Experiencia negativa: 5 minutos esperando que las viejas dejaran de echar chisme para que me atendieran. Y de mal gusto. Una ora hora afuera. Una hora en el cuarto y me preguntan por que no yeve la niña con su pediatra. Es sábado y lla es tarde. Me salí y nimodo abuscar otro lado. Don de la atiendan.

Experiencia negativa: This was my first time here at this urgent care. The provider or PA that saw me was great. However, the tech who performed my glucose test did NOT follow proper infection control. She used a dirty glove that she donned prior to entering the room, touching the door handle and equipment to wipe away my blood after puncturing my finger, and did not leave the room to allow me to undress privately. Please have your staff properly trained on infection control standards and patient's rights. This is beyond disappointing and unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: Wouldn’t give this place any stars. They’re the worst urgent care . Nothing but rude workers who hate their job . Went in for gullstone pain and The first girl doctor tried to tell me i wasn’t having the pain I told her and its just gas when I’m getting surgery for them then pulled my blood pressure cuff right off my arm and just gave me a urine test but it just say their the whole time no feed back from it . The male doctor came in and told me if I took Tylenol I said yes I’ve been but it doesn’t really help and he said “ I’m not giving you something stronger if that’s why you’re saying that “ and seen I was wearing my work uniform and said I’m also not giving u a work not because you can work NOT ONCE DID I EVER SAY I NEEDED ONE FROM THE BEGINNING.

Experiencia negativa: The worst place to go to. I took my daughter for an xray fro her little toe, I made it very clear to the front desk lady that I have insurance and I know that I have copay to pay and asked her to let me know ahead of time if there is any other payment that I need to make. She reassured me that I have only $93 copay and the insurance should cover the rest. I made it very clear that I cannot afford any other payments. Today I got a bill of $845 that I need to pay by mid October, when I called the office they told me with cold blood that I need to pay it and they can do nothing about it

Experiencia negativa: Office called incorrect primary caregiver. Did not call back regarding prescription issue. I took my son a Thursday and he didn’t receive his prescription or positive strep results until 6 days later.

Experiencia negativa: Took my granddaughter in because she said it burned when she urinated the doctor told me that there was traces of blood in her urine, but she gave me no antibiotics for her told me it was caused by swimming in the chlorine pool and wearing tight clothing and or not wiping herself properly 4 days later it still burns her and now she is vomiting if these people aren't going to take the time to help put the patients then maybe they should find a different profession!!!!

Experiencia negativa: This place lets you die because they make you wait more than 5 hours for a doctor to see you because that's all they do since they don't even check your lungs etc. The workers are despots, the receptionists and the nurses inside are wasting their time watching Tik tok.

Experiencia negativa: The staff was ok, but the doctor was useless, she said she would prescribe antibiotics, turned out after 5 days getting so much worse I found she prescribed anti allergy and of course I way much worse since she gave me the wrong medication. I can back to the same place to show her mistake and get now the right medication.. but I’m coming back here

Experiencia negativa: Man this place sucks. They input my visit wrong to my insurance. I went to an urgent care and my visit is being billed as an emergency room visit. Now I’m being billed a copay that is 5x what I should be paying. No one seems to be able to help. I keep having to go back and forth between this place and my insurance. I waited hours in the waiting room. When I was called in I waited in the exam room while no one saw me. Some time later a nurse asked me if anyone has seen me. I told her no At that point I walked out. I wasn’t helped with anything and now I have to pay a co pay that’s 5x what I should pay. I would be very careful here

Experiencia negativa: The location online said not busy. I walk in and sign in. I had an option to wait in the car and they will call me in 45 minutes. Waited almost an hour, I went in and still waiting for another 45 minutes. From the time I came in til now it’s been 3hrs I’m waiting for my prescription. Last time I come here. Slow slowwww service. They are friendly but that doesn’t help.

