Experiencia fantástica: I liked my therapist. The place is clean and for a small building a lot goes on there. The therapist is diligent and honest. Shes cool. Thanks for getting me back into the game.

Experiencia negativa: The red herring, that I should have chosen a new PT, was that I got lost looking for the location in the first place, while the caucasian receptionist didn't explain that the location was in a tricky spot. I called numerous times. She literally had me roaming around for an hour, while she purposely didn't say that they're close to a McDonald's. She later says everyone has difficulty finding the office because its so close to Brea city boarder... Soon after I began receiving services, my PT, didn't ask me how I was; if my pain has lessoned; or anything. She didn't offer any different exercises and just had me do my routine alone. The exercises didn't change, nor evolve. I had to ask the other PT; Stella; if she could offer me any more exercises to help me, as my PT; Lucille; was absent. Point is, they didn't care if the exercises were helping or not. They just give you a routine, that doesn't change, and expect that you're fine after a few weeks. My pain remained the same. They could not do anything to advance my healing. I was shocked that they were not concerned about asking if the exercises were even helping me. She didn't care... *I knew that I really needed to just find some real professionals. Professionals don't end your treatment after not even seeing if their efforts and routine is helping at all.* This was really a disgusting experience. They wasted my time. I need a physical therapist that will actually help me get well... To add insult to injury; the other PT; Stella; was very rude. She could not wait till I finish cleaning the equipment, and walk away, before she tries to snatch the equipment, right out of my hand, to give someone else! Very inconsiderate, disrespectful, and unprofessional! Then I ask the hispanic receptionist to please write my last 3 appt. dates on an appt. card, twice, and she hands me a yellow post-it with the days missing. These people are so unprofessional and rude. It was literally easier to fill out the appt. card; that she did for me every other time, that includes all the info. needed; than to half way write it all up on a post-It. I had to request what I wanted from the caucasian receptionist the next time I came. These people are very negatively biased and unprofessional. They discriminate at their discretion. Over all; Majorly Unprofessional and inept in actually helping people heal, so they don't need anymore physical therapy. I'll take my business to someone that can do the job properly and professionally.

Experiencia fantástica: Wonderful doctor he always helps my family and I feel better from our back and neck issues. Dr. Saldivar is a wonderful doctor I highly recommend him and this location. Also, staff is always nice and helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience with Dr. Saldivar and the massage therapist at this facility. Took a conservative and gentle approach to my adjustments after coming in with a joint hyper-mobility diagnosis. Great post-care strength training advice. Convenient location. I plan to return.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough about Dr Saldivar and his staff. Everyone is very welcoming and they go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable during your visit. Aside from his office being extremely maintained Dr Saldivar does an amazing job of targeting the injured areas that need to be worked on. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Saldivar and his entire staff are very professional and courteous. They are extremely detailed and thorough. Went to rehab for a torn meniscus they treated me like I was family. I have recommended and will continue to recommend them for anyone needing physical therapy or a chiropractor.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great place for physical therapy! The entire staff is great. The PT's are helpful & knowledgeable. The facility is clean and spacious. I personally work with Stella. She is amazing!

Experiencia positiva: I visited this place with my mother in law. It is a extreamly neat looking facility with friendly staff. However all the paper work is in English, but the physical therapist speaks Spanish. Not sure if any other languages. Also if you enter the adress on google it does not come up properly, it takes you to la habra office. Its easier to type mcdonalds on mervyns dr in fullerton. as you turn it is the 2nd entrance on the right.
