Experiencia fantástica: I tore my ACL and meniscus a few years and then went to see Dr. John about a month after the injury. He was able to immediately tell that I had torn my ACL just from feeling around my knee and I quickly found a surgeon and scheduled surgery. Him and his team were super helpful in my recovery and very knowledgeable. Thanks to them, I was able to return to contact sports without any pain or injury!

With ample 1:1 time and a wildly knowledgable staff, any time I have an issue they are my first and only call. For months, Jen led me through exercises that strengthened my leg muscles. I had a great trip thanks to her accurate assessments and expert guidance. I have also gone to IP for vertigo, both times getting quick relief. This is a busy, well-kept, and cheerful clinic to train or work out in. Thanks, IP team!

Within weeks I was in better shape than I have been in 15 years and my back and core are getting stronger every week. Dr. Kummrow is very professional, but doesn't take it easy on you. He cares about his patients and has their best interest in mind. He will push you to the next level if you are looking to do that. Both my wife and I have been seeing Dr. Kummrow for a little over 6 months and will continue to use Dr. Kummrow for all of our PT needs. If you are looking for a Physical Therapist that actually wants to get you healthy and out of PT, this is the Dr. to see.

Between this location and the "doctor" next door (Integrative Sports Medicine) just red flags of squeezing every dollar off your insurance before coming up with a plan that would actually make sense. You have options and if you care for yourself and your dollars - definitely do your research and try a different place. Between these guys and Dr. Abrahamson next door you won't get the answers you are looking for. YouTube was far more efficient.

Knows an enormous amount of information and also takes time to explain it in laymen’s terms. Thank you for taking care of my husband. He sustained 9 concussions multiple broken bones a few broken hearts, playing arena football, College football, and the NFL. He is almost 100%. Now, it’s my turn to get well!

Experiencia fantástica: These guys are amazing! I came in with a misaligned kneecap and missing cartilage from long term muscle imbalances and in a lot of pain. They were able to restore my motion, fix the alignment of the kneecap, and help me strengthen the muscles over just a couple of months. I now have little or no pain, full range of motion an knowledge to keep it healthy moving forward, all without needing surgeries or injections. I'm so thankful, highly recommend them!

The therapists have worked tirelessly with me. Complicating matters is the fact that I've had Ms for over 20 years and this requires the doctors to develop new exercises that I am capable of doing with my physical limitations. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. John was recently traveling on a flight that I was working and I had an exceptional experience with him. I am a flight attendant for a major airline and during flight another passenger had a medical situation which needed the assistance of someone professional. Dr. John offered himself to the crew and took care of the passenger. Within 30min she was back on her feet and on her way. If he’s able to handle such difficult situations at high altitude, and in a metal tube, I have no doubt his abilities carry over into his career. Thank you John for assisting in an otherwise much tougher situation.

I pick up residential and municipal garbage in Estes Park in addition to my masonry and landscaping work! All this with severe osteoarthritis ,carpal tunnel surgery recovery on my right hand, no cartilage left hand and shoulder, arthroscopic surgery on right shoulder , as well as a stiff and aching back ,and to cap it off a rear end collision in June. I needed a mediator to help my body and I learn to talk to one another again! ( clearly our relationship was in trouble! ) At Integrative Physiotherapy I got Lindsey ! The Mediator! Lindsey and the people at Integrative Physiotherapy are amazing! Here is an organization that in and of itself epitomizes the mindful approach in action. I met John the originator of this 18 years ago and somehow lost that contact, but folks let me be the first to say it truly was my loss ! Every exercise Lindsey has me do is beneficial and logical ! The results speak for themselves! My left shoulder was stiff and inflexible! Leading to extreme pain and stress! It for a fact has been compromised since the accident! Her approach however has made it possible for me to sleep on my favorite side again and regain my hope to work indefinitely. Now my body and I are back on speaking terms again! Injuries are not cut and dry and there is a bit of trail and error on the patient and the therapists/doctor's side, however, John and his staff listen to your issues and will get you back to where you want to be. Dr. John and Dr. Alex’s unique and dynamic exercises help someone like me, who tends to get stuck in my own head, to allow my body take over functional movement so I do not continue to compensate with bad mechanics. In that one month I've seen more results from Dr. John and his team than I did in the last 5 years of physical therapy at another facility. That's no exaggeration. Experiencia fantástica: I was a mess when I started with IP (John and Alex.) I had 3 injuries I was rehabbing on my own, including a stem cell transplant in my hip. I am extremely active and have been crossfitting for nearly 7 years, with pain for the past 3+ years, modifying most of the movements due to pain or limited mobility. After working with John and Alex, who were the first PT's I've worked with that noticed my body mechanics were so off, and helped me correct them. I am now pain free, and doing every single activity I love, including crossfit--without modifications! My body is performing better than ever (and I'm 53!) If you have issues or want to improve your performance in any way, I cannot recommend these guys enough! They will tell it to you like it is, work you, and make a huge difference. Dr. John diagnosed an injury I incurred while running and with his advise and professional treatment I was able recover quickly and get back to doing the things that I want to do. Some of Dr. John's methods may not be what some people view as "traditional" and you will work your butt off but the methods simply work!

