Experiencia negativa: This has got to be the most incompetent health care group I have ever encountered. Don't waste your time or money. The only reason I've used them is because my PCP is the only one that seems to know her job and actually cares about her patients. If it wasn't for her I would have left a LONG time ago. I am on the MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment) program for OUD (Opioid Use Disorder). I have been on this program for over 1-1/2 years and it's kept me from relapsing (heroin, fentanyl, and any other opiate I can get my hands on). It's required that I have a telemedicine appointment with my provider every month in order to get a refill for Buprenorphine/Naloxone (Suboxone). And, usually whenever we have our scheduled appointments, I am very close to running out of my medication. Now, if you have ever detoxed from opiates, you know it's one of the most awful withdrawals you can experience. Withdrawing from the medication I'm prescribed is 100 times worse than detoxing from heroin or fentanyl. I recently had my telemedicine appointment with the provider that oversees my participation in the MAT program and my medication refill was submitted (but, by whom, I don't know). Anyways, I went to my regular pharmacy to pick up my prescription on Wednesday when I was about to use the last dose I had on hand and it wasn't available because they had not receiveed the prescription. This is when I had realized they had sent it to the WRONG pharmacy! It was sent to one that I have never used and should not even be in my file. I always confirm which pharmacy to send it to and this department has not gotten it right in over 6 months. By the next morning (Thursday), I was already going through heavy withdrawals. I called BACH to try to get the provider to send it to the proper pharmacy (one that stocks this specific medication for me beacuse it's a controlled substance, nobody carries it regularly, and usually takes a couple of days to get in if it's not in stock). I was told that my provider would get back to me by the end of the day. Well, I never heard from anybody. So, I called back at 8am the next morning (Friday) to try to get them to send the prescription to my regular pharmacy immediately because I was beyond dope sick. But, it had to be done before 10am because I had to go to work (this pharmacy is a Mon-Fri, 8am-5:30pm establishment, so getting it on the weekend would be very challenging). I did not hear back and I could not be sick at work or I would not be able to function, so I ended up ralapsing. Thank you, BACH, for putting me back in the dope game! BACH finally submitted the the refill to my regular pharmacy at 3:30pm. My pharmacy filled it immediately because the pharmacist knows how detrimental to my "sobriety" it is. Unfortunately, I was scheduled to work until 6pm and they closed at 5:30. When I attempted to have them resend my prescription to Walmart Pharmacy because they are opened on the weekend, they did so and in a timely manner. BUT, Walmart did not have it in stock and could not get it until Tuesday. And, because of laws regarding controlled substances, could not tell me if any of the other local Walmarts have it on hand. I attempted to contact other pharmacies in order to see who had it and was told the same thing. So, I had to call BACH again to have them research a pharmacy that could refill it by this afternoon but it's already 3:15pm on a Saturday (yes, my entire day was spent trying to get this starightened out so I can get off the fentanyl that I've been using to keep from being dope sick). I'm certain I'll need to wai until Monday before I can get this fixed. Let's just hope I don't get bad dope in the meantime and OD. GREAT JOB BACH!!!

Experiencia negativa: Hello I have never seen something like this doctor and front desk they don’t care someone problem like time, job and feeling that we have and when they cancel your appointment and schedule to next year, and its happening from last year and no respect for any human and when I talk to my own doc she said its free that is why they don’t care about any patient, you guys have to put a large lock to your door and never open it back cuz there is no management no respect no doc, and no machine and please don’t wast someone time cuz your all patients are related to low income family and immigrant, maybe your family were an immigrant and you became a doc now Thank you

Experiencia negativa: wasted my time for a very important service. I called a second time to confirm the service is actually provided and they tell me they don't even do that kind of service yet they scheduled me a week earlier. how unprofessional. when I expressed my displeasure in a civil manner as usual in the Bay area people are like little children and don't take responsibility for their actions and get all pissy for your calling out their unprofessionalism. Good job BACH, now I know to avoid every part of your business not just the one that I asked for the service for. I left a message yesterday for the service to be confirmed they didn't bother to call I had to call them back the next day. these people don't want the money you provide them go elsewhere. cha-ching. money, the only thing the medical *industry* understands

