This team not only got me healed, but I’ve been able to run again! This was the best PT experience I’ve had!

For almost 2 months now I have watched them take special care of all the patients with different injuries. It is truly amazing how much time and effort they put into everyone including myself. They run an efficient and well organized establishment. Nadine would not let me set an appointment until her facility had received the documentation from our doctor (first PT facility that followed protocol). I was extremely impressed by her knowledge. The team's enthusiasm is very motivating. The facility is located in a strip mall (near Aldi) - it is very clean, open and inviting with multiple tables, bikes, treadmills, weight equipment, etc. The treatment always starts with a heating pad, followed by exercise. The entire team continually checks on you while you are performing the instructed exercises. Look no further - Maximum Fitness is the ONLY PT facility I'd recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been experiencing severe neck pain for quite some time, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the care and treatment I received from Maximum Fitness. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Janet, a friendly and welcoming front-desk staff member who made me feel right at home. The center itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. Ken, the primary therapist, was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my needs, taking the time to understand my medical history and concerns before creating a personalized treatment plan. The therapy sessions were always conducted in a professional and supportive environment. Ken and Frank have magic hands, and their massages are amazing, targeting the right spot and relieving the pain very quickly. The treatment process involved warming up with a heating pad, exercises, a nice massage with heated massage lotion, and followed by an electric stimulator and cold pack to soothe the entire area. After just a few sessions, I began to notice a significant improvement in my neck pain, and I was impressed by the progress I was making. They monitored my progress and made adjustments to my treatment plan as necessary, ensuring that I received the best possible care at all times. Overall, I cannot recommend this physiotherapy center highly enough. The staff (Ken, Janet, Frank, and Brittney) are friendly, the facilities are top-notch, and the treatment I received was exceptional. If you are in need of physiotherapy, I would definitely recommend giving this center a try. You won't be disappointed!

That they were patient, genuinely concerned, and committed to getting you back to optimum health? I am a firefighter/paramedic in Broward County. Over the summer I suffered a full ACL rupture as well as a complex meniscus tear. Pre and post surgery I was bounced around to multiple rehab facilities and while I was treated well, no other center has compared to Ken and his entire team at Maximum Fitness Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine. I cannot recommend this facility enough. Their knowledge, bedside manner, consistency, positivity as well as their patience is unrivaled.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t recommend Maximum Fitness enough! Ken who is the owner and lead physical therapist is tremendous. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job with soft tissue work and implies different techniques to get to the root cause of your problem. He also has a sense of humor which certainly aids in the general atmosphere/and mood with all the patients. You can tell he genuinely cares about getting his patients physical ailments healed. His staff does a great job as well. I came in with a very badly winged scapula, among others thing and I’ve made great progress in two months with more work to go. I went to another physical therapy center prior to going to Maximum and they couldn’t get the job done. The facilities are also Fantastic which adds to the value of maximum fitness. It is spacious, clean, has all the weight machines you could ask for, has 7-8 nice black therapy tables, bands, free weights, treadmills, bikes, balls, electrical stimulation therapy, along with a host of other devices to aid in your recovery.

BIG mistake, since I made matters worse aggravating multiple tendons and my knee. After only 5 wks, 2x a wk i'm feeling so much better! I still need more PT to fix the damage I did waiting, but soon I'll see the light at the end of the tunnel. DON'T wait. Make an appointment today! You won't regret it!