Experiencia negativa: The only reason I gave this urgent care 1 star is because of the front desk staff. The nurse Melissa was very rude and disrespectful, she acted like she hates her job. I brought 2 of my children here and she made mistakes on their paperwork and was upset that she had to redo it and she disregarded us and ignored us when she was supposed to be bringing out our corrected documents. I wish that this nurse knew how much worse she made our day because of her attitude on top of my children not feeling well.

Experiencia negativa: Probably one of the worst urgent cares i have visited in my lifetime 5 ⭐️s on cleanliness Being tended to Wait time 1 ⭐️ on being treated fairly and for what i came in for, received no medication at all but yet my $$ was taken from me ? I didn’t understand this and they said if i got worse to go in again but how do i go in again when i should have been helped out on my first visit. Some of us are only able to go in that one time to receive that deserved treatment we need. I can not go in again due to not having $$ for the visit, again the $$ i had i expected to get some medication and treatment but only paid for the white nurse dude to tell me get some rest. What kind of answer is that to having diarrhea like symptoms, dehydration and a fever. Not to mention i walked in with Mexico related attire and boy was i looked upon as a beast of no nation.

Experiencia negativa: My Son Came in to get urgent care for some symptoms he had and was just told to go home and rest. They did give him a work note but that is all. No medication when he clearly needed some human assistance from professionals that we have no reason but to put our trust and faith into. He was advised to come back in if things got worse, which they did, but at what cost when he could have been treated fairly and the right way on his first visit. I am truly disappointed and frustrated with how he was seen and handled, a bunch of black and white printed papers that we could have gotten from the web. We had no where to go but to go to this facility only to be turned away the way my son did. Not even a simple pain reliever or stomach med for what he was dealing with.

Experiencia negativa: This place has to have the most rude receptionist ever in the whole inland empire I called for a simple question and the lady that answered was so rude about answering the simple question I asked to speak to someone else and she starts mumbling through her teeth like I couldn’t hear her wouldn’t give her name to make the review about her but yea these females need to be replaced with people who actually want the job and are gonna answer questions without the attitude. If you don’t like your job then leave it for someone that actually does and has a better attitude it’s not our fault your life is miserable that you have to take it out on patients! Service here deserves -10 stars !

Experiencia negativa: By far the worst Urgent care I’ve ever experienced. Brought my toddler in due to her cough getting worse. Besides seeing a doctor for barely 5 mins she tells us to wait for a swab flu test and the incompetent staff was rude when I asked after waiting for 30 mins if it was going to be done. Then on top of that having me wait with a sick toddler who is already over the 2 hour back and forth wait I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 30 mins FOR DISCHARGE PAPERS!!! Never again and I will be telling people to avoid this place. On top of it’s the next day and they never sent her prescription to the pharmacy and now they won’t answer their phone

Experiencia positiva: Not feeling well and came here had a good experience with the Provider Alfonso. However prior to him entering the room as I was waiting... I had stepped out of the room and asked the person I saw which happened to be the Provider Nancy if someone could please bring me water as my mouth was very dry. She told me the water was in the lobby and I can go get it myself. Instead of delegating a nurse to bring me some as I was in the room waiting to be seen. Very rude and unprofessional. She didn't even look at me as she spoke. I don't understand how she got this far as a Provider without proper beside manner training as well as communication skills with patients.

Experiencia negativa: The first couple of times I came here it was OK. But this time it was actually very terrible. The Female doctor with hello Kitty shoes Judged me because I told her my daughter wasn’t fully potty trained. We Both came in for a fever, and they kept trying to make us take a pee test which I understand. But when a toddler doesn’t want to go to the restroom repeatedly, I cannot make them. After waiting two hours in my room, I finally complained and they let me out. As every other routine, I was waiting for my discharge papers FOR 50 MINUTES and when the nurse came out, she rudely said they don’t need that they can go. When she knew, I was already ready to go, she could’ve told me that from the beginning. Hands down terrible people and unprofessional. The only professional people there are the front desk, ladies and the African American nurse in the back.

Experiencia positiva: They take forever here and don’t expect them to go faster in the morning either they are still slow. However I can say that the equipment used is very efficient and the staff are very friendly except for one guy who was treating me like I was a kid.

