Experiencia negativa: One of the worst places I have ever seen. Was dirty, the food was sad. My animals get better food than what they served. The staff couldn't work any slower or they just didn't care. Waited a hour and 15 minutes for them to fi ally answer a call to turn off the beeper. Ask for a wash cloth to wash up and received one the next day. Famous last words were we will bring you one when we come back. We'll didn't come back. Lord I feel sorry for anyone that has to put their love one in there.

Experiencia negativa: I’m currently Looking for placement for my Love one. The staff are disrespectful and so nonchalant about everything. NO!!! Regard for human life,rights or anything else. I’ve been waiting for someone from Administration to contact me, and nothing as yet. so I have no choice but to seek Legal representation after this facility.

Experiencia negativa: I fell at this facility 2 times and was hurt so bad I had to have surgery .. no one ever turned in the papers for workman's comp so I never got any pay for months ... when I came back on restrictions they promised I work be desk work only but it was all lies they cuts 37 jobs and made me do the positions that's were cut .. when I got sick from it they fired me while I was on doctors restrictions the residents don't get showers or have their clothes changed everyday if you family members need a place don't pick this one !! You will be sorry The therapy director is amazing as well as the central supply and activities does the best they can do with all the cuts in budget ... god bless and stay safe

Experiencia negativa: Please don’t send your loved ones here. The staff just does not care. Residents are left in rooms with urine on floors , after they were supposedly just cleaned, and your shoes stick to the supposedly clean floor. Fire alarms are hanging from the ceiling. Promises of meetings to address issues never happen after repeated calls asking why we haven’t been called back. Director of Nursing is more concerned with how she looks to the state than the residents. Residents alert calls not answered promptly, residents told they have to sit in urine/ feces till they have time for them. The staff sits around desks a lot.. there is more, but I’ll leave this here. The PT team though is very responsive and active with the residents and their families. They also give you honest input. Wish I could do a separate review for them.

Experiencia negativa: The D.O.N is very rude I seen her talk to a lady so nasty one day I was there if it was me I would have been In jail it’s nasty and it stink the 3rd floor is a mess all you see when you go up there is cna’s at the desk on the phone and dnt even look up to speak….

Experiencia negativa: I’ve just experienced a very rude encounter with a woman named Diane. She’s the receptionist and I only asked to speak with a LPN for general questions and concerns and she was very and I mean very rude. I will be making a trip up there myself to talk to headquarters because if she is being rude like that there’s no telling if the staff is like that as well. smh the nursing industry is not what it use to be.

Experiencia fantástica: Hello Im talking on behalf of myself the activity department and their boss Tonia Roby I feel are great they've helped me a lot with getting a phone ,a tablet they helped me when I need somebody to talk to once in a while and I do participate in at least one or three of the activities around here these people are very great and I tell you what from The bottom of everything at the end of the day they're great

All I can say for this facility is; If anyone chooses to utilize this facility, for a love one, or themselves, please report negative, and lack of inaccurate & inadequate treatment from staff. And if you have love ones residing here, please assure that you, and love ones, visit your parents, or whomever residing adult here, often, to witness how they are being cared for/ serviced. And if they are soundly in their right mind to speak, please ask how they are being treated when you, or love ones who visits, aren't present. Any type of mistreatment, or disrespect, such as their Alert/Call buttons, not being responded to in a reasonable time, their not being changed, washed, fed, treated, checked on, given their meds, or spoken to, in timely manners, as expected, or respectfully, please, please, report these things to the Head Corporate Comp. or the Director of the facility, or Director over the Nursing staff. Only way the proper change will occur..✝.

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for outstanding quality of life, this is the place. The way the staff positively interacts with the residents and do things like Prom with King and Queen, Prince and Princess, they do so much and more to enhance the well being of the residents.

Experiencia fantástica: It's now called Ascension Nursing Care. I visit my friend there Once every 2 Months. (Due To Cost Of Gas) I Used To Go Every Month. Clean Rooms, Good Staff, Easy To See From The Street. Clean Parking Lot. Good All Around Experience. They Still Do Temp Checks & Questionnaires.

Experiencia negativa: This place is a joke, Our Grandma was in there for 100 days with no recovery but bed sore all over body, She went in here walking she had to be rescued due to lack of care,lack of cleaning,lack of rehabilitation!!! Stay away from this place!!!!