Experiencia negativa: This place has the worst service that I have ever experienced in the health care field. Receptionists don’t have a good personality and aren’t welcoming. The people who call you in don’t even introduce themselves, the assistant once I got in the room rushed to get the room ready when I was already in the room. That’s supposed to be done ahead of time. The so called “doctor” was terrible at his job and had missing teeth too. He came in quick didn’t even ask for any prior information on what I had. He just looked at what I had without even touching it. Which in my case you can’t see what I have unless you touch it. He came back and told me what I had supposedly. And all he said was “people get this at age 18-25 years old, but if you want to know more about it just research yourself on your phone.” Like he didn’t even give me a brief description, picture example, or even a printed copy with a short summary of what it is. I would think twice before coming in to this terrible clinic. Wouldn’t recommend one bit. It’s a bit sketch honestly.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t go to this clinic don’t even call to make an appointment if you live in the bay they will give you an appointment 1year later ,in the wrong location ,without notice and they will cancel a day ahead or the day of your appointments and reschedule for another month or so .

Experiencia negativa: The scheduling lady over the phone for the dentistry was super rude and had zero customer service. She was Speaking with undesired attitude; she even failed to schedule appoinments for me and hunged up the phone!. Really annoying! Bay Area Community Health Clinic itself is a great place for its services. The management needs its personnel trained how to respect and interact with patients. Some unhappy employees unfortunately can have a real negative impact on its organization!

Experiencia negativa: Take notes EVERY TIME you call You will get the run around when you call. I heve been trying to get my Disability paid since AUGUST 2023 and we sre going INTO DECEMBER 2023. The amount of incompotent staff they hire that lack empathy for people is appauling. They apologize but nothing is accomplished. They have repeated to me at least 5x that they need to call my nursing facility to confirm information. I even offered help. This SIMPLE task just cannot be done by this Illiterate staff. 4 MONTHS!!!!!! Dr Ayala, Victoria, Tina, Fernanda A., have all done ZERO to help my situation. I will be contacting the State to further discuss this situation.

Experiencia fantástica: I have specialty health care needs that BACH does an amazing job in meeting. Their staff is super understanding and kind. I get appointments within a reasonable amount of time, usually within one week. Their TransVision group is made of such passionate, kind hearted people.

Experiencia negativa: Misleading to me that they have a dental doctor under my insurance, then after the check up, received a claim from my insurance said that they are not in my insurance network, damn, very bad experience, waste my time!

Experiencia negativa: I have been going to the BACH dental clinic since 2019. My last three visits, however, have been highly disappointing. The new dentists have not wanted to take care of a crown situation and have instead tinkered and made worse a tooth that has a very small portion eroded. They don't want to do the work, have a poor and condescending attitude, and the clinic charges Medical for a useless visit. I have had an increasing pain for a few months, made worse by three useless dental visits. A temporary filling is placed, falling the next day or in a few days. Currently, I have a lot of pain. I am a type I diabetic and have needed immediate help for over a month. If I have to partially pay for a crown or root canal I will do so. No one from the clinic has responded to my complaints while my problem gets worse.

Experiencia negativa: I went to the dentist I'm on pain my cheek is swollen and they ask me to wait to get me in after the appointments I waited and after hours I ask again and they have forgotten about me and told me to thought it out because I wasn't going be seen .that's it ! I hope they don't have an emergency and no one would help them cause it sucks.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Khade is friendly and very thorough. He referred me to the dental services they also have here for a checkup. I received fantastic dental care there from Dr. Chang. Scheduling, though, can be a bit of a challenge with often many weeks being booked out and the occasional communication mix-up but I like this place.

