My therapist, Bright, guided me through successful rehab of my broken shoulder utilizing great expertise, listening to my input and revising the plan when needed. He is a also great leader of a wonderful team! From the therapists to the techs, to the front desk administrator, everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and attentive to every patient. Smiles and laughter are frequent and often make therapy fun!!

The PT’s are knowledgeable and have you doing different workouts that challenge you even when you think the exercise is simple and easy. Some of my exercises were lying down and I remember thinking OMG I’m sweating! They keep you moving so you’re in and out as soon as possible. I was one of those people that didn’t believe in PT. I thought it was a waste of money. After experiencing it first hand, I now know that it can actually help you work your way back to feeling 100%. They made me a believer by introducing me to new exercises and stretches that I had not done or thought about before. I learned a lot and can now continue my workouts correctly at home. Mr. Bright and his team did an excellent job taking care of me! Thank you to everyone at the 121 Frisco location that helped me along the way.

Experiencia fantástica: Had a partial shoulder replacement. Just about two years after the accident, I felt I could do more and wanted to restart the therapy. Niki Yari was my primary PT and with her patience, and guidance, my shoulder has much greater flexibility and strength. I am able to reach and lift with very little discomfort. My son, and my wife have also seeked PT from GTS with extremely satisfying results. Thank you to Niki and entire staff. 5 out of 5 starts.

With the help of the physical therapists and their assistants I have been able to make great strides. My shoulder is much better and my knees are coming along. I have worked with Niki, Rachel and Symone for the most part. Their personalities and knowledge have made this a pleasant experience when they aren't trying to kill me :). I'm very glad I found this location and very happy with the care and treatment I have received here. All of the staff are kind and helpful in my experience.

The facility was always spotless and had equipment for every type of exercise, always cleaned and set up ready for me to use. Experiencia fantástica: Words of gratitude for everyone at Methodist McKinney Rehab especially Niki Yari!! It is Niki’s Excellence, Integrity Compassion and servant leadership, who goes above what is required that saved me twice. She recognized something was off and figured out it was one of my meds. The next time she realized I had an infection on my knee and advised my doctor who put me on antibiotics. She always kept her eyes on me as she does all of her patients to make sure we are safe and doing our exercises correctly. I think that girl has eyes in the back of her head, lol! I could not have gotten through the painful and overwhelming therapy needed to recover from knee replacement without Niki’s strength knowledge and kindness. She was able to help me reach my goals, to walk again and live a healthier life!! Bright has a smile that lights you up and always has a watchful eye and concern for all patients. Megan is on top of all admin work along with a friendly greeting and happy to help you attitude. She plays music that inspires and helps me get through the gritty workouts! I am so thankful for that, I needed it. Johannes, Samone and Rachel always advise me of the details for each exercise which I appreciate but most important they would distract me with chit chat to get through the tough spots. I’m always happy to see them! Rachel never skips a beat about what is needed, she even drew a picture of me on sticky note which is now on my fridge! She made it fun during some tough times. All of them always went above and beyond what was needed and treated all of us as individuals. I will truly miss not seeing them. I don’t think there are many rehabs who hear that!! Thank you!! Experiencia fantástica: Due to an unforeseen gym injury, I had trouble finding the right position to sleep at night. Fortunately for me, my doctor referred me to Methodist McKinney Hospital Greater Therapy Center to help rehabilitate my back and slowly get back to my regular routine. I first interacted with Megan, who took the time to helped me understand and navigate requirements from my health insurance company, then Nicki, my therapist patiently took the time study and analyze my situation, to come up with the right set of exercises to suit my needs. One thing I’ve appreciated the most is that the Methodist Greater Therapy team worked on it as a team effort. Nicki’s entire team (Rachel, Tim, Bright, Nichol, and many more) brainstormed for viable solutions to get me up and running. When asked what prompted them to choose this profession, they all had a personal story where they benefited from undergoing physical therapy that turned them into believers. Yes, they weren’t doing it as mere duty but as passion. And the results spoke for themselves. I came in feeling pain and spasms every time I’d try to lift up anything, but left effortlessly completing a bush up challenge with Rachel. Time sure does fly when you’re having fun, and the team at Methodist Greater Therapy Center made the process worthwhile. Many thanks for all your help. Much love.

They will push you to get better but understanding if you aren't able to do something or need to make an adjustment. Experiencia fantástica: I was very happy with the PT provided by Stephanie for my post-surgery back and leg strengthening. This is one of the few places where you get a full 60 minutes of exercise and attention. I like that this place is smaller so you do not get lost in the crowd.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very impressed with the staff at Greater Therapy Center at 121/Independence. Cindy, the receptionist, welcomes with a smile and always tries to help in any way. My PT, Bright, is very good at his job. Bright is a very effective therapist and makes each session of therapy interesting and challenging; always evaluating where we are and where we need to improve. He is thoughtful to the individual needs of each patient and what our capabilities and personalities are. There is nothing 'rote' about this experience. While I am doing my exercises I see Bright watching each of his patients; making note of how they are progressing and always quick to lend a bit of advice or adjust how we should be performing the stretch, etc. The stretches/exercises changes every time I come. Bright is assisted by Patrick, Sydney and Banilla during this time I am there. Each of these techs are friendly but very on purpose. PT after surgery is not easy but thanks to the staff here at this GTC there is much progress made and I am very optimistic about a full recovery and return to better than normal. I have had PT in the past and never was it as positive or effective as here at Greater Therapy Center. Thank you all so much.

Experiencia fantástica: My therapist was Bright Adjei. Bright and the rest of the staff helped me recover from total knee replacement surgery. After 5 weeks of therapy I had recovered the full range of motion on my knee. It's a great facility with great people doing a great job.

I looked up were I went before greater therapy center and found one closer to me and went there. That is the Frisco location,I am very glad I did Cindy at the front desk also the office manager made things very easy for me. She always is bright and cheerful to me and all clients. She made the insurance part understanding and I knew what I owed for each visit Thank you so much. I also would like to say that if I didn't have Stephanie as my therapist I wouldn't of got threw it all,she is very noligiable on the needs of clients and were they need go with there therapy.This is a five stars for me.I will go back every time here. All the others that help are also very informative and know what they are doing.

With that said, Bright and his assistants (Toni and Banilla) are among the best PT specialist I have ever had. We are truly a team here in Frisco and I couldn't have asked for a better learning experience before I go to PT school. Everyone who works here has a great work ethic and is very diligent. Experiencia fantástica: My first experience with Greater Therapy Center, Frisco was in 2016 when I had a knee replaced. The staff were very friendly and courteous and made me feel right at home. Bright is very knowledgeable and helpful. When I decided to have the other knee replaced, I chose to return here for my physical therapy. Once again the staff exceeded my expectation and I was on the go in no time. So this past December it just seemed right for me to once again select Greater Therapy Center, Frisco to help me get back on my feet following lower back fusion surgery. Bright and his staff are excellent at what they do. But what I like best is their attention to the person that their patient is. Often the first question is "How are you feeling today?" followed by "How is your pain level?" I can honestly say that I do not dread my appointments. While they are challenging and sometimes uncomfortable, I can definitely see improvement with my results. If you need physical therapy, this is the place to come.