Experiencia negativa: I went here to get a check up they helped me fine dr was cool the problem is the nurses to busy talking to run my prescription to the proper location in fact they never sent the prescription at all I waited for 3 hours for the pharmacy to inform me they never got it and can’t fill because the dr office never sent it!!!

Experiencia negativa: We waited hours for one of the front office staff to lie and say she spoke to me on the phone and that's why they didn't call my daughter that was in pain from a leg injury. She then said well I called your name several times. When confronted that she never spoke to me or called my daughter's name she just walked away. Thankfully other staff members were more polite.

Experiencia negativa: I used to love this urgent care. Always a long wait but they actually helped me. Now this new Dr. America is terrible. She is so incompetent and treated me as if I'm an idiot. I have a medical background as well and I know what I needed. Unfortunately I have horrible seasonal allergies since I was born it causes chronic bronchitis. Every time the weather changes I get an upper respiratory chest infection. Every time I go in here they 1. Try to convince me it's covid because I'm not vax 2. Act like idk what I'm talking about and just have a cough. (I've had surgery on my throat for fux sake.) 3. Try to tell me I don't know about medicine and what is needed to treat myself. I asked her for a certain antibiotic z-pak for lung, chest infection I've been taking it for years and it clears my infection in days. She says oh no, that's not what that is used for no I can't give you that. This is a basic medication it's not new she should have known exactly what it is and how it works. I also needed an inhaler to open up my throat which she didn't give me. Instead of listening to my needs and giving me the medication I've been taking every few months for years. She sent me away with basic over the counter allergy meds and a nose spray. which has nothing to do with what I have. So here I am almost 2 weeks later still having cough attacks and cant breath and left to go to Mexico to get the meds I need so I don't end up with pneumonia. How this woman is a Dr but can't understand how to treat bronchitis is beyond me. So let's hope I don't end up in the hospital because of her negligence. I asked very nicely if she could just check how often I've been here and check the past meds prescribed and she would have seen what I have and what I need but NO she couldn't be bothered. Stay away from this place the Dr got her diploma from a crackerjack box and will risk your health to push drugs she gets bonuses from instead of what you actually need.

Experiencia negativa: I was not happy with my experience at Dignity Health. I found out that I was pregnant and the doctor who helped me was extremely condescending when I expressed that I had no plan to continue with the pregnancy. I kindly declined her offer for prenatal vitamins and prenatal care (since that’s the only thing she offered me… no other resources, even though I was clearly upset at the news) I personally think it’s insensitive for someone to say “People have kids all the time” to someone who is CLEARLY stating they want to have an abortion. This is CALIFORNIA for crying out loud!! Either way, I don’t think I’ll be returning to this clinic because the staff clearly has trouble separating healthcare with religion/personal beliefs. Treat people with kindness, especially in situations like this. (Not only that but they take FOREVER!!! Don’t waste your time, go to a different clinic)

Experiencia negativa: THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Went in for the first time because I was experiencing really bad abdominal pain and bloating. Mind you I could not walk so I asked to use the wheelchair. Little did I know it would be such a big deal. One nurse in particular (older white lady with blond hair) kept making snarky remarks about how I was being overly dramatic and only people who are injured should be using the wheelchair. Also, I had gone over 1 month eating close to nothing and lost a lot of weight so I was dehydrated and weak. Well turns out I had a severe case of C.diff infection (went to Kaiser instead where they found my infection) and undiagnosed IBS. Then I get a bill for emergency services (not urgent care although I went in for urgent care) for 3k!? I'm being charged for seeing 2 doctors when I only spoke to one. They are also charging me for a mental health test!? I didn't need one nor did he ask me anything concerning my mental health. Also, they are charging me for a drug test!? Never has urgent care nor emergency ever conducted a drug test on me. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I specifically told them to run tests that were covered by my insurance and they didn't (although they assured me this was all covered). They try and charge you for all this extra stuff you don't need just to make extra money. BEWARE and go elsewhere. This was my first and last time stepping foot in this scam of a place.