Experiencia negativa: Would not recommend. I went several times over the years for myself, my child, and my parents. I had many many bad experiences. Phone worker scheduled a visit for my baby with a doctor that does not specialize in pediatrics so we had to reschedule another visit. Of course they billed me twice but the first visit was a waste of time. Greedy! Staff there was young and instead of working spend their time goofing off. They didn't have a translator for my mom when I went and the phone translator was rude and slow. Then they hung up on her during the visit. The doctor tried calling another translator but it took long so she gave up. When I went for my pap smear I saw the staff filming TikToks but it's laughable they have time to dance but not work. The nurse who did my pap smear hurt me very badly, like she did not know how to do the pap smear! Don't expect to see a real doctor, they only seem to hire doctor assistants and nurses provider bevause they are cheaper but their training is worse. The few providers I liked and were good didn't stay for long. Would recommend you drive farther to go to other company as the care here sucks.

Experiencia negativa: one of the worst places to get orthodontic services. My daughter appointment was for filling her tooth. Since she has MEDICARE insurance, they can't charge it as much as they charge other insurance, they don't care about your needs. they choose what to do for you to make money from. After doing the cleaning we were told to go back after 2 months even though my daughter had a big cavity in her permanent tooth. This was not the first time we had such a problem. I wouldn't recommend this clinic. Save your time not going this place.

Experiencia negativa: The customer service is really friendly. However the NP(one of the doctors there) is not so professional. We tried to contact him through MyChart but he never responded. My pharmacy contacted him for half a month and he never responded either. I have to change a clinic even though BACH is the closest to my home.

Experiencia negativa: Today is the worst day I've had this year !The front desk operator is the worst!!!!! They don't help you at all, unprofessional, I don't know how they work, the doctor did a root canal with me yesterday. Then the doctor asked me if I had time at eight o'clock tomorrow morning. Can give me one more time another root canal treatment. I said yes and I came back early in the morning. I live in San Leandro and go to Fremont need 45 minutes. They didn't seem to put me on the appointment list. I've been waiting here for an hour. The front desk was very unfriendly and asked me: Why did you come without an appointment? Then I said that the doctor asked me here yesterday.Of course I know that I need to make an appointment to see the dentist. Can you help me ask the doctor to confirm? The front desk said I couldn't help you because the doctor not here today! What!? And then I said so what should I do if you not help me to confirm that!? Do I need to stay here and wait or go back home, because I live a little far from here. Guess what she said!!!!?: UP TO YOU! Wow!!! Up to me, ok. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I was so impressed with by the customer service and thorough work of nurses, medical assistance and MD Konda and NP Lagman. I have had Kaiser and other Commercial insurances in past but the clinic Bay Area Community Health service and their systems is on top for health services and compassion. Incredible! It blew me away.

Experiencia negativa: Due to terrible triaffic in Fremont today, I was late 15min for my appointment time, the doctor refuse to see us, I drovefar from Hayward and trying my best to the appointment , the lady in the front desk was very rude to my daughter and the doctor refuse to see her .my daughter was in this clinic since she was born, even we moved, we still try to go back there.They are expending but the service got worse. It's time for us switch the clinic.

Experiencia negativa: This clinic has alot to improve. Highly disorganized, unfriendly for the most part. It seems they are too busy taking your temperature and asking you dumb repeat questions about Covid INSTEAD OF paying attention to what is wrong with you today. There aren't any doctors there, just the PA's, so I've never seen a Dr there just the ONE PA, I mean God forbid I would want a Dr's opinion if I'm sick for Christ sake, just to always be scheduled with the PA. MEDICATION? Forget about it, they don't prescribe Jack that's useful, just trying to push the VACCINES. I personally am looking for another damn clinic, I've had enough of TriCity in Fremont.

Experiencia positiva: Place and people look kinda fancy, but no water dispenser, only drinking fountains. So I was thirsty and stressed. My doctor set the pace of the conversation and I forgot all my health related questions. Maybe make a list if you have questions.

This place actually has an option to get a walk in appointment, you can talk to someone at the health center instead of an outsourced call-center company employee, and the doctors dont make you feel like youre wasting their time by caring about your own health. 5 star thanks so much tchc