Experiencia fantástica: For years I had been dealing with reoccurring pain in my shoulder that prevented me from lifting weights and performing many overhead motions. Prior to coming to Integrative Physiotherapy, I was diagnosed with a rotator cuff tear via ultrasound. Dr. Alex did her own tests and did not find any RC issues. Instead, she suspected shoulder impingement. After only 2 visits, my shoulder pain is completely gone, and I am able to weight train and exercise uninhibited. Unbelievable. Integrative saved me $10k or more compared to regenerative or surgical approaches (neither of which may have even helped, given it's likely my issue was shoulder impingement rather than a RC tear). I couldn't be happier.

The integrative approach works well, and I now have an exercise plan to continue on my own after the intensive clinic work. When I first started with John I had injured a part in my arm that immediately limited my range of motion. At the time I was 6 weeks out from Weightlifting Nationals. John told me that he could fix my injury in 5 weeks and I would be lifting at Nationals. Well he did it! And together we took home 3 gold medals and I was the 2017 48kg National Champion. Ever since then I continue to go to Integrative Physiotherapy for maintenance on my body which helps me stay finely tuned for all my International Competitions. Experiencia fantástica: I'm an active masters swimmer, now in my late 30s. I started having joint issues in my early and mid 30s, so I started seeing John 3 years ago. I've continued working with John throughout these 3 years because he's helped me so much with my overall health. He's helped me fix issues with the way I walk, run, squat, swim, sit, and stand, and we frequently discuss how I can improve my diet. We also discuss my long-term health goals, and he adjusts his treatment accordingly. His combination of exercises, table work, and needling is excellent. John is also a great teacher of physiology in addition to being a great physiotherapist!I always want to understand specifics of what John is doing at any point and how it fits into our overall goals, and he's great about providing explanations and answering my questions. He'll often use charts on his walls or in reference books to help me visualize his explanations, which is fantastic.

However, John Kummrow, DPT and Ellie the Massage Therapist at Integrative Physiotherapy were so effective working on my back that I canceled my injection, and I'm back to playing basketball! Amazing team.

His exercises will challenge you, strengthen you, and build new neural connections allowing you to control your body better. After his treatment, I now generate power for lifting and climbing from the bottom of my body up and my core strength has improved dramatically! If you put the work in, you will certainly benefit from a dramatic transformation in your body as well. John also cured my chronic, heat induced migraines which my neurologist wasn't able to treat effectively. Every appointment with John, it is evident that he truly cares and never takes shortcuts. Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough about Dr. Kummrow and his team. I went for over a year with serious knee and neck pain. Being a personal trainer I thought I knew a thing or two about functional movement. I tried everything I could think of, did my own research and even tried massage, chiropractic and another physical therapist to no avail. Today all my pain is gone. I can look over my right shoulder with ease, and I can even perform weighted squats and lunges again. Life changing. Before I had issues just getting up and down stairs, not to mention keeping up with my clients in the gym. At the age of 47 I was told by the other PT that it was just my age, and I'd have to learn to deal with my limitations. I'm SO glad I didn't listen. Dr. Kummrow doesn't always listen either. It's the unconventional approach to body mechanics that sets this practice apart. He is an innovator in his field, and approaches issues differently. Turns out my whole right side was off - the neck and the knee (even the shoulder) were clearly related, and some key exercises and small lifestyle changes made all the difference. We accomplished all of this in one month. ONE MONTH - after 12 months of money and time wasted with other practitioners. If you've tried and failed at getting your issues addressed, you owe it to yourself to at least check them out.

Experiencia fantástica: If you live on the Front Range of Colorado and need a physical therapist, you need to go see John Kummrow at Integrative Physiotherapy. He changed my life. Two years ago, fresh off my second herniated disk and a torn labrium, I could barely walk and assumed I would never ride a bike uphill without pain again in my life. I'd seen over a dozen other PTs and specialists before I started working with Dr. Kummrow. His approach is different, he taught me how to retrain my body's physiology. Thanks to him, I spent this past summer riding bikes up legitimate mountains, and running up hills and around tracks, without fear that I was still doing damage to my body. It feels amazing and I can't thank him enough, but I can make sure that you know what an f'in genius he is. Go see him.

I've have not only worked with him as a patient, but I have clients who see him, and as a deep tissue massage therapist, he has really helped these clients move to a better body! He knows his stuff and thinks outside the box and he does not do the same thing for everyone because everyone is different. I'm really picky about what PTs I will send someone to, and I will happily send anyone to Dr. John! His front desk gal is also amazing and helpful! The facility all around is great!
