Experiencia fantástica: The whole staff at this location is great! Sravani (Shri) Was my physical therapist for my several months of treatment. She was wonderful and really took the time to get to know me and catered a plan which helped me get not only get physically stronger but helped me overcome YEARS of mental blockage. I’ve had low back pains for about 20 years and she really gave me the confidence to live life again! I always nursed my back and used it as an excuse in worry that my back would go out. There was a noticeably VAST difference in my mobility, flexibility, and strength from when I started to today. You really get out what you put in. If you’re not miserable during the treatments and uncomfortable doing the exercises, you won’t see improvement. Don’t hurt yourself, but don’t cheat yourself either.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place for Physical Therapy! I have been struggling with a bulging disk in my back for more than a decade. I’ve been though PT, injections and medication. Before I made the difficult decision to have surgery, I decided to give PT a chance again. From the first appointment with my PT Shravani, I have been impressed with my progress. Since I began, I have strengthened my back and drastically improved my flexibility. My pain level is very low now and I believe I’ve avoided the knife. Experiencia fantástica: Highest recommendation for my PT team led by Julia (team includes Megan, Emily, Cam, & Halley). Everyone is very thoughtful, professional, and friendly. My areas of focus (hip and knee) felt like a million bucks after each session and improvement was noticeable. Exercises were always carefully guided so that I got maximum benefit. Julia is an expert at mechanics and on the very first visit she helped me correct mechanics of my walking (who knew!) to support my joints rather than stress them. If I ever need physical therapy again, then I will go straight back to this team led by Julia (she is amazing!).

Experiencia negativa: Billing is horrible. I got my first bill. I went in to the office to clarify if this was the final bill or just a partial bill. The office lady said there was no way to know. I went ahead and paid it. I got a second bill and my payment didn’t show up on that bill. The Athletico portal is completely useless for figuring out billing. I need to go back in and figure this out.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible communication and billing! I provided all my information before my first appointment, but never received an estimate. I assumed it would be $20-25 like most I've had before. Second session, still no communication or payment request, so I ask. $77 a session! I go to another facility cause I've never been charged so much for physical therapy. Bill comes... $231! Unbelievable! I call to dispute and end up speaking with Nikita (director at this location). She says her assistant should have given me estimate, but doesn't want to call me a liar. "Okay, so imply I'm lying?" Then she tells me it's not coming out if her pocket and says I should have called my insurance. How it's my responsibility. Sure, but I have never had a medical facility not provide an estimate. Not doing so can be perceived as deceitful. And how about taking some ownership over the experience you provide your clients? Couldn't be more disappointed and will never visit an Athletico center again. Especially this one.

Experiencia fantástica: I showed up after working behind the bar for a year with 3 herniated discs. The one in my neck made my hands go numb. Nikita was the 4th PT I've seen, and the first one to address the issue in a logical manner. She met me where I was and guided me to retrain my body to where it needs to be. After 20 sessions, I'm back to work and in better shape than I've been in years. I'm less reliant on pain killers, and haven't needed a pain management shot for a while now. This place gave me back a quality of life I thought I'd never have again. You'd be surprised the difference it makes when you're not in constant agony. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment to get an evaluation and let Nikita and her team guide you to feeling stronger and healthier.

Experiencia fantástica: I had two full hip replacement surgeries this year and used Athletico both times for my six week outpatient physical therapy rehab sessions. My second hip surgery was supposed to have been the easier of the two surgeries, however, complications arose that my surgeon told me was a classic case of tendonitis. My physical therapist at Athletico, Nikita Shastri, was able to switch gears and change my plan of care to take care of the tendonitis in only three daily sessions! I thought this was rather amazing because the tendonitis was extremely painful. Nikita is a very thoughtful and dedicated physical therapist and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone having difficulties after knee, hip or similar surgeries. In fact, my wife, who has had four back surgeries, is now seeing Nikita for pain relief. In summary, I was extremely pleased with my plan of care at Athletico and can now do things I used to do without any difficulty.

Unfortunately we were in a rear end car accident and she had a concussion and a bulge in her neck between c4 & c5. Nikita assisted with the neck injury and Julia is assisting with the concussion. Both ladies have been amazing with my daughter. They have been informative on a weekly basis on the healing process. Also we work well together in following-up with at home exercises. We highly recommend this location for your PT needs. The hours have some great flexibility (late afternoon/evening hours), communication, and bed side manners.

The clinic director was cognizant of my situation and asked me all the relevant questions. She examined me and understood my history before patiently explaining me the symptoms and the underlying root causes. Entire team at this clinic is qualified and competent and takes a personal interest in the recovery of each patient. They are all very personable and make the whole experience very amiable. With a decade long history of back issues and visits to many different PT clinics, I would rate this clinic as one of the best i have been to. Its professionally run by caring providers and it shows clearly. I would gladly recommend it to my family and friends (And strangers) :-)

Her plan of care for my torn hip labrum was uniquely designed just for me and just what I needed to gain more range of motion, in my hip. She also made sure I had all the tools I needed to do my stretches and exercise at home in between sessions. They all make you feel like family and right at home and comfortable! Her assistant Emmanuel reminds me so much of my own children. He is so nice and respectful at all times, and Bailey the receptionist is a sweetheart as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

My physicians referral hit a snag with a different provider and although it added some additional time for my recovery I’m glad it happened. That’s because I landed in the best possible location for my rehab/recovery. Since beginning biweekly sessions with Nikita I’ve had some great progress. Everyone on the staff is really nice and helpful. Appointment availability was very good and flexible for last minute changes. I highly recommend Athletico Fisco Eldorado and Teel!
