She thinks “outside the box” looking for what will improve mobility or whatever your issue is where possibly a former therapist may just “give up” and tell you “this is as good as it gets” which is what happened to me. Usually, at other clinics, they have a template they want you to follow and it gets in the way of any current workout routine that’s you’re on. Paul actually customized my PT program so I can continue my current workout program. Perfect!

Between us, we've been treated for various issues - neck, shoulder, back, and knee - along with rehab after three surgeries - shoulders and knee. It's a beautiful first class facility with all the latest equipment. The physical therapists are top notch - very skilled and knowledgeable. They have consistently gotten us back to full strength and range of motion so that we can go back to doing the things we enjoy without pain or restrictions. The front desk staff are also very professional and efficient and I never have a problem with appointments or billing. They are the best in Frisco!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great, but what makes it great are the PTs that work there. I love the personalized training, and how they take into consideration your concerns from day 1. The staff also does full circle care from day 1 taking into account all the challenges faced medically (not just treating the knee) to sending updates on referrals to my doctor. I have tried another place and honestly didn’t go back for months which set me back in my recovery. Doing my PT here was a 180 degree change. Rushi is always professional and friendly which is important to brush off any intimidation you may have. I always feel comfortable and positively challenged enough to see improvement in just a matter of weeks.

I've presently returned for post op left hip replacement therapy as in my mind, it would be hard to find a better group of Clinicians, Therapists. Experiencia fantástica: My 17 yo son tore his ACL in Dec 2020. Dr Daniel Cooper was recommended by one of his coaches because he'd used him in the past. After the initial consult I had no doubt that we were in the right hands and that it would be worth traveling 3.5 hours away. I have to say the whole experience was amazing. I've had 7 surgeries and 5 children and I've never been somewhere so clean, organized, and professional. I felt no apprehension at all about any part of it and I feel completely prepared for all that comes over the next few months. I have had excellent results from Chase Twedell's PT expertise and the large range of available equipment at the Star. Chase encourages but pushes you through with different exercises, equipment, massage, etc. to get you back to whatever your sport or activity is. He is very knowledgeable, but also personable and professional. I recommend him highly.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had a wonderful experience at BS & W Rehab. My physical therapist, Heather, is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, kind, patient, but knows when to push. The equipment is top notch and the environment is clean. All of the employees here are very friendly and willing to work together. Recovering from a meniscus tear repair isn't easy, but I have no doubt that this rehab will help me heal as quickly and thoroughly as possible. I'll be back to dancing, running, etc. in better shape than I was before my injury.

Experiencia fantástica: I've endured 5 ankle surgeries over 6 years followed by physical therapy each time. It is true that no physical therapist can get someone back on their feet if that person does not want to "walk" through the effort to get to the end goal of mobility. I am the motivated and determined type. I asked my surgeon for a recommendation for a therapist that was an expert in ankle replacements. I landed with Jessica Wulke. During our initial meeting, she listened with compassion and heart as I talked about previous experience, current goals for my rehab and future mobility. I told her that I was not the typical type of client. I wanted results and was willing to put the work in with her and on my own time. I found an angel on Earth. She is smart, capable, realistic and observant. She has compassion but knows that the path through therapy is not pain free. Therefore, don't expect a spa day with this super hero! What can you expect? - No repeat exercises unless you do not have access to the equipment. - Challenging exercises and practices that get you moving faster than you might expect ... as long as you participate. - A well certified professional that listens with heart and intellect to find the right path for each patient. - An expert at all things sports. Yes, even the guys are behind her on this one. She is a pro and talks sports teams, stats and injuries like no one I've heard before. BUT, if you are healing from a sports injury or want to improve your sports ability, you want her to have your healing in her sights. - The best therapist I have had. Just wait a bit before scheduling so I can finish my round before you start competing for her time. ;-)

Jerod, my PT, always applied his knowledge to my unique rehab situation. The whole staff was amazing, helping me get my competitive physical & mental strength back. I went to another PT facility about a year and half a go and didn’t feel like I was getting what I needed. Here is different, I feel they personalize the therapy to my specific needs and change it up if it’s not working. Great care!
