I just want to publicly thank you for your exquisite service and support of my pelvic floor therapy. I’d never even heard of pelvic floor therapy prior to being referred to you and have to admit that I was pretty skeptical. However, you not only helped me manage my pain but you also taught me techniques to help me keep them at bay! OMG, you are a lifesaver!! You were always super professional and gentle during my treatments and you didn’t force me out of my comfort zone which was very important to me. The environment was also very clean and welcoming which helped me loosen up and feel safe during my treatments. The staff is also super nice and professional! If you’re experiencing pelvic floor pain/discomfort, then you absolutely need to make an appointment with Kelsey~ you won’t regret it! (Virtual high-five) Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Results PT staff is nothing short of brilliant and amazing! The physical therapists have positive, fun personalities and really care about your total well being. They truly care about how fast and well you progress in your healing. The monitoring program to restore your body is second to none and they tailor programs to your lifestyle needs (getting back to walking while golfing). Restoration to a functional capacity is one thing, but Results PT wants your body restored back to your previous self, if not better! I can’t say enough great things about the team. While I hope to never need physical therapy again, I would 100% return to this location. :)

After a few months working with them my back pain disappeared. And the good thing is that Josh and Kelsey gave me a lot of exercises to keep doing a few times a week to ensure that my back pain does not come back. I definitely recommend this PT.

I’ve mostly worked with Kelsey, and she’s been able to help me improve so much over such a short time. She’s extremely knowledgeable and is also able to make you feel very comfortable. So important when talking to someone about peeing your pants! I’m in my thirties and had my first child, and while incontinence can be so common after having a kid, it is totally NOT normal!!! Go get yourself sorted!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the great pleasure of getting to work with the fantastic staff at the Frisco Results Physiotherapy clinic while recovering from ACL replacement surgery. Not only are they very knowledgeable in their field and were able to answer my many questions and help me greatly improve in my range of motion and strength after surgery but they also made the experience very comfortable and fun! Kelsey, Josh, Taylor and Matt all worked with me at one point and they were all very kind and great to talk with while doing exercises. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Been seeing Kelsey for pelvic floor rehabilitation for little over a month and have seen amazing results! Can run, jump & chase my kids symptom free! This has been a game changer for my personal health and physical health!

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Kelsey during my pregnancy and postpartum. She is fantastic. She not only helped me strengthen my pelvic floor, but also educated me so that I can continue to do my exercises after no longer being a patient. I highly recommend anyone with a pelvis do pelvic floor therapy. But if you are pregnant or postpartum whether a few weeks or decades, you absolutely need to be in pelvic floor therapy. While it is common to pee when you sneeze, it is not normal and it doesn’t have to be that way. If you’re a woman and have any leakage, don’t walk, run to pelvic floor therapy with Kelsey. You will not be disappointed. You can even bring your children to physical therapy. I had many appointments with my son. Sometimes he would be in his car seat and sometimes I would wear him during my appointments. Everyone else in the office is also so kind and professional. I truly enjoyed my physical therapy appointments.

Kelsey was my main therapist, and she was excellent! I appreciate that I have access to my therapy plan through my portal and access to their team! From the front desk to the therapy team, everyone was phenomenal!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I came in with neck pain that had been persisting for months. I thought I needed an MRI and insurance required PT before they would approve it. I had had other therapies and I didn't think this would work, but I was wrong! Josh customized a therapy plan for me and in one month I have resumed all activities without pain! I no longer need and MRI or to see another physician. I would highly recommend going to Results PT and seeing Josh.

Experiencia fantástica: Have you ever heard of Pelvic Organ Prolapse? I had not until I was diagnosed with it 8 years ago. if you have this condition come see Kelsey St Clair! there is hope for you. Kelsey specializes in knowing how to strengthen your core, breathe correctly so as not to further stress your core muscles, manage functional activities without accidents or further stress, and explains your particular issues in a very understanding and kind way! I had no idea there was so much you could do to help you function more normally. if you have this issue go as soon as you can. the earlier you go, the better your results. you can avoid surgery and all the effects that it brings. Kelsey is so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and flexible to change with your needs. I can’t say enough about my success thx to her. Call and speak to Kate. she will set up up quickly and stays on top of your case closely. actually all the staff is very friendly as well! run - don’t walk - get help now!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My obgyn referred me for pelvic pt and i am glad this was the place i got to get my treatments. The entire staff is just pleasant. Kelsie was my pelvic floor pt and she did a great job of helping me back to recovery, I stopped feeling any pressure in my pelvic area halfway through my treatment duration. And i was also able to come in for my sessions with my 7 month old and sometimes when he got tired of the stroller Kelsie would help me take care of him, while I perform my exercises. She really made me feel comfortable, listened to my goals, and helped me work towards returning to powerlifting. It was really important to me to be able to confidently return to lifting weights and she had the expertise to get me there. Experiencia fantástica: I have struggled with a plantar fasciitis and then a torn plantar facia for a year and a half. As a stay at home mom of two , I’m always on my feet and the pain was debilitating. I was in a boot for 4 months. My muscles had atrophied and my walking gait was different even after coming out of the boot and PT at another facility. My doctor encouraged me to try a new PT program for a different perspective and approach. Sometimes you just need new eyes! When I came into Results PT complaining of minor lingering foot pain and a change in my gait, I didn’t think I would ever play tennis again or run with my kids again. Rachel was incredible. Her expertise was impressive and she knew exactly what to look for, where to examine, and was also able to explain it to me in a way I understood. Not only that, she was so kind and fun to be around. I enjoyed coming to therapy! I was confident in her assessment and how she helped teach me ways to improve at home. Her confidence in me gave me confidence to trust myself and my body. I am now playing tennis twice a week! If you’re struggling with an issue that just won’t go away and are willing to really dig in, go see them!! They’re amazing and such kind people. Thanks Rachel and Results PT for everything!

