Experiencia fantástica: SCPT is Number one in Physical Therapy world. Tried other upscale PT but they are super busy and unorganised so got disappointed with their services. Here that’s not the case, highly motivated team are working here. They are super organised, professional and kind. Usha and Ray are both great therapists, very knowledgeable and helpful. I mostly worked with Usha and she is extremely good with understanding my meniscus root repair surgery and afterwords problems and how to fix them. Her patience and guidance is very strong and appreciable. Highly recommended place for better health and wellness

Experiencia fantástica: I was here seven years ago after I had a rotator cuff surgery. I'm facing some of the same issues again, so I asked to return to Silver Creeks for treatment. My physical therapist who I previously worked with is still there. I am, once again, working with Ray. He finds the knots and helps me work through the pain and soreness. I really like his approach and the exercises he assigns me. Connie has been my go to person in the gym for warm ups and exercises. I'm very comfortable going for PT at Silver Creeks in Newark.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a course of eight physical therapy appointments at Silver Creek Fitness and Physical Therapy in Newark following knee replacement surgery in February, 2020. I worked with physical therapists, Usha and Ray, with aides, Eric and Gabby, and with receptionist, Meredith. Each one of them treated me politely, professionally, and compassionately. They trained me to do the many exercises that restored my function. I credit them with helping me achieve an excellent post-operative result. UPDATE: I needed the OTHER knee replaced at the end of September, 2021. I had such a good experience at Silver Creek Fitness and Physical Therapy following my first knee replacement in 2020 that I returned for rehab of the second knee. I was happy to see that both Usha and Ray are still there, and I received from them the same great care I got the first time around. The support staff has changed since my first rehab. The aides, Jonathan, Connie, and Reggie, and the receptionist, Tanya, treated me with the same professional, respectful, warm, and friendly help that I got in 2020. I will not miss rehab, but I WILL miss seeing these nice people regularly.

Experiencia positiva: The last time I came for treatment for my knee replacement, the aids had me doing excersies that caused me to have a hernia. I told them about it. They didn't have much to say. It seemed like some of them didn't believe me. I had already had 2 hernias in that same area, so I knew what it was. Every time I came, they wanted me to do the same excersies that would not help my hernia. I told them that I wouldn't do certain ones. It just seemed to me that they didn't care about that. They just wanted to be able to check off the excersies that I did & would comment each time I came in that they could see that I haven't been doing all of my excersies that was assigned to me to do. Unfortunately, a few months after I finished my treatment, I had to have surgery to fix the hernia. Seems like they need to be informed or trained in these matters.

Experiencia fantástica: Initially, I thought I was going to be a spectacle whilst working alongside others at Silver Creek. My trepidation was removed after working with the staff and found kindred spirits around me with the same focus - to feel better. That is exactly what happened. I have been to both the older building and now the newer facility, and all is clean, organized and most of all, efficient. When I throw something out and injure myself, the last thing I need is an interruption of my schedule. But I always walked out of there feeling so much better. Don't be afraid to ask questions, make suggestions, etc. They are knowledgeable in the function of muscles and bone.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommended Silver Creek Fitness to anyone for physical therapy service. I went to Silver Creek Fitness for two different occasions. After received a total knee replacement , I went there for knee therapy service and Dr. Usha was my physical therapist who is very knowledgeable, caring and professional. With Usha’s treatment and assistance, I was able to reach my doctor’s goal expectation as I was able to bend my injured knee to 120 degrees with no pain and with no problems. The second time I went back to Silver Creek Fitness for my hand therapy service. I received a trigger finger surgery and asked my doctor for a referral to Silver Creek Fitness. I also asked for Dr. Usha for the hand therapy service at Silver Creek Fitness . After the PT treatment, I am able to bend my fingers smoothly without any pains. Besides thanking Dr. Usha, I also want to thank her assistance, Eric , for his instruction on the numerous machines and exercises. Lastly, I like to thank Meredith, the front desk staff, who is very friendly and professional as she always returned my calls in a timely manner. Many, many thanks again.

I worked with physical therapists, Usha and Ray and Kinjal they are all very friendly and very good for what they are doing.

My shoulder is back to 100% - no pain, and complete range of motion. I highly recommend Silver Creek and would definitely go back if I ever need more PT.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Silver Creek Fitness and Physical Therapy in Fremont. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, so nice and friendly, and took great care of me while I was going through my physical therapy for my shoulder pain. They correctly diagnosed the cause of my pain and designed a program to help build my strength to lessen the pain. I would absolutely use the Fremont facility for any physical therapy need.

Experiencia negativa: They have the wrong address online, ultimately making me late for my appointment, when I finally arrived, the young lady at the front desk refused to see me for being late. I was involved in a motorcycle crash and need PT, and it's an inconvenience having to now reschedule. I will be scheduling an appointment elsewhere.

Experiencia fantástica: I have lumbar 4 and lumbar 5 issues that prevents my left toe from rising while walking resulting in constant tripping. My left leg, core, and hips were likewise diagnosed to be weak.Ive seen Ray over that period of time doing my exercises and by the end of my session I was able to capture about 85% of my strength. I'm happy with the result. One thing Ill say that separates Silver Creek Theraphy from the rest of them is the personal hygiene and very close attention every staff spent to the details and correct way of exercise.
