped with my sensitivity through hands on therapy. I liked that they were open to trying different things including dry needling, massaging, strengthening, and manipulation. At one point during my strengthening my muscle was "jumping" for a few days. It definitely needed to be strengthened! They helped me through this process by being consistent with scheduling, having clear objectives and keeping the workout fun. I was encouraged to learn the exercises so I could complete them at home as well. After graduation, I now have $25 worth of equipment at home and the knowledge to do my workouts on my own which they helped to teach me. Most of my workouts were done with Amber who is a great conversationalist and makes the day go fast! She also spends time discussing your concerns, identifying what will help you, and encouraging you. I highly recommend Total Balance!

I really feel like he listens to me and what is going on with the pain in my foot and was able to find new ideas or solutions to try that could help my pain. He does research outside of our sessions to continue learning about my specific issue and new ways to help resolve it. I also started working with Claire for personal training and it has been awesome. She is great about making accommodations for me with some exercises that I am working on building up to. I can't say enough good things about Total Balance Physical Therapy and Fitness 52nd Ave. location in Fargo! They are all just wonderful and welcoming and have made me feel special everyday I am there! Would recommend everyone to check them out!!

I appreciate that he explains the whys of the exercises and movements I am asked to do and asking how I'm doing along the way while adding new exercises to challenge me. The staff at the 52nd street location are very welcoming and make it alot of fun to be there. 100% recommend!

I have seen him for SI fusion and scoliosis pre surgical requirements along with neck and headache symptoms. I love doing CrossFit which he also understands and does too. My overall health is better and stronger because of his knowledge and skills.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been so impressed with the south Fargo facility and staff. RUSSELL always makes me feel welcome and is helpful and knowledgeable if I have any questions. This place is THE BEST. It is so comfortable here and even has A VIEW. I have been to other gyms in the area but they just don't have the same appeal. In addition, James is available to help with any of your physical therapy needs. Amber also assists with your functional goals. I enjoy the smaller, less crowded environment with all the equipment I enjoy.

Experiencia negativa: This gym is too small and I found noisy at night. I don't find it safe because don't have anyone monitoring place. The front desk person doesn't greet customer at least I come almost every.day and she never greet me. She could be train on customer service. When I brought the music issue to them she act like it no big deal and show more empathy. The place is crowded not enough room to do physical exercise. There is not enough privacy.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about my personal training experience with trainer Amber. She is very personable and motivating. You can tell that she cares about her clients, meeting them where they’re at skill-wise and building up from that. I have knee weakness from a previous knee injury, and she helped me build back my stability first to allow me to appropriately strengthen my knees without reinjuring them. HIGHLY recommend her as a trainer, especially if you have previous injuries as she is has the physical therapy background.

Experiencia fantástica: Total Balance South Fargo location is the best place ever for therapy. I had a Total Hip done on Jan.5th, but prior to that I did a month with of therapy which was the best thing I ever did, to get some strength back in that leg. Then after Surgery I went back to Amber Richards who Dr Mathias new of and was glad I was going to her. She already knew what I could do before surgery, so she knew what I needed to do to get back to normal. I started out going 3 days aweek for awhile then dropped to 2 days aweek. I can't praise them enough on the how GREAT and AWESOME of a experience it was. When I went in for my 3 week check with Dr. Mathias he was at aw that I came in with no walker or a cane. Which I only used for about 3 days after surgery. I highly encourage anyone needing Therapy to go to Total Balance South Fargo location behind Franks Bar to go here you will be amazed how Great they are. Amber will help you get better and so will James. Thanks to all for the Best Therapy Ever. I will continue to go there on my own just to keep me going.

You can get in get your workout done without down time of waiting for machines. The gym is always clean and picked up. No matter what your fitness level is you are always made to feel welcome. Lease was up and never notified me I was paying for more than sex months without entering the door. She locked the keys and charged me for a 2 months all I can say is BAD
