Experiencia negativa: I have been seeing Dr. Martinez for the past 3 yrs, he is very professional and helpful, on the other hand the billing department of his office is the worst, they have charged me twice for the same code, I have tried to contact them several times and every time they come back with the same answer. They won't let me talk to the billing department and keep asking for the money. I might eventually end up paying the money, but this is NOT the customer service that Dr. Martinez deserves.
Experiencia negativa: I’ve been coming to this place since my twins were born and I am now having a problem in the last year with appointments I’ve never had a problem. I don’t understand why you guys can’t do a physical before the year to date my kids need to be in school on time and due to you guys refusing tomake an appointment they start school late. It is a real inconvenience and it’s very unprofessional and rude to deny someone and someone’s child an appointment and it’s very unprofessional that I can’t get in contact with the actual front desk and keep getting directed to their call center and their call center representatives are very rude.

Experiencia negativa: I have an appointment today and the Doctor Miguel martinez refused to see me just because I have a estomach problem come on Doctor that's the reason for the appointment what's the point of doing an appointment 3 weeks before if the Doctor is going to refused to see his patients bad service I don't recommend this place. I'M very disappointed

Experiencia negativa: Horrible service. I went into an actual facility and they charged me 250 for and xray and to see the doctors. At this facility for a 15 online call they charged me 500. Both were without insurance, when I called them out on it and asked them for and itemized receipt they charged me 380 for 15 minutes in a video call. This place is a joke and a shame do not use this facility if you're looking for actual treatment. They are just trying to steal money.

Experiencia negativa: I’ve never had a problem bringing my kids to see their Dr until today. I arrived with both my kids and the receptionist told me they couldn’t see my son because only patient and parent were allowed in the room no siblings. So my daughter can’t stay in the waiting area because she is under 14, when I called to make the appointment they never told me anything about her not being able to be in the room, I have no one that can take care of her, I had to get out of work early just for the appointment to get cancelled and all I got was an I’m sorry about that but the Dr can’t make exceptions. When asked if I could reschedule for both same day receptionist said both parents had to be there since they can’t be seen at the same time and only two people can be in the room. Now im not blaming and I know it’s not the receptionist fault, but understand that not everyone has vacation time, or has the other parent or someone else to take care of your other kid.

Experiencia negativa: This place is horrible there rude they answer there phone like they hate there job The lady on the phone pretty much said that there’s nothing she can do for me like who tells a patient that’s calling asking questions about there health that ? she gave me a far appointment date no where even near the date of today A hiring event needs to occur so they can get new people !!!

Experiencia negativa: Dignity Health Medical Group on Sierra lakes, if you call to make an appointment they tell you yes we accepting new patients then after that they don't gave you appointment. They always says we don't have available appointment. I tried from last one year to make an appointment but they don't give me single appointment. Now I change my doctor from Dignity Health to another Doctor. Don't waste your time to make an appointment with them, find another doctor.

Experiencia negativa: They no longer treat you with dignity, I don't understand why the receptionist and the security guards are so rude, you coming sick, to have a service and they received you with bad mood, and cero considerations, some people is just working for money no for vocation. Warning if you are accompanying a family member who is sick, they do not let you enter with the patient or to the waiting room

Experiencia positiva: They check my foot and said there's no fractures they took about a hour but they take so long to dispatch you. I've been waiting over a hour already..I kept on asking the nurse. Everybody left and I'm still here .

Experiencia negativa: No one answers the phone!! Been calling to book an appointment and no answer. I’ve called several times on different days and times for the past 2 weeks and nothing!!! So frustrating, good thing is not life threatening

Experiencia negativa: The waiting period is terrible. I worked in healthcare for a long time and i understand things can come up and can affect the flow of services, but this seems to be a long term problem which means administrative management and the head physician, is terrible, not trying to implement a better plan for efficiency and better patient outcomes. I saw different providers bec i was not happy with the prev one after the other. So i am always wanting referrals for a specialist even for the minor issues bec i want to make sure i am not just a number being tossed pills.

Experiencia negativa: Dr Chester C. Tung had been treating me for a few years and never once did a full exam on me. Not personable doesn't ask many questions gets in and out. Wears a set of glasses that record everything from your visit so he doesn't have to be mentally present. Had words with his MA because I was not being treated with respect so when I came in for a visit he treated me like a drug addict and basically told me I was a drug seeker. I will never go back to that clinic and will let everyone know how our care is not his main objective

Experiencia negativa: I bring my children here but the wait is too long. Dr Patel is a great doctor for kids but after he moved to this new building it takes too long for a doctor visit 2+ hours. I’ll be switching to another doctor soon.
Experiencia negativa: They tell me to come in 15 min before appt. But when I’m in the office they tell me it’s not true. And they change appts with out asking or notifying. Also they never get back to you wen u need lab work or for results. Very slow the ladies in front are rude and lazy to be honest.

Experiencia fantástica: Met with Dr. Chester Tung today and couldn't have had a better chipotle experience. He seemed to really care about me and get a good idea of where I was in life in regards to my issue. I was surprised at his professional and courteous staff and was blown away by their knowledge and helpfulness. Definitely an amazing experience. Dr. Tung, is so caring and intelligent. Worth the short drive there. Plus, he fixed me right up and I was in and out without a hassle.
Experiencia negativa: Very pricey and extremely long waits. Spent 5 hours in total even had to wait for the bill.
Experiencia fantástica: I actually had a good experience. Went online and made an appointment. Barely waited 5 minutes in waiting room. Once in the exam room, the wait was only a few minutes. All went promptly and smoothly. Maybe I just got lucky.
Experiencia negativa: Can't get anyone to answer the phone to fix my prescription dosage, which has been messed up again!!! I'm insulin dependent and can't get anything prescribed correctly even the second and third time around. The automated system said an estimated 1 minute wait time it's been 16+, and I even had enough time to write this review while I wait.
Experiencia negativa: Longest wait ever. 1 hour to have weight taken. 1 1/2 hr to be seen by doctor. 45 min to have x rays taken. Let's see how much longer. They should hire more people.
