I was seeking a holistic approach to adrenal fatigue and high cortisol.it took 3 months to get an appointment scheduled for my PCP, but I got in to All Seasons right away, I was really impressed with the initial assessment. They do a high tech scan that shows the variation in the spine, assessed my strength in multiple ways, posture and gait assessment, and took the time to sit down with me and discuss functional medicine options. Every time I have had an email or text correspondence it has been very prompt. I have chosen to get regular chiropractic care for maintenance and would highly recommend. I feel like I am listened to. The appointments are time efficient, I don’t feel rushed and I don’t feel like I’m there forever. I would encourage anyone to check them out.

In the past 20 years or so, I have seen multiple doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists to see if they are able to address my shoulder pain. None of them were able to correct my shoulder weakness. Recently I injuried my right shoulder once more while weight lifting. I decided to give Dr. Bekkum a try. He was able to get my shoulder back to no pain status in a few weeks. I understand that my right shoulder will never be 100% like new; however, I sincerely appreciate Dr. Bekkum's knowledge and technique. I plan on continuing seeing him whenever I have issues with any joints on my body.

Experiencia negativa: Was going here for a couple years going great. Professional and attentive. There was an issue with my billing where they said I owed a certain amount. I was a little confused as I use two insurances and have never had a bill to pay. When I was signing in and it told me to talk to the front desk, I said I wasn't expecting a bill and she was very rude about it right away saying she'd have to send to collections. After finding a message thread between me and the front desk a few months prior, I showed them the message where they told me I had so many free visit allowed still. They said they'd look into it. I called here and there for the next two months and was told they were still looking into it. 6 months later, no call, no update. Very disappointed as it took a long time to find a chiropractor I was comfortable with and now I gotta find someplace new.

Experiencia fantástica: My favorite chiropractic office in Fargo - I have tried three. The chiropractor that I get treatment from is Josh and he was extremely caring and thorough in his work. Josh pays attention to how muscular issues can also have an impact on areas of discomfort. This is key in achieving overall health. My typical treatment involves a fair amount of massage and of course spinal and extremity realignments. I always feel better after an appointment with Josh. The staff is very friendly and I am achieving better health after starting my treatment here. Be sure to put in the work and follow the advice of chiropractors. Perform stretches, exercises to balance muscle groups, and pay attention to your posture.

Experiencia negativa: Beware any place that pays you or discounts your service in exchange for good reviews. I'm literally paying extra to let you know you should go elsewhere. The chiropractor got on top of me several times in failed attempts to crack my back. Charging over 200 dollars a visit was too much considering an obvious lack of knowledge. The worst part was the "massage" table that was the same quality as what you'd find in the mall. Since I stopped going I managed to find another place right down the street that can actually adjust my back without any Male on Male intimacy and my insurance covers everything but $20

On my very first visit over a year ago he explained to me the way everything in your body worked and why he does things the way he does. For the first time I actually felt like I got something out of my appointment. He doesn't focus on just one area but you're whole body every time and it's awesome. Definitely recommend him!

Just by doing a few stretches and watching me walk he told me exactly what he thought was wrong. I scheduled an appointment with him where he used some machines to find out more, only to find out what he originally thought was right on. I was up and going in no time with no pain. I had spent many dollars other places, trying to get relief. I could tell a huge difference from just even my first visit with Dr. Paul. I won't go to anyone else.

Experiencia fantástica: I found this guy online when I was new to Fargo. The name of the facility was the first thing that caught my eye. I had just had my second son and my body was screaming in pain. Dr. Bekkum was able to show me the stress that I was carrying in my back that was causing a lot of the pain I was having. Through several sessions he was able to alleviate alot of it. I'm so thankful and grateful of his practice. It's been several years since I was there and now expecting another baby, and feeling the stress in my body. I think it's time I start the sessions again. Again, very grateful for this practice , new technology that allows them to pinpoint the areas of stress that the body feels and needs relief of and solid recommendations on nutrition and how to feed the muscles and joints while working out to lessen the stress that it causes on the body.

Experiencia fantástica: I was taking Sumatriptan at least twice a day and sometimes more for headaches. The PCP advised I was taking meds for headaches way to much, so I made an appointment with Dr Victoria. Dr Victoria did a scan/exam to evaluate and the visual for me was great. I have been seeing her a couple of months and the headaches have decreased and second scan/exam was much improved. Dr Victoria is so personable I consider her a friend. The girls at the front desk have gone way beyond the call of duty for me. I am new to Fargo and the girls in the front have printed me maps given veribal directions to get around. The exercises are also great Dr Victoria has given me. Great place to get healthy without popping prescription drugs or meds in general.

I've had ongoing neck and back pain for no real reason, sometimes I would just reach into the backseat of my car and my neck would twist, suddenly I had 2 weeks of pain and couldn't turn my neck at all! After only THREE visits, THREE! I was adjusted just right and didn't have neck/back pain for over a year! One day the stiffness came back and I didn't mess around this time, I called immediately and was seen in 2 hours. Good as new! I'm really so grateful that my first chiropractic experience was a home run. Every time I go there I learn something new.