Experiencia negativa: Ladies at the desk are rude and rather talk about their brother and their personal lives while on the clock instead of helping and the people in the waiting room. Took 15 calls to get through on the phone to reach one of the clerks just for them to hang up on me. Experiencia negativa: Instead of doing their jobs the clerical staff is talking about the dishes they're gonna make for a pot luck and whether or not potatoes a gratin can be made with any kind of cheese. These girls have no sense of pride in their work. The patients are growing tired. And this place needs to get it together. The doctors are some wayne gacy looking dude and Africa queen Latifah.

Experiencia fantástica: I like the hours they are open especially on the weekend they keep the same hours. Which is great because that's when our kids get sick. The office is nice and clean even the bathrooms. I have been going for years and also recommend them to my family and friends. The service is great. They even take x-rays when needed.

The doctor on duty took a moment to answer some questions I had AFTER I was already seen even though they had a waiting room full of patience. The Check-in and Check-out process is Ridiculous!!!! It's bad enough that you have to wait hours to be seen, you have to wait an additional 30 to 45 min in the waiting room to get your prescription...

Experiencia negativa: This happened today 2/5/22 at 9:55am. My daughter was washing dishes and a glass broke with her hand inside, she had 10 cuts and was bleeding profusely, we got in the car and run to the urgent care, and of course my daughter didn't bring her DL because she was bleeding and we were scared! I had a scan on my phone of her real ID and US passport and they didn't accept it. They denied urgent care service and turned her away becauseshe didn't have an ID on her! What that has to do with providing urgent care she needed!! And they didn't even offer other options., I had the cash to pay for the fckn services!! The place was EMPTY and no wonder why!! I hate the fact they use Jesus on her advertisement and claim they care about people, of course they DON'T care about people that's a LIE! Worse experience EVER!!

Experiencia negativa: Had to take my son into urgent care today! There was a kid there full of bumps that looked like Monkeypox ALL on his hands and arms! They called them back to the back and NOBODY cleaned or disinfected his chair that he was sitting in! They did not keep him in the back to isolate him from the other patients and let him come right back out into the waiting room! Welp he sat In another chair and was playing around on it and that chair wasn’t disinfected either! Their waiting room is not properly disinfected in a timely manner around the clock! And not to mention it was packed!!! There’s too much goin around right now for them to not be on top of the disinfecting protocols!

Experiencia negativa: 07/18/22 @7pm First time at this location, front desk girls are so rude, the RN was rube and treated me as if I was incompetent and accused me of having someone on my phone just because I had my earphones on to watch movies well I wait, even if I did have someone on the phone, it's none of his business, I wasn't talking to anyone or being rude in anyway. They are so rude to patients! Definitely not coming back here, I'll take the drive to San Bernardino highland location.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve been coming to this facility for over 4 years and the service just keeps diminishing more and more ,I came in for eye infection that should’ve been briefed since it was not severe ,however they keep you in room for almost an hour with no update or acknowledge with my door open ,I saw the doctor (Alfonso osheran) casually taking his time talking to his nurses of non related work and when I called his attention he told to wait when I responded I have been waiting for long period of time and I asked to discharge and they still said I can’t until I pay when I haven’t even been consulted …most horrible experience and service I have seen in any medical field . And just when I thought I could regain their trust and confidence; they demonstrate why capable of providing quality health care service .Back to Loma Linda I go . Good riddance .

Experiencia negativa: Place is a joke. Docs in back talking about personal stuff just chatting away while you sit in room waiting to be seen . I arrived around 4ish with no mask on and people in waiting room with no mask. No one told me anything. And I was having problems breathing so I was not going to wear one. 47 min later in a room I ask what's going on I have been here an hour The guy tells me you have only been here 47 min. Um ok I do xray and wait another 45 min and again You can hear everyone talking about personal stuff I decide to go to front and the 2 employees start yelling at me to put mask on . I told them I have been here for hrs and I am having trouble breathing They just continue to yell and I just walk out. Have no idea if I have a broken rub They had 0 patients in back and 3 in front so they were not BUSY.