All of the other therapists are so friendly to me, and really care, even though I’m not working with them directly. All of the staff from the clinic director to the office coordinator, are super amicable and patient-oriented. Josh has been an awesome CI, very knowledgeable about his craft, he’s great about highlighting a lot of clinical pearls and current research, and also just being available when needed.

Experiencia negativa: The therapist may be decent - even good - clinically and may one day grow up to be good socially/emotionally but it hasn't happened yet. First, when a therapist, doctor, dentist...ANY provider...has a student following them, the paying client should be asked if it is OK. Not just told the person will be there throughout every visit. Perhaps there are things I may want to discuss privately with the provider. I made the appointment with the therapist, not the student. Second and most important, I was told I would be put on a "walking program" but when I said I couldn't and wouldn't do that, she persisted in telling me I "had" to, never asking why I couldn't/wouldn't. (And there is definitely a reason I cannot do that right now but she STILL doesn't know!!) She merely informed me "You must understand I'm a 'Doctor' of movement therapy." I was there for cervical spine pain. After telling her at least 3 times I would not participate in a "walking program" I said I would leave and began to gather my belongings. At that point, she did "soften" a bit and provided some basis assessment and therapy. Too late, too little. I left knowing full well I would never return. She needs to learn the client is the "captain" of the ship and work collaboratively with them - incorporate the client in the goal-making strategies. The client doesn't "need to understand" who she is. She really needs to understand who her clients are. Finally, and least important, I'm well into my senior years. I'm in relatively good health, only take a couple of meds, about 3 pounds overweight per BMI but I've had neck issues since teen years. I've been through PT multiple times. I spoke w/doctor about going to PT again for "brush-up" lessons - just 3-4 times. I know the routines/exercises but wanted to ascertain I was still doing them correctly. Well, this therapist got the standard approval of 12 visits from insurance and was determined I would come for all 12 visits with $30 copays. My desire to visit just 3-4 times was not an option, apparently. My ability to pay a total of $280 was not a factor for her, nor was the requirement I take unpaid time off work to attend. I know this is long and definitely a very negative review. Perhaps, in the end, it may help this particular therapist. Nobody looks good riding way up on a high horse.

Experiencia positiva: Happy to take this down when this issue gets resolved. Can't say enough good things about the people who actually work at this location. The physical therapists (Brynne and Rachel specifically) are awesome. Stephanie at the front desk is amazingly pleasant. She always smiled and made me laugh. All that being said, Agilitas USA (the parent company I suppose) is terrible about their billing practices. I over paid by almost $615 for PT services between Sept & Dec 2021. They cut me a refund check after 1 month of services for $150 (seemed reasonable at the time bcse I think this settled up with me for the first month). They then didnt refund me for over 90 days. I had to call to get the process started. They then cut me a check for $334. And the lady I talked to in Denver (cannot remember her name but it started with an A) was so callous and distant. Almost like she didnt care. I called Stephanie back and asked for the owner to call me. The owner did not call me. I then got in touch with a really nice woman in Nashville named Kelly who tried hard to get me the rest of my refund but only $106 was authorized. They still owe me $25 (seems pretty minor, but jeez why they cannot get this sorted out I dont know). I am not a bank. I effectively gave this company an interest free loan for 3 months (boarders on unethical). Its one thing to overpay, but audit your files periodically and pay patients back if they overpay. And apologize if things drag on. And dont be callous and rude when they call to get their money back. Im saddened by this whole experience bcse Brynne and Rachel were so helpful. Its hard for me to recommend using Results PT unless they allow you to pay whatever the insurance company determines you owe after processing the claim. BTW, BCBS paid Agilitas within 2-3 business days on average for all 27 of my visits last year. And they took 30 days to refund me the first time, and then 90 days to refund me the 2nd time (and the 2nd time I had to get the process initiated). And they still owe me money. Holy cow!!!!