Experiencia negativa: My stepfather is there now. He lies in his own urine for hours and is supposed to be changed every 2 hours. He doesn't get put in bed at night, he gets left in a chair. Other patients that can't feed themselves sometimes don't eat because staff won't feed them. Terrible place. State needs to investigate this place.

Experiencia fantástica: Every Month, I go there and visit a friend. (Even when they were in lockdown) For several months, they were locked down, due to the Covid pandemic. They just opened back up to the public. I was finally able to visit her face to face again. They do test your temperature, now. It's a very nice place, easy to see from the street. Friendly, helpful receptionist and Staff. I'm glad she's in good, caring hands at Mission Point.

Experiencia negativa: My grandmother went here for rehab on her knee a few years ago and had an incident where she needed to go back to the hospital. staff said the doc would be here in the morning and that if we remove her that she couldn't come back. So we left her there and she died. While I was visiting her I had to repeatedly ask the nurse to help her to the bathroom and after an hour or so my mother showed up to take her. We got the state involved and they found that they were under staffed and made them hire people. So they put a now hiring sign out front and left it for what seemed like a year so it looked like they were going to fix the issue. Again this was years ago so they could have new management by now. Just be careful where you place your elders

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a resident since May 4th, at Heritage Manor Rehab Center in Flint Mi. I really like it a lot. The people.,the food and of course the Rehab dept because they are getting me back on my feet.I would highly recommend this place.
Experiencia fantástica: I was very impressed with the staff at this Skilled Nursing Facility. The purposeful interaction that I see the staff have with the patient residents is unique. The team at Heritage Manor shows acts of kindness regularly so the patient feels recognized and important. The facility is very clean, well staffed, and managed well. The entrance is secured and monitored. The physical therapy team works to rehab patients to restore them to the highest level possible for the individuals best quality of life. The clinical team treats the body and the heart of the patient. This is a facility with excellent care and possitive energy.

Experiencia fantástica: My dad is here for hospice care. While visiting him he said to me, ‘the people here want you to be happy’. What more could any of us want in our last days- happiness. I have found all of the staff to be very friendly and personable. They help make these difficult days a little brighter. In the few weeks he has been there the staff has learned our names. He has spent time in a different nursing home and he says this one is much better (and I agree.). He says the food is better and he feels like they respect him. We are grateful to the staff for all the smiles and all they do.

Experiencia fantástica: It is a pleasure working at Heritage Manor. I enjoy working and caring for the resident's and their Family's. The Ambassador program is wonderful it gives me a chance to really get to know my residents and provide quality care.
Experiencia fantástica: The staff went the extra mile to make sure I felt welcome and safe. My private room was a clean and comfortable place to regain my strength after a long hospital stay. There are ample rehabilitative services available to residents, as well as an on site social worker to help with the transition home afterward. Family visitation is hassle free, which I found very helpful.

The one that stands out to the most is our current Director of Nursing. She is just AMAZING.She is honest,caring ,and very supportive. She promotes good quality care. She is a leader who makes sure things are moving in the right direction.She is a lady of character.She always puts others first. She is truly Amazing. It is an honor to be taking care of our residents side by side with her. There is no where else I would rather be.

My mom was in her final stages of dimensia when our family couldn't give her the skilled nursing care that she needed. The director and nursing director were very approachable. Experiencia fantástica: The facility is awesome. I am here for rehaband the staff receives 5 stars over all. When I arrived I was depressed and not feeling the best, I had just been in the hospital for a severe infection in my leg and I could not walk. When I met Steven from physical therapy during the interview I was a little set aside but he asked me what I wanted and I told him I wanted to be able to walk in2 weeks . He told me he could make it happen. When I arrived the entire staff was warm and and friendly. They talked to me like I was a person and not a patient . The physical therapy staff is awesome , Chirs, Diane , DANI, Katie, Robyn, Stepanie, Brittany, Trevor , Gina, Kumar, Valmshi, Vansnti, Steven I came here and I could not walk and now I’m up and mobile they have been like a second family they love their job and committed to help others. The nursing staff is great Robert , Diane, Nicol, Tanika and the arid always made sure I was good . Ms. Jill , Glenda, and Cindy Cash were among the greats . I believe they all deserve recognition for all the great work they do as well an Dania and the desk staff the social worker and administration. This facility is true top notch. They gave me my legs back and for that I am truely great full

Experiencia fantástica: During my mother’s stay, in the rehab suits, each one of the aides and nurses went over and beyond to give proper care. The therapy department did not give up on her; but challenge and encourage her to reach her potential. They have a great team! I highly recommend it!