Experiencia negativa: Went in for a covid booster shot, and all the nurses were beyond rude, tried being as polite as possible and was greeted with bad attitudes. Then they tried telling me that I had to come in the next day for a booster shot despite having an appointment for the day I was there. That their system didn't update for 8hrs. When I finally did get a booster shot the nurse was rude and you could tell she was against vaccines making comments like "all set, till you have to come in for another 5 more booster shots" and laughed. None of the front office nurses were wearing masks properly, all had them on as chin straps.

Experiencia negativa: They will misdiagnose you and give you medications that isnt even meant for you. A few days ago I went to be seen, i couldnt even speak because the PA rushed the visit. The visit wasnt even a minute long. All she did was looked into my eye and said “allergies” and that she will send medicine to pharmacy. She didnt even bother to ask about my symptoms or cared to hear me speak. After the visit i was taking the medications to this day. I went to another place today because i still wasnt feeling well and it turned out to be a bigger problem than “allergies”. And I was taking medications that i didnt even need. I was lucky enough to save my self in time before my symptoms got worse.

Experiencia negativa: Be careful with this place. My insurance wants to charge me for an emergency room visit, but it's clearly an urgent care. Now I'm going back an forth between my insurance and dignity health for a bill of $130. Called dignity today, the ladies name was Nancy I think, she was very rude and offered zero help. When I was trying to explain my situation she cut me off and said "you have to look at your billing statement to see why we are charging you" my billing statement says no such thing. All she said was she was going to send me an itemized list of charges, offering no help at all. Update: my insurance company asked for an investigation on Dignity's part. The insurance company agreed with me, it's an urgent care not an emergency room. A few weeks later my insurance company called me back to let me know Dignity refused to change my charges and I DID owe for an emergency room visit. My insurance company still agreed with me: I should have been charged only for an urgent care visit, so they decided to pay Dignity the amount for the emergency room visit with no money out of my pocket. After this whole run around I have changed my medical group and will NEVER go back to Dignity Health again.

Experiencia negativa: Very Rude!!! You can tell they hate their jobs. Makes you feel uncomfortable and unwanted. The PA didn't even ask or say "Hi! Or How are you?" She just went in their after waiting a long time with a serious straight face and attitude. Oh, and she kept looking at her Apple Watch as if she was texting on it or in a hurry making it so uncomfortable being there. They forgot I was there! Because as I was waiting for discharge papers in the room and the staff members were sharing stories about how annoying patients were. Until one of them passes and sees me there it stood quiet afterwards making it super obvious. They didn't tell me my insurance was inactive till afterwards they had already seen me and stuck me with the bill. They should of told me ahead of time giving me the decision to stay or leave, but they had to be shady about. Dirty rooms too check picks.

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t get the bad reviews! I’ve been in the medical field for a long time and I was very pleased with my visit. Brought my daughter in close to closing for the first time. I believe her name was Ana who helped me when we got there and she was super sweet and helpful. Did everything she was supposed to and required to be seen. We were in and out so fast and the nurse and resident that treated her were very friendly and helpful. I am very happy I found this urgent care and so close to home to.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is very clean and staff members are nice and helpful. I first came here to get my COVID vaccine and then I came to the upstairs part for labs. My doctor office is right next door. Everything is so conveniently located and overall great experiences. The wait times are close to nothing. The staff are friendly in all areas. Amazing!!

Experiencia negativa: Family got exposed to covid, came here for test and was honest with them about it all. Proceeded to make us wait 2+ hours (still waiting at this moment) with two young kids in tow. Hope we don't test positive now because how long we've been in here, near others, plus the staff. You think they'd been smart about it, but unfortunately are not. Be aware people. They don't care about covid, so I wouldn't be caught here for long periods of time, or if at all. Especially if they treat all possible covid cases like this.

