Experiencia fantástica: I entered therapy in pain, was assessed by Nadia P.T. and had a treatment plan over the next 9 sessions that left me feeling nearly normal. The rest is up to me, and I am thrilled. Staff at Cal Rehab and Sports Therapy were kind, expert, professional and seemed genuinely happy to do this difficult work. The facility is clean and well equipped. Should I need PT again in the future I would not hesitate to go back. We (the public) are in good hands with these professionals.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely poor scheduling. They cancelled my appointment without even letting me know. First of all they don't pickup when we call them, I had to spend 1 hour holding on phone to fix this appointment and they cancel it without even letting me know. So bad service and the lady on the phone was very rude. Please don't go here if you want to save your time.

Everyone that I’ve worked with is super kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The PTs and PTAs describe and demonstrate the exercises (and the correct form for each of them) in ways that are easy to understand and remember. The fun conversations also help to distract from the burn of the exercises :)

In less than two months we have made so much progress and I no longer need pain medication. All of the staff members I have interacted with have been knowledgeable, caring and friendly. On their bill, it clearly listed the money we have paid, but it did not match the payment with the service. When we tried to talk to them, they said please talk to billing department in LA, we tried to call the billing department, it waits forever ... Also, you can look at all the negative reviews, every one of them is related to the front desk receptionist: "The front desk lady was so rude and irresponsible", "Very unfriendly and rude receptionist" "Front desk girl is so rude and mean. Her is Jassica." "Front desk person was extremely rude in dealing with customers"

So far I have worked primarily with Drashti, Priscilla, Lawrence, and Kyle who are phenomenal - it can be difficult to commit to 2x week sessions, but they make it fun! I have been coming here for about a month, and have seen so much progress already. They use a mobile app to prescribe at home exercises - the app gives detailed instructions and shows sets/reps per exercise which is great. Also shout out to Patty at the front desk who is so helpful with scheduling! I remember it was a little hard to get a hold of them, but this is understandable because I can see how busy their team is with how many patients there are. However, once you schedule your first session, Patty books them all at once and is accommodating if rescheduling is needed. She also goes the extra mile: when I used up the initial sessions my doctor referred me for, Patty went ahead and called my insurance for me to get additional authorization. Dealing with insurance can be confusing sometimes, and I was so grateful she took that extra step for me so that I wouldn’t have to worry about it. Thank you to everyone at CA Rehab and Sports Therapy for your commitment and passion for helping patients! You guys are the best!

You’re treated like a person patient. They know you on a first name basis and they care about you getting better. Very friendly environment. I have noticed I have been getting better since coming here and hopefully in the future I won’t have to come back here. But if I have to, this will be my first place of choice.

My doctors were Priscilla and Max they are really friendly and nice people. They gave me tips on my form for specific exercises that I was doing at the gym, those tips have helped me a lot and feel less pain in my hip and lower back. Experiencia fantástica: I went in with tailbone pain which was about 8/10 and I could not sit, sleep or stand for a long time without discomfort. Drashti shah was very very good with diagnosing my weak points and tailoring my treatment according to my needs. After 10 weeks I am now far stronger than I ever was( strong enough to tear resistance bands during my workouts haha) I have now concluded my sessions with my pain level at 1 or less out of 10. I am deeply grateful for her support. Recovery for me was more mental than physical. I came in afraid of injuring myself but I am leaving feeling more confident in myself

They tailored the therapy sessions to my specific needs and goals, which I found extremely valuable. They took the time to thoroughly assess my elbow condition and develop a personalized treatment plan that targeted areas of weakness and discomfort. During the therapy sessions, both KT & RIdhi utilized a variety of techniques and exercises to improve my hand strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Both Khyati and Ridhi took care of me and were patient enough to answer all my questions and concerns. Schedule adjustment is really hard and cancelling for an emergency situations won't be heard. May be part of their rules but as a customer I felt these adjustments should be accommodated

