Richa has been wonderful to work with getting my mobility back to where it should be, and she's great to talk with while I do my physical therapy and very knowledgeable. Experiencia fantástica: I tore my ACL and Meniscus while at work performing acrobatics. I coach tumbling and competition cheerleading, so an injury like this was completely devastating and debilitating. After surgery, I was worried about the amount of time it would take for me to get back on my feet. With the knowledge and support of my physical therapist Richa Pathak I was already feeling 50% back to normal in just 3 short weeks of therapy. My experience here has been nothing short of incredible and I would highly recommend this professional institute and friendly staff to anyone who has suffered an injury like I have. I still have work to do and I know recovery can seem like such a long process. Nevertheless, I can rest easy knowing that I’m in such caring and capable hands.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a acl and lcl reconstructive surgery. Everyone here has been great!! I've made so much progress from when I first started. I've saw them all Andrew, Richa, Jeff and few others. They're all great and have gotten me where I need to be. God bless them all, they're good at what they do. Jeff makes you work that's for sure I leave out of there sweating when I work with him, but it's all good bc I can't expect to get where I need to be if it's a breeze!!

Experiencia fantástica: PT here is knowledgeable. I have been suffering from severe bilateral elbow pain for 6 months. I have tried everything, but nothing worked. PT Richa Pathak took time to listen and gave me the right exercises, which decreased my pain and gave me relief. I am now able to work at least 50% of my capacity. Hopefully, this will be 100 % as we progress to our PT Sessions. Thank you, Ms. Richa.

His knowledge and experience weighed in my favor as he introduced additional exercises to perform. We are early in the process but his instincts have helped me early.

Experiencia fantástica: My Therapist Jeff was a caring individual who made sure I understood I was doing my exercises correctly. He also answered all my questions and made sure I understood how these exercises were helping my joints etc. This place was of course clean and very friendly.

I have had my evaluation with him and 1 therapy session so far; and have made a remarkable increase in movement and much less pain in my hip since surgery. He is caring and knows what he's doing. I am encouraged and motivated in getting better quickly! I highly recommend Andrew!

Experiencia negativa: They are horrible and biased and not even true to their word. After many visits the therapy made the situation worse and the patient was temporarily disabled. They ignored comments and requests from the patients. They also said the visit would be a flat $260 fee per visit and they sent a huge bill in addition to the flat fee!! Avoid this location at all costs

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Baylor Rehab to get weined off a boot. As they worked with me, they explained what they were doing as they taught me exercises that I could do at home, in addition to the work they were helping with personally. I had a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: The facility is very clean, the equipment is top notch, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: My back pain level got to a 10, all of a sudden. Having prior history of back surgery, I was scared of another one. Fortunately my neurosurgeon advised a conservative line of treatment and put me on physical therapy. BSW Rehab Frisco was close to my home, so I walked in. It just happened to be a right decision. Geoffrey Cox took superb care of me, in terms of monitoring regular progress, diagnosis of pain/problems, putting me through a regime of exercises (gradually increasing the load), guiding and encouraging me through the recovery process. He's a good listener too. In less than 3 months, I have recovered (almost) fully, have a much stronger back and fitness level. Thanks Geoff and the team at BSW Rehad Frisco.

Everyone's friendly and if you have any questions you will get a thorough answer and explanation. I will give this facility a five star rating whereas I will give the staff a ten star rating.
