Experiencia fantástica: I've used PT at both the Mowry and Paseo Padre locations, for myself (sciatica) and my baby (gross motor delays), and I've been so happy with the services at both locations! My sciatica needed a steroid injection, but the PT I received while waiting for that greatly helped with my pain, and my toddler has made excellent progress in the two months he's been attending sessions.

Experiencia negativa: Hi, this review will be sent directly to the business owner. Your staff at the front desk lied and tried to rip me off, when I am disabled. I use to own a company bigger then yours, and I never took advantage of any customers. The owner needs to call me. She called yesterday and I said I owe 30 visits. And I remember that I was in so much pain going here from my disc herniation I couldn’t have done 30 visits here, so I called my bank and let them know what’s goin on, and when I double check records. I only done 13 visits here, but originally I only remember doing 5-7 visits. I can’t remember. So I self paid at many places. for physical therapy on Hayward and Fremont and every one is charging me 130.00 -100.00 per visits. They said I did 13 visits and owe 4600.00 dollars, this company is trying to steal from me. And there treatments wasn’t good. Compared to other places. There is racism here because I am Asian and they think Asian people is stupid and got money, please do not go here. This place is trying to rob me.

Experiencia negativa: I really don’t recommend it for babies. My baby was crying whole session and I was thinking it’s normal I asked around and they said no physical therapy doesn’t consider about baby and push too much. Second time I brought toys and try to engage but the same. We changed our center and my baby is so happy, no cry at all and follow all practices well. Also they gave us homework and how long how much to practice, they had so many great interactive toys and so gentle and kind with baby. I feel shame that I gave my baby to this center and I hope mentally he didn’t damage by aggressive sessions. Also therapist said your doctor diagnosis isn’t right but other center said absolutely is right and they show us articles, pictures and levels of issue. My baby didn’t have even one tear even was his nap time. If you are looking for good baby physical therapist you need to check how much this person is gentle and playful with baby, this person knows baby limits and personality, is willing to give you home tasks to practice with baby, has high quality toys to engage baby with it and it isn’t robotic person who see baby as an object to fix right now. Baby’s brain can damage with too much pressure and in future get social phobia and not trust strangers. Slow, playful and steady practices with gentle therapist are the most healthy one for your baby.

From your first word until the end they hear you out, they hear everything and note down,find the route cause of the problem. Extremely nice they are, when the different therapist come they already know what's happening. You don't have to explain it all over again. Lot of equipments, I have played for my state, I am into volleyball, there are exercises that I have never seen, much helpful, makes you feel better, Definitely recommended

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to iMotion Physical Therapy by my neurologist for Neurophysical therapy for my gait and balance. I fell to the ground many times without warning. I developed an unhealthy posture seemingly to avoid frequent falls which not only did not help with the falling it was making it worse. I was also shuffling at the same time. I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in 2012 when I turned 47. I was at the peak of my career. Though I did not have many motor symptoms, I have many non-motor symptoms that I recognized but did not know what was going on. Slowly I was beginning to be vigilant about non motor symptoms like rigidity, slow motion and pain. I saw a Neurologist and she referred me to a movement disorder specialist which led to the diagnosis of Parkinson’s Disease. I was determined to do whatever I can not to let PD overtake me. I was doing exercise, physical therapy and taking medicines while holding the full-time job. I worked for 10 years after my diagnosis. But for the last 2 years, I have been experiencing more rigidity, bradykinesia and frequent falls. It was discouraging to see myself deteriorating with not much help available. That is when I was introduced to Pratik and the team. They were extremely helpful. I noticed right away that they work well together. It was a happy environment. We as patients of PD, need much help besides dealing with the disease. The people in iMotion seem to be very aware of it. They are very professional. I feel like I was getting over all mental and physical therapy. The place is clean and organized. There is many well-tuned equipment we can work on. I began to improve and over all do better even after a few sessions. My posture improved. My gait is steadier. It was a wonderful experience to work with Dr. Shah. He is one of the best PT I worked with. He can make you feel better by understanding the problems, making the correct diagnosis and over all he cares about every patient he works with. Very positive and warm environment. Therapist with deep technical knowledge, very approachable, caring and dedicated. Variety of different sets of tools and facilities as well high tech equipment such as anti gravity treadmill. They take timely assessments and feedback from the patients to move to the next level to improve in better and more comfortable way. Special kudos to Pratik and Sweety for providing such a progressive treatment care for the needed patients and developing healthy society. They have therapist that work great with each patient at a pace that’s comfortable for them. We highly recommend imotion physical therapy and give them 10 stars.

He is best, he listened to every detail, spent really good time to understand and tried few things. He advised about next step, food and home remedies. Thats was the first night i slept well. Experiencia negativa: The owner was late for our appointment, lack of knowledge, shortened our appointment time, I questioned this to her, and of course she didn't want to admit, and then they injured my spine with their TENS unit in purpose. Till now, I still have a lot of pain because they injured my spine.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Prateek through a referral. I was down with disc bulging issue with 3 discs bulged out with one disc being major. Visit to a Neurosurgeon wasn't fruitful as it was towards surgery which I just wanted to avoid. Before Prateek, I visited a chiropractioner which worsened the issue with pain. Prateek and his team fixed my issue and I could avoid surgery. Though it took some time because the issue was severe but I believed in him and kept on doing all the exercises he was suggesting and eventually got better.