I now understand how doing the very simple things I do everyday, such as sitting in a chair, can be improvised to do calf exercises which will help increase muscle mass and improve my mobility. I been going there for last 10 years for various injuries and each time they help me achieved my goal and beat my expectations. However, with the help of Drashti and Priscilla, she has been doing things she thought she couldn’t do anymore. They’ve also helped her understand the root of the problem and always explain how each exercise benefits the betterment of her wrist movement. Experiencia negativa: I had to cancel my appointment so I kept calling the front desk for two days but they dint attend my call at all and when I went for my next appointment the front desk lady said I had to pay 40$ cancellation fee for my last session so I said I can’t and explained her tat I called so many times but dint get any response so she started showing attitude and saying u should have common sense to leave voice mail for her mistake for not attending any of my call for past two days so I said I don’t want any treatment going forward. The front desk lady was so rude and irresponsible.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing place and awesome staff! My physical therapists were Phong and Pricilla. Both of them are awesome PT and helped me recover with my neck/shoulder issue. Phong and Pricilla would listen to my problems and direct that day’s manual therapy and exercises to address my problem. I had most of my sessions with Phong and she gave great guidance for at home and pre-workout exercises so that I don’t strain my neck/shoulder much. Pricilla corrected my form in exercises and it could see quick improvement. This is one place I looked forward to go to because I knew it was helping my neck/shoulder issue. And by end of my sessions there was so much improvement. Thank you so much! Special thanks to all the assistants (Kyle, Brandon, Lawrence and Trisha) and the reception staff for helping.

Experiencia fantástica: I am going to California rehabilitation and sports therapy for treatment of my repetitive ankle sprain injury. I have been receiving excellent care from the staff at the clinic. I am feeling much better than when I first came in for treatment. And remember that the staff there knows the truth when you say "you have been too busy for your home exercise program"

Experiencia fantástica: I had a total knee replacement 3 months ago and my main therapist Khyati Tank has been excellent, she takes the time to listen to what is going on with your recovery and try to come up with the right exercises that will move you forward in your recovery. I had surgery at Good Samaritian Hospital with Dr Sagoo and they use a different therapists group. I was very happy he was able to recommend this place closer to home that has worked out well.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at California Rehab and Sports Therapy Milpitas! The staff were all very friendly and kind, and I felt very welcome every time I came in for an appointment. My PT, Max, did a great job of creating a rehab plan for me and walking me through that process all the way to full recovery. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood the ins and outs of my recovery. The facility is spacious and clean, and there were always appointments available with reasonable turnaround. I definitely recommend this place and would come back myself if I have any health issues in the future.

But, the staff Phuong Nguyen is so friendly and professional to explain each item to workout details. And demo everything before I start learning. She is the truly PT expert to encourage patient to recover. I really appreciate her consideration and dedication. Also, Jennifer T who also help me a lot too.

David at the front desk is very kind, He helped me with my appointment rescheduling or cancellations as I needed to accommodate my schedule. My PT Phong was very professional, she used to try out the exercises before asking me to do it, overall it was a great PT center.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently had a surgery for a cyst removal on my wrist. Physical therapy has helped gain control and my strength back after not having it for a while. I was worried about it at first but my PT Drashti made me feel comfortable when I first underwent the process. She and Priscilla, my PTA, have helped me through this process and provide feedback that’s extremely helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to this branch for lower back pain and would recommend them. The staff are all very nice and friendly. Riddhi helped me with my back pain guiding me through the exercise program. My lower back pain has significantly reduced. The give regular reminders of upcoming appointments which are very helpful. They were very accommodating of my schedule while scheduling appointments. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: To be honest I was skeptical physical therapy could fix issues with my knees. After about a month and a half Phuong and Emmanuel were able to get my knees back to functioning pain-free! So happy for this and big credit to the Milpitas team! Everyone here from the physical therapists to the PT aids are friendly here, always laughing, and looks like they enjoy their work which is a great sign! Also it's great that this place closes late to allow me to come after work. All the other PT places close at 5pm.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m writing a review for my mom, who insisted how great this place is. She’s had a great experience and felt very welcomed. The exercises really catered to her issues, and felt that coming to these appointments kept her accountable to try to do certain exercises at home. The PT she worked with was very knowledgeable and was able to tweak some of her exercises to make her feel better. She would definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to California Rehab for about 2 months now. Every person that works here, from the front desk to the assistants are professional and fun people. They have helped me with my knee problem and the therapy has also helped me lose some weight :). Drashti is my main therapist and has taken such great care of me and my injury. The facility is clean and they are very strong on their sanitation rules. Keep up the great work! I would recommend this facility and if I need more PT in the future I will definitely be going back to California Rehab.

Experiencia fantástica: The front desk staff and the physical therapists were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. My son's physical therapist, Max, gave him exercises that were easy to follow and were helpful. My son also felt that Max was "easy to talk to". Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: It was a very disappointing experience. Google Maps led me to wrong side of the building, wasting 5 minutes of my time in search of the correct office. The front desk, with their utter lack of empathy, denied my appointment for being 6 minutes late. Despite explaining the ordeal of finding the location and asking to have a shorter session, she rudely claimed the therapist was unavailable (while visibly nearby) and demanded I endure an additional 70-minute wait for treatment. I ended up canceling the appointment, which took three weeks to schedule. Very very disappointed.
