Experiencia negativa: Got a surgery here on my knees a few years ago and the follow up rehab process was almost non existent. Today I tried calling in to get my records of what they did so I can give to new surgeon because I need surgery again. The receptionist transferred me to another department where I could not leave a Voicemail. How am I supposed to get my records this way? I attempted to call back multiple times and I’m sure through caller ID she intentionally did not pick up the call because she does not want to do her job and assist a client who has given them their business. I called a 5th time but through a private number and wow, all of sudden she’s available and picks up the phone. I ask to speak to a manager and of course no surprise she is not available. Got transferred to her phone number and not able to leave a message because apparently mailbox is full and they don’t care to follow back up with other clients. It appears there is no accountability in this organization with clock watching employees. Before your surgery it’s they’re responsive, after the fact I can’t get anyone of importance on the phone besides a receptionist who does not even want to pick up the phone which is her main responsibility in that role lol Please get me my records so that my next surgeon can see what you guys did thank you.

Experiencia negativa: Dr. Besh came off as arrogant towards other providers, had little concern for my time, and brushed off my concerns and past history without seeming to listen. Very short face-to-face time, < 10 minutes. Recommended expensive braces without being willing to discuss less expensive options, like a "take it or leave it". Untimely billing — took 18 months to bill me, leaving me in a position where I couldn't use funds I'd previously set aside due to filing deadlines.

Experiencia negativa: It’s the worst clinic I’ve dealt with. Front desk is terrible, they make you come to the office more than they have to so they could charge the insurance, sounds like medical fraud. Make you sit in the office for half hour , very unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: Worst place I ever been before put u in the room after check in it’s like a cage no one is there to check on and make u wait for ever like 1 hour or more.after the doctor come and say I will send u to hospital because they are expert I hate to be there and won’t come again.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Renyolds is the best. If you are looking for an excellent orthopedic dr. Look no further. I had a problem with my shoulder after receiving a flu vaccine. I saw several doctors before seeing dr Reynolds and they couldn't figure out what was wrong. This doctor knew what was within a couple of minutes of seeing me. Gave me a cortisone injection and pain meds. Within a couple of hours I was pain free. The office staff is awesome. They were even able to work me in for an MRI on the same day. Which all the doctors and staff could be as kind and caring as this office. Thank you so much

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Besh did a great job of surgery on my trigger finger. If you didn't know I had surgery you wouldn't see the scar. The staff at the therapy center are all great. Therapists are very knowledgeable and their assistants are there on a snap to help out. Im gonna miss all of them. Thanks to everyone who helped me out.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to see Dr. Besh for my hand and elbow injuries which I have suffered from work. I was originally a patient at Kaiser but they couldn't help me at all. On my first visit with Dr. Besh, he immediately identified my injuries and questioned my medical history. After hearing about my situation, he recommended surgery for one of my hands which I was hesitant at first, but eventually I decided to go through with it. I am currently on my 4th week of recovery from my carpal tunnel release surgery and my hand feels great! I no longer feel the constant pressure from my nerves being compressed, and for the first time I feel like I will be able to recover fully. I have full confidence with Dr. Besh and his team. They have been wonderful and completely helpful in all my visits. I look forward to being in their care until I am 100 percent again.

Experiencia fantástica: I found Dr. Besh’s office just from a Google search. My initial appt, I went in for my wrist as I thought I had a ganglion cyst. After taking xrays, Dr. Besh properly diagnosed my wrist with tendinitis that formed after giving birth to my daughter. I’ve already had 2 physical therapy sessions and my wrist has been feeling so much better, even with me working in manufacturing! The custom splints they made for me to wear for day and night definitely help the healing process too. I’ve already recommended them to a coworker so she can get help as well.

Experiencia negativa: This place is a Total mess. My mom visited Dr Gay about two months ago and he said they’ll submit a MRI request and once approved they’ll call her to schedule the MRI and Dr visit at the same day ( Dr. Gay said himself) I told the Dr she was flying end of June and we were told that we can get an MRI and Dr. appointment at the same day. Now after two months and so many calls I could get to talk to someone and found out that the request was approved, but they never called us. The lady I talked to says she got the paperwork few days ago, which doesn’t matter if the whole place is this disorganized. Now the my Mom has a flight to take, although We delayed the flight, we are now told that the MRI and Dr appointment isn’t possible same day while we were told would be OK by Dr Gay himself. So its not only the staff who is careless and a mess this place a mess from top to bottom.

Experiencia negativa: They didn't do much but give me a cortizone shot after tearing my lcl. Then I received three separate bills every couple of weeks for about 15 dollars. Was never clear on what the bill was for. Then got a bill for about 85 dollars with with a whole list of line items I had no clue about what each was for. Called customer service and lady couldn't answer my questions. Said she would call back...NO CALL BACK. Decided to just pay anyway and put it behind me. THEN....MONTHS LATER THEY SENT ME A BILL FOR ALMOST 300 DOLLARS! REDICULOUS

Experiencia fantástica: Back in 09 and 10 shoulder surgery from John and wrist by Dr Besh all went well still have some problems off and on but overall considering my age and my disease I'm as well as I can be, going back for left side shoulder surgery soon.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Gay is the most knowledgeable orthopaedic surgeon on the planet. He is current and so ready to get you walking again. I absolutely adore him, and the staff at FORM go out of their way to assist you and prepare you for your journey. God knew exactly what He was doing when He created Dr. Gay. Who knew an ortho doctor also specializes in 25th century art. If I posted this talented piece of work, it would be priceless. Highly recommended. B. Robinson

Experiencia negativa: Ridiculous place - at least the front desk. I was referred by someone for a back injury. When I called for an appointment - they were clueless and after putting me on hold for 10 mins said they don't look at back injuries . Then the lady gave me the number of another place and when I asked the name of the place - she had no clue about that either. Please note that their voice mail and hold messaging clearly still states that they look at back and spine injuries as well.

Experiencia negativa: Cancelled my surgery and a post op appointment the day before. I had to travel 5 hours to get there and they wouldn't fix the problem. After surgery I'm in a lot of pain and no one seems to care.