Experiencia negativa: My was treated two years back with Pratik and was excellent exp and he helped my wife to get rid of her leg pain in less than 3 visits. But now they are not giving appointment of Pratik, my wife has to saw other PT for the same issue again recently. After 5 visit no improvement on her pain at all, everytime different PT come and treat her, no follow up what so ever after 5 appointment on improvement or plan of treatment. We feel like wasted our time and money with no improvement and having same pain.

But I couldn't hold back from writing a review, after an amazing zoom call session today from India for my knee injury (lateral miniscus tear) with none other than Pratik ji, the owner himself. Pratik ji is amazing and I was surprised to see how easily he analyzed my pain/condition by asking the right questions, asking me to do the right movements. along with providing me with details of all necessary exercises. Thank you, Pratik ji! I am a very proud and highly satisfied client of iMotion Physical therapy for several years in a row now. Being a runner, dance fitness and yoga instructor, I tend to get injured many times due to over training or incorrect form. I have visited many other physical therapy centers before I settled down with iMotion with full confidence and trust. My visits were mainly for my mid upper back pains, knee pains, and miniscus tear. Every time I visit their center in Mowry Ave, I ensure that I see Kashmeera, one of their top notch physical therapist. Kashmeera is an excellent therapist, and there is no one like her! Her hands are magical! She has cured many of my pain levels from 10 to 0 in an extremely professional manner without giving me any added injury nor pain. When I got a disabling miniscus tear last year during lockdown, she meticulously treated me with her unparalleled massages and exercises without even the need for an xray. My pain and injury was cured 100 percent in 6-8 weeks and I was able to resume my high intensity dance fitness and yoga to my full potential as before the injury. Sweety ji (owner) was also my therapist once for another mid back injury when Kashmeera was not available, and her hands too are magical and treated my pain with so much ease to full recovery. You will find very skilled therapists here who knows their job well. But my go to person has always been Kashmeera! My current knee pain was a mini flared up injury after a year for the same miniscus tear, due to over exertion on the knee while skipping on hard ground. I wasn't able to get availabity of Kashmeera, and since I was in India, hoped for a video call with Sweety ji(the owner) . I reached out to Sweety ji(owner), an amazing person in and out, and she immediately helped schedule a zoom call with her husband Pratik ji(owner), since I was very reluctant to see anyone else in India during my short visit here. I do believe that it is very easy to get derailed in therapy when we see new therapists from different centers, especially when we have a history of that injury with another therapist. So I was very keen on reaching out to iMotion PT, and no other. The zoom video session with Pratik ji was a boon as I felt so encouraged, motivated, and confident of managing my injury myself. Pratik ji analyzed my issue very well and provided resolution and answered all my questions with full clarity. Thank you is a very small word for the kind of encouragement, positivity, and 100 percent healing treatment which iMotion had given me each time. Experiencia fantástica: J'ai testé Imotion !!! Déjà un lieu chaleureux, cosy et agréable, une arrivée avec une déco soignée. Alors après avoir vu les copines souffrir je me lance! Je file aux vestiaires et enfile la combinaison, et hop c'est parti pour une séance de 20min personnalisée et coachée. Quelques fentes, quelques squats, gainage, on alterne cardio et renfo . Sensations incroyables et je suis essouflee et je transpire!!! (Ce qui ne m'arrive pas !) Verdict : l'impression d'avoir fait 4h de sport entre musculation et crossfit. Je suis lessivée !! Je file à la douche, un espace pour les clients avec tout le nécessaire ( shampoing gel douche deo, un plus qui est appréciable.) Le lendemain des courbatures de partout !!!! Et 1 semaine après c'est toujours difficile alors que je suis sportive Hâte d'y retourner !! !

Experiencia fantástica: iMotion PT is the greatest! I have been with many physical therapy offices, and iMotion is head and shoulders above the rest. The office is responsive, the therapists have the right combination of gentle and firm (do your exercises, you feel better!). They are happy to give lots of explanations about why things hurt and how to fix them (I'm pretty geeky medically speaking). As a shout out to other fat patients -- I have never encountered any fatphobia from the therapists there. They also retain most of their employees for a long period of time -- a huge indicator that they are doing things right. They run on time, they return calls and they work well with insurance. What more could I ask for?

All equipment are brand new and all patient can receive best service from this facilty with the help of under well trained supervisor staff. All staff are wel educated and provide best services to all parents. They are taking care of all parents individually and treating patients with most advance technic for best speedy recovery without any time limit for each session for all parents. In past I was treated at many physical therapy facilities and I was treated at all facilities and my each season was for 30 minuets to 45 minutes maximum including hot or cold therapy If any patient need to perform and want to use equipment as a Gym under supervisor staff,patient can use any equipment without pay any extra charges after complete their physical therapy session. That’s a great advantage for all parents and I don’t think any patients can find out such Benifit any where else except this facility. .

After 5 sessions at imotion, I completely believe it. My therapists are highly skilled and hands on. They are very willing to spend time with me and truly want to see me improving. After each session, I can actually feel some part get better. I am very happy that I chose them. I think it is very hard to be better than them. Highly recommended.

Experiencia fantástica: The physical therapists and the staff are incredible. I came for back and feet injuries on a workmans comp caae. They gave me individual attention and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process. The building they are in is kind of decieving from the outside. It looks small and not like much but inside the equipment is modern. They have weights, machines, treadmills, rowbikes and equipment like big balance balls. They even have massage.would recommend!!!