She gets to know you and takes time to explain each step of the recovery process, and is next level at diagnosing injuries and putting a game plan together to get you back to 100%. Brynne, Holly, Sarah, Taylor, and Stephanie are also all super friendly and helpful, will make you laugh, and together they all create a culture that makes it way less of a drag to go get therapy. Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Rachel after my hip replacement and she was instrumental in bringing me back to full range of motion. Not only were the exercises she gave me perfect (I felt they were really tailored to me) but she also knew how to manipulate my pelvis that enhanced the range of motion as well. While in treatment, I was diagnosed with a meniscus tear and the exercises she gave me brought immediate relief. Since she was so knowledgeable, I had her address an old injury (rotator cuff tear) that flairs up occasionally and she was able to give me exercises that didn’t aggravate it. Another KEY point is that Rachel gives you total one on one attention. She doesn’t just give you a list of exercises then turns you over to a student (which was my prior experience). She never leaves your side so if your firm isn’t just right she is there to correct it. She’s very patient. I can’t recommend her enough!!

I went in there with pain in my feet as well as my forearms, and Rachel and team were able to take the pain away only after a few weeks of treatment. I highly recommend Results, for any physical therapy anyone needs, as the team listens to you and does not put you on a cookie cutter plan of treatment. They provided me with exercises that I do each and every day to stay pain free! Due to my successful treatment and helpfulness of the staff, my wife also went in to get herself pain free.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to results physiotherapy at Frisco by my OBGYN. After my delivery (C-section) I had a weak pelvic floor and core. I worked with Brynne and her communication with me was beyond great! At each visit, I felt getting better and can see my progress towards my goal. She motivated me in every aspect and boosted me saying comfortable words whenever I couldn’t perform the home exercise. A big shoutout to her. Crew here is awesome and very helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Many people say that therapy after a surgery can be difficult; not here. The staff is all so incredibly inviting and understanding. They all want you to get better and listen to your bodies needs. The knowledge within here is incredible. When you walk in, everyone, including patients, is wanting to be there and ready to work to their goal. The positivity and personalities just make your goal worth it all. Especially since I am pregnant need to make sure I do exercises that would help my lower back. I was able to not have pain anymore in my lower back & very easy to schedule appointments. Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough about how great my experience with Results Physiotherapy was. After total new replacement surgery, my surgeon gave me three choices for my physical therapy. Results at Lebanon & Legacy was the first place I called and I'm so glad. The therapists Brynne, Rachel, Holly, and T.J. were all great to work with. They were encouraging and supportive, and sometimes a little pushy which I often needed. Stephanie and Aracelli at the front desk were always smiling and almost never rolled their eyes when I forgot my mask. After nine weeks of 3 times a week therapy, I "graduated." I actually almost miss it. Just kidding. I don't miss the therapy but I miss the ladies that worked together to make it tolerable. I'm going to invite them all to my Christmas party!

Rachel really listened to what my concerns and goals were and developed a plan tailored to me. I didn’t think I would be able to run again without days of pain afterwards, but Rachel has given me tools that allow me to incorporate running without pain! Could not be more pleased with my experience at Results PT, would recommend to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I graduated from physical therapy today, 7 weeks post-op after a full knee replacement. I am able to climb stairs up and down painlessly, walk limp-free and do full squats for the first time in 30 years. I cannot recommend the amazing therapists at Result-Frisco enough, for the fantastic rehabilitation regimen. My primary therapist, Rachel, is as gooda person as she is a therapist, as is my secondary therapist, Brynne. I could not have asked for a finer experience in my recovery. With zero reservations, I recommend Results Physiotherapy in Frisco.

Experiencia fantástica: Rachel is AMAZING. I came into ReaultsPT with severe lower back pain that didn’t allow me to move comfortably, walk, sit, and greatly interfered with my ability to work. After 6 weeks, Rachel not only has me walking and sitting again, but even able to do some weighted workouts (which I thought I wouldn’t see for months). She was incredibly kind, informative, answered my MANY questions, and made me feel better after every visit, both physically and mentally. The only thing I’m sad about is she’s helped me so much that I won’t be seeing her much anymore. I no doubt will be returning should I ever need her again!

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough about this location. Rachel and team are THE best. While this review is a month overdue, Rachel got my high-school aged son up and running (literally) after knee surgery very quickly. My son and I shared his goal of being able to play basketball by the start of the season. Rachel listened, empathized and did all she could to get him going. On the day that my son felt good enough to begin playing, we needed a release but had missed Rachel for the day. We called and explained the situation based on our prior conversations with Rachel. The office coordinator also empathized with us and found a way to connect with Rachel after she'd left for the day! The coordinator called us back and was able to provide my son clearance to play. The office went above and beyond to make us happy and Rachel helped build my son's confidence back! If you need PT, this is your place, full stop!

Experiencia fantástica: Rachel De Los Santos is a brilliant physical therapist! I followed her to this location due to her excellent expertise, attention to detail, and kindness. She is extremely patient with all of the many questions that come up when you are suffering with pain. She came up with specific exercises to target the muscles that I did not know how to activate. I am getting stronger thanks to Rachel and cannot ever fully express my gratitude. Stephanie at the front desk was able to get in touch with my physician and get the needed prescription for my physical therapy. The facility is very clean and easy to schedule / reschedule if needed.