Experiencia negativa: I honestly wouldn't even give this place one star but had to click the star to write a review!!! This place is disgusting and staff is unprofessional!!!! My mother in law was here a couple years ago after being on a ventilator for 2 months!!!! She fell out of bed the girls walked by and looked in and kept on walking left my mother in law on the floor.... we sat there for a few hours one day someone pulled there call light and they didn't get to that person for at least 30 to 45 minutes!!!!! I honestly don't see how they are up and running still.... very disappointed!!!
Experiencia negativa: My aunt is a resident here and is going to be pulled and sent somewhere better. The staff lies. Her health has regressed drastically. She is now incapable of any form of communication and is so weak she can't even lift her arm. A nurse called today saying she has a bed sore and has lost 10 pounds when 2 weeks ago her weight was supposedly "stable". I wish some of them people knew what it would be like to be some of the residents there and if you truly don't care that much go get a different job! Sorry excuse for a human.

I have shared many experiences with my residents and watched their grandkids grow up and great grandkids being born. They have become truly a part of my family. Coming to work is not an assignment it is a privilege for me. I love my job.

Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible. My dad is in there now. And we are pulling him out. Lazy staff, the food is horrible and cold. The poor residents just sit there all day with nothing to do..this place needs to be closed
Experiencia negativa: I wouldn't even give this place one star but u have to at least put one it probably one of the worse places to send your loved one a couple of me and my mom's friends went here and it is horrible the people are rude they don't take care of their patients it should be shut down I feel soo bad for the people who have to stay there permanently they look soo sad
Experiencia negativa: I hate that I even have to give this place a star. The caregivers don't seem to care about the patients. Everytime I have came here, the lady that I believe is the head nurse named Susan on floor 2 does absolutely nothing but sit at the computer, she never smiles, always looks angry, and has such an unpleasant attitude! The fact that the nurse left a woman who was screaming in pain, just literally left her there at the desk crying and screaming and both of the nurses at the desk on the computers including susan, did not even care to look up and ask if she was okay or even offer to help her. This place is a pathetic excuse for a facility. They don't seem to take their jobs seriously and i see and hear a lot more standing around and talking being done rather than taking care of their patients. And when a patient asks them for something they are almost always rude to them and seem to be too busy to help them. Alot of the people here seem very unhappy. It is very sad to see alot of these people look miserable. I'm not sure if it's the management or just the caregivers but it seems that something needs to change here. The only nurse on the 2nd floor that seems to know what she is doing is Serena.
Experiencia negativa: I visited my niece yesterday. It was her 3rd day of being there. She is blind and now is bedridden at this time. She was independent 3 weeks ago. She is given little information. Biggest issue is her medications. She received no meds the first evening she was there, pain medicine included. No pain med until about 9am the next day. Yesterday she requested Tylenol after PT. It was over 3 hours and 2 more requests before she received it. She has some caring people working with her. Others not so caring. I don't know where the problems lies, but this care is unacceptable. 8-30-16: It's now 10 days later and the care hasn't gotten any better. There was a meeting called by my niece with administration and staffing. I pray things get better. I have pity for those who do not have a voice to speak up. They aught to be ashamed.
Experiencia negativa: This place is one of the most unprofessional LTC facilities that I have ever come across!! Upon admission my husband's scripts weren't sent to the pharmacy until after being there for three days. Mind you he's on iv antibiotics and he wouldn't have had them that soon had I not questioned the staff about it. After getting the medications in third shift missed his pm dose of his iv antibiotic and said they forgot to give it to him and blamed it on understaffing, which threw off his other meds. He also complained of not getting his pain meds until several hours after he asked for them. I called the case manager there to have his referral sent over to another facility days ago and still have not gotten a call back. Then again today I get a call from him that they ran out of the other antibiotic and missed a dose, and on top of that he's been waiting three hours for pain meds again. I called and spoke with the nurse manager as she called herself and all she could say was they had to order more medications but couldn't tell me why they weren't ordered before he ran out. and when I asked why he had to wait three hours for pain meds her response was that no one told her he needed them. ****"please take my warning and don't send any of your family members to this god aweful place they call a nursing home.
