Experiencia fantástica: Very professional. Their exercise regimen for my lower back resolved my pain in just four sessions. That was two months ago and I’ve had no recurrence.

Experiencia negativa: This is a tough review because it was just a weird experience. I did a few weeks of PT here and it was fairly hands off. Like I learned what exercises I needed to do and was left to do them with very little interaction during my visits. There were some times I needed someone to hold a band or fix a weight and no one was watching or available to help. It took multiple visits before the PT even put her hands on my actual injury, everything was just stretching based on conversation to start. That might be the way it’s supposed to be but I didn’t really feel relief until icing and the little electro machine thing started up. I felt like 85% of the work was stretching that I could’ve done at home for free (yes, I know PT is a lot of that anyway) but it was the lack of attention that just really irked me about all of that. There were times it felt like since I was new there, I wasn’t part of the “regulars” club and therefore didn’t get the same level of interaction. A weird comparison I know, but it’s the best representation I can think of for what it was like. I had to take a break due to being out of town and now that I need to go back, I’m opting for a different center because this one just wasn’t worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a meniscus tear in my knee and Jessica, Jinal and Amy were great to work with! I am back fully to running again and pleased with the results. These ladies are very professional and effective!

Experiencia fantástica: While no one "wants" to have to have physical therapy, if you do, finding the right therapist and facility is key to recovery. That's why I highly recommend Frisco Therapy Center. As a therapist, Jessica is fabulous. She is knowledgeable, empathetic, listens to her clients' needs and tailors their therapy to meet those needs. Jessica's team, Janil, and Taylor, are friendly, cheerful, attentive and prepared. They are excellent at demonstrating exercises and making sure you are doing them properly. I wish I hadn't needed physical therapy, but since I do, I'm so glad I found Frisco Therapy Center.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred by Plano Orthpedics.. to this location and couldn’t be more pleased. When I started, both my knees were to a point where doing squats and even jogging was painful to the point where my knees had chronic inflammation. I’ve spent the last four months working with Monica, Jessica, Rishi, Brittany and Courtney.... theyve been such a blessing in my recovery by pushing me and prescribing me procedures that helped aid in my recovery. In addition to the great treatment I received, I found the staff to always be cheerful and hostpitable. I’d like to again thank the staff for helping me with my knees and can probably say I can chase my little daughter around again!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone here is so nice and helpful! Monica and Rishi/Courtney/Caroline are all patient and kind, and made sure I understood what I was doing and why. And Laura and Paris up front are so accommodating and kind too. Everyone is just so great, I was sad to stop going!

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough great things about this Therapy Center. Monica is very knowledgeable, professional and so friendly. Rishi, Courtney and the rest of the staff kept me moving through the program put together for me. They pushed me when I needed to be pushed and always encouraged me to improve. I gained back my ROM thanks to the therapy there and at home program they put together for me. I highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: I'd avoid this place. Unprofessional and inexperienced staff. My eval, which they wanted over $200 for, lasted all of 5 min with the conclusion of telling me I was favoring one side. They put me on a poor man's decompression machine and left me with an alarm button. I started to feel severe pain. I pressed the button and the guy was too busy chatting up the other therapist to respond. After a few minutes I yelled out that I needed help. One therapist bereated the office person right in front of me. Not good. Get hold of Robin McKenzie book. Read the book "Crooked" and keep moving/walking/stretching appropriately. Don't let this place waste your time and money.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been to rehab at other places before, but none had the same effect on me as Frisco Therapy Center. Everybody from the front desk to the therapist and the technicians were outstanding! Such a fun, energetic, and knowledgeable team. Although it was tough, Monica and crew helped me get back to where I wanted to be. I always looked forward to going to therapy!
