Experiencia fantástica: I came in for low back pain and recently had back surgery on 8th September 2023.I wasn’t able to walk properly and had to limp every time I get up from sitting.My posture had always been forward stooping for the past one year. After Physical Therapy with Dr.Priya,I am able to stand straight for a longer duration and walk without losing balance.Her pain management techniques,manual therapy,soft tissue release and postural exercises has done wonders on me.I would definitely recommend this place if you have back or issues.

My hip was so tight, I walked with a distinct limp. The change in my physical health has made a big difference in my personal life and health. I am able to walk farther distances, enjoy outings, and just appreciate the fact that I am able to move more freely and enjoy being out.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to Pria at my retirement center for several months. I have severe back pain from moderate to severe scoliosis in my lower spine. She has been so patient to work with me for this pain. She uses different therapies including manual therapy, exercises, etc. My pain is still with me but on most days it is more manageable and I am so grateful for her help. She has been a God-send to us at this facility!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had stroke in 2005.I have been having difficulty in walking and balance.I had undergone Physical Therapy before in several other places,but my balance issue remained the same At Physiofit,they worked on my spasticity especially in shoulder and my stiffness has gotten much better.I also do several exercises and neuro muscular rehabilitation techniques suggested by them which has made my walking and balance better. I have had 17 different Physical therapists in the past since I had stroke,but I have achieved tremendous improvement after starting Physical therapy at Physiofit.I highly recommend Dr Priya and her assistant.

Experiencia fantástica: My neck and lower back are in pain due to falls and balance issues. I experienced pain even after shots and medications, but the manual therapy and interferential therapy given by the physical therapy has definitely helped. Also postural correction exercises has helped with my balance and I have had less pain when changing positions.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I have come for Physical therapy treatments. For my husband Joe, he had pain in his shoulder, and for me, I had shoulder, lower back, and mid-back pain. The treatments have helped Joe raise his arm a little better.He is able to reach upper cabinets now and has made significant progress.For me it has helped in my lower back and I am in the process of recovery for my shoulder.

Experiencia fantástica: I had pain in my upper and lower back for the past 15 years.I took Chiropractic treatment and pain medications.These treatments were just helpful when I was on it,but came back as soon as I complete my course.The MRI showed degeneration in vertebrae and disc issues.Dr.Priya was my first Physical Therapist for my vertebrae issues and I couldn’t believe that the pain is better and I am able to do lot of activities after completion of my treatment.I just follow her exercise program everyday and I feel awesome.I had a consultation with her after a month and she has given me set of strengthening exercises and I feel wonderful.The effect of treatment lasts longer and maintained by exercises.

Experiencia fantástica: I went in lacking balance after a prolonged hospitalization. Lack of balance caused me to compensate which caused back spasms. The treatments and assigned exercises are working well. I'm not magically cured but am better every week Somehow while being treated I hurt my shoulder also. It, too, is responding, making the trip to Frisco worthwhile.

Experiencia fantástica: Since 2005,I have had arthritis in both my hands and I had surgery in my thumb and pointer finger.I have been managing with pain medications and injections.I took an appointment at Physiofit and started Physical Therapy October 2021.As far as I am concerned Dr.Priya is magical.My hands don't hurt like before and I am also gaining more strength.I had to bottle of water between my elbow and open it,but now I am able to open it comfortably by holding between my hands.It was so difficult to wash a bo or pan and the pain would go up to my wrist,and I had to hold my hands in a blanket,but not anymore. Thank you so much Dr.Priya! I was so depressed and thought I would end up in an assisted living place,but now I am amazed at what I can do.

Experiencia fantástica: I came for my neck pain and my therapy has worked great.I stopped taking any pain medication which I took prior to initiating Physical Therapy.The exercises which my Physical Therapist Dr.Priya gave relieved my stiffness.She paid attention to the details I told while designing my treatment plan.I will highly recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: I had pain in my back and balance issues.I fell down couple of times in Jan62021.Dr.Priya is a recognized Physical Therapist and does manual therapy which improved my flexibility in my back and I gained relief from pain and stiffness.She also has specialized in Orthopedics and Geriatrics,so was able to understand my problems and hence she gave me a customized series of exercises to regain strength in my legs and balance control.I am glad and feel confident now and can walk longer without having to worry about falls.

Experiencia fantástica: I was rear ended last December 21,2021 and had lot of pain in my right shoulder.I couldn't lift my arm and do any functional movements at all and felt distressed as I am a right handed person. Istarted Physical Therapy about 3 weeks ago and what a difference!!!Dr.Priya worked wonders on me-I can use my arm again and lift it without pain.I am able to comb my hair,reaching to clean my refrigerator is much easier than before.I am planning to resume my golf activity this weekend. I treated at Kaiser, had home health care and was also seen at another physical therapy facility, with minimal results. Dr Priya’s knowledge and skills are outstanding. Experiencia fantástica: Started seeing Priya for rehab after surgery for a cervical disc replacement. My goal was to regain strength, and get back on the golf course as soon as possible. Priya was thorough with her exams, and put me on a plan to regain my strength and flexibility. She did more than just work on my neck, as numerous exercises were prescribed to strengthen the muscles supporting my spine, including Pilates and light weights. Priya worked closely with me, to insure that I completed all exercises as intended. I was back playing golf in less than 6 months, and I’m thrilled with the results. I feel better than I have in years! Priya has provided me with a home program, and I try to stay pretty diligent about my stretching and strengthening. Priya is a great physical therapist, she’s knowledgeable about how the body works (of course), and really cares about her patients progress and health goals. She understands exactly what needs to be worked on to make patients improve.
