Experiencia fantástica: Kyle was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was thorough, personable, kind, and friendly. Scheduling was easy and he worked with me on times to get in. I never felt uncomfortable or judged- if something hurt or I couldn't do it, he modified it or changed the exercise. He gave me different exercises to continue at home and when my knee was no longer having pain, I received home stretches/exercises to continue so that I didn't need to come back. I additionally had some dry needling done which was amazing. I highly recommend Kyle to anyone needing PT!

Experiencia fantástica: There is much to appreciate about Recharge. It's convenienty located inside the Courts Plus building, where a lot of people, including me, work out. (But anyone can enter the building to visit the therapists.) Tara and Kyle are super friendly, listen well, very knowledgeable. Several months ago, I developed a Baker's Cyst at the back of one knee. Kyle's varied treatments, plus the exercises he gave me to do at him, completely took care of it. It is entirely gone and I can jog again, pain-free!

It just makes sense to receive therapy where the equipment and tools will forever be available to you. What has sealed the deal for me is the excellence of care that I am receiving from Kyle Knutson. In the past year and a half I had a hip replacement and more recently an L1 spinal fracture. Thanks to Kyle and his therapy approach personalized to me, I have absolutely NO PAIN and I am growing stronger every day. Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend Dr. Tara. I struggled with arch pain while snowboarding and couldn't find the right inserts. She noticed my feet/arch fell inward while standing due to flexibility and she fitted me with custom inserts that I will now also wear in my everyday shoes because they ended up aligning my whole lower body when standing!