Experiencia negativa: They test for covid but don't give results. I told someone at the front desk that my grandpa, my whole world, is dying in the hospital and I need my results to say bye to him. She told me off and hung up. I had to call over and over and over again for days being told a different story every time before I was finally balling my eyes out talking to a supervisor and able to get some help. I tried to be understanding that they are extremely busy but I obviously had an emergency situation. I really wish I never stepped foot in this urgent care facility.

Experiencia negativa: I had a bad experience at Dignity Urgent Care. I wasn't offered anything for pain and had to go back in a couple of days later due to still being in severe pain. I was told to call for my test results in 3 days. My messages were not returned. Also, my insurance wouldn't cover a medication and the pharmacy wasn't responded to either so I had to pay for it.

Experiencia negativa: I would definitely rate 0 stars. The assistant physician there was RUDE !!! All she did was brag and be rude. As a mother you know when your child does not feel well. She was correcting me throughout the whole visit. DIDNT care to further examine him. She told me to do my research at home??? When you come to the doctors you are supposed to feel safe and know you’re being taken care of. Instead I felt like I was dealing with another kid myself. RIDICULOUS SERVICE. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Not to mention she slammed the door on us and prescribe my son Benadryl for a fever and diarrhea???

Experiencia negativa: BEWARE! Took my grandson because he was running a fever. Doctor comes in and from when doctor enters room she was short with me and did not let me explain what was wrong with him. I finally got a word in and told her that he was not feeling well and she cut me off again and told me he was fine to go home and do some research and to give him motrin. I then asked to see someone else and she said she was the higher up that all staff were under her and she was the assistantto the doctor. Again I asked to see someone else then she walked out and she the slammed door. When I left I noticed on my paperwork that they deleted the name of the person assistant. For those that are here writing a bad review, please file a complaint against this place. I cant believe they have people working here that dont care about people's health.

Experiencia negativa: Very upsetting my husband tested positive for covid toke my kids in to get tested, called for results and “Bianca” or “Blanca” was very rude I told her when they were tested she then told me well it takes 5 days I told her it was weird because mine and my husbands came back in 2 days and the person who tested me also told me the same. I work for a facility that works with dignity health and am aware of everything and how long things are taking she then proceeds to tell me well we switched labs okay to what lab? She then responded with i don’t know and rudely clicked.

Experiencia negativa: Poor service. It does no good to have an appointment. I waited 2 hours before I finally left after not being called. When I told them I had an appointment all they can say is they don't know what the back up is. I understand some situations are more serious than others, but your pain is not their concern. They move with no sense of urgency! I'm finding a new Urgent Care. However, the front desk workers were nice and understanding. Update: Shout out to Kathy the front office supervisor. She was extremely helpful and exhibited nothing but care, concern, and compassion for me when she noticed the enormous amount of pain I was in and the insane wait I already had and the wait left. She was instrumental in getting me seen at their other location. She even called and notified them I was coming so I didn't have to start the process over. Kathy, thank you, I appreciate your diligence and assistance!

Experiencia negativa: Please dont go to this urgent care, go to urgent care at Sierra. I have flu symptoms and high fever. Was told take off my jacket if fever doesnt come down I cant leave. Doctor (William) checked my lungs, mouth, ears, but very briefly didnt even stand straight to really see. Diagnosed me with flu said wait in lobby to get prescriptions. I said explain what your going to give me, he did after I asked (cough med & tylenol). Went to the lobby spoke to front office lady, asked if I can have nausea meds. I won't be able to take the cough med and tylenol due to vomiting. I had to use my common sense instead of the docotr using his professional knowledge which earned him his degree. When getting my prescription, I told the nurse, just to let you know doctor didnt check my temp and it was 104. She took my temp and it was 37 celcius. I asked how much is that, she said google it, I said why you should know. I'm not a medical professional. She googled it for me. Please dont go to this place.

I got seen by the doctor, everything went well (in less then 10min I was out) tell me why they chose to tell me your insurance isn’t effective the total for your visit is $127 not counting the price for the mediation! I did not sign any paper work or anything. Why wouldn’t they tell me my insurance wasn’t effective before I even got seen? This is not right. They just want to make money off oh people that are struggling!!!!!!!
