Experiencia fantástica: 5 stars isn't enough for this place! Hands down one of the best experiences at a chiropractic office. S/O Dr. Jeremy! Dr. Jeremy is simply outstanding - his expertise and attention to detail are both unparalleled. He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained every treatment as he worked - the science behind what he was doing and why. That spoke volumes to me because it made each session feel personable and not rushed at all. He also asked if I'd be comfortable with an exercise/stretch/therapy movement before adjusting me, which I respect so much. Scheduling with Dr. Jeremy could not be any easier. He works with your schedule and is extremely accommodating. He also checks in with you after a treatment to ask how you're doing and if you have any concerns. He tailored everything to my needs and after just a few sessions, I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall well-being. The adjustments were gentle yet effective, and the relief I experienced was remarkable and immediate. Not only is the care top-notch, but the office is a VIBE. Very inviting and spacious. It's evident that every doctor in this practice genuinely cares about their patients' health and strive to provide the best possible experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been seeing chiropractors for over 25 years now. I’m use to the typical “insurance” based chiropractors where you come in and spend 10 min on a machine then the chiro sees you for about 2-5min adjusting you and then your out the door. That’s not what you get here at ideal body. Jason, Cody and Jeremy are by far the best chiropractors I’ve been treated by. It’s out of pocket, but well worth it based on the full half hour they spend working hands on with whatever your issues are. Definitely try them out , you won’t regret it.

Dr. Jason Gan and Dr. Cody Soohoo are fantastic at what they do, and what they do is make sure your body is able to work at a homeostasis level and beyond. Reason 2. They are really good listeners. The first thing they'll do is ask you a series of questions to make sure they know what is causing the discomfort in your body before they proceed. Reason 3. They'll send you home with stretches you can do at home to help prevent the discomfort from potentially coming back. It's a lifestyle taking care of yourself, so take care of yourself and this a great place to start. Hope this help whoever's reading it, peace.

Experiencia fantástica: My 15 year search for great chiropractic care ended when I became a patient at Ideal Body Chiropractic. I've met other patients who travel hundreds of miles (even out of state) for an adjustment. There's no "one size fits all" mentality here - each session is thorough and tailored. As a patient, I am listened to, respected and cared for in every aspect of treatment. Unlike other Chiropractors I've been to, these Doctors try to see you less and less. The goal is to help their patients, not keep them coming back week after week. Under Dr. Gan's care, I'm in better shape than I've been in years and I finally believe that I don't have to live with daily pain.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m quite selective with the health practitioners that I see , and Jason is a trustworthy, high quality practitioner . I had concerns about cervical manipulations because I previously had a negative experience, but he took the time to educate me and not pressure me - only to go to my comfort level. And we have been doing cervical and lumbar manipulations to a good success. He does monitor progress and checks in with you sure the treatment is effective to see if visitations should continue and at what recommended frequency. I’m on a strict budget so I appreciate the honesty. Because I don’t want to be seeing a chiro every week for the rest of my life if I don’t need it. And I’ve reached a maintenance phase where he can still do effective work 1x per month. At first , we did 1x every 1-2 weeks until I loosened up more . He gives exercises as follow up homework and we readjust if needed. Honestly, if you're on the fence about it, just do the free 30 minute consultation. You don't have anything to lose, and you may find out that he can really help you out with your condition or injury . Office is also very welcoming and well designed!

Experiencia fantástica: The world would never be the same without Dr. Kuang. In late 2017 to early 2018, I had a serious shoulder injury from weightlifting. According to Dr. Kuang, I had approximately 30% mobility (which was true). I thought I was going to need surgery..... BUT after 8-10 treatments under Dr. Kuang's care, my shoulder movements showed drastic recovery. It's amazing how effective our treatments were because now I am able to bench press and shoulder press without any impinging pain. Since my shoulder treatment, I've been visiting Dr. Kuang regularly for other chiropractic treatments (I.e. plantar fasciitis, elbow pain, bicep pain etc..) and I must say I feel like a new man. Dr. Kuang has been very helpful and caring. He will go out of his way to help his clients, which you don't see too often with other doctors. Honestly, I was skeptical during my initial treatment with him but now I recommend Dr. Kuang to anyone who is experiencing joint pain and muscular pain. You really have nothing to lose but so much to gain. Thank you for everything doc!

Other providers typically treat symptoms and don't provide education on how to prevent further injury. Jason catered every visit to what I was needing that week and was able to show me at home exercises that would keep me good until our next appointment. I'm moving out of state so after going to see Jason for the past year nothing makes me more sad about this move than knowing I won't have access to Ideal Body Chiropractic. Experiencia fantástica: I really like that Ideal Body is an all in one very integrated treatment involving exercise and knowledge to help my injuries now on my own and prevent new ones. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the adjustments are gentle and relieving, and Dr. Kuang is very patient and willing to listen. It's important to find a Dr. that not only is knowledgeable but willing to explain the what and how to patients in a way they can understand. Dr. Kuang does that above and beyond!

With a wide variety of problems from sports performance based issues to helping my parents with chronic hip and back pain. You would be hard pressed to find a more professional and genuine man to work with. He cares about your well being and follows up diligently to make sure that your recovery is complete. He also displays excellent technical knowledge in teaching exercises to help you stay healthy and works on injury prevention. Doctor Kuang is hands down one of a kind practitioner and it has been a privilege to be treated by him.

He really takes time to get to know you and understand what is the root of your symptoms. Utilizing different modalities when necessary. You can tell as soon as you walk into his clinic the attention to detail he has for his practice. Not only did he help me with fixing any aches and pains I had, he also was an amazing weightlifting coach. I competed in my first competition after training with Simon and got personal bests on both my lifts!! If you're considering seeing Simon due to pain or just want to maximize your training, do not hesitate to act!

Experiencia fantástica: Even though I had previously worked at a Chiropractor’s office for over a year, I was still skeptical of getting treatment or being seen by one. However, Dr. Kuang has saved me from so many different injuries. From low back pain, to my wrist and elbow from tennis, I HIGHLY recommend him! He’s extremely thorough and is always pleasant to chat with. I always leave learning more about prevention and how to better care for my injuries. Also, had the chance to be seen by Dr. Gan who worked and taped up my elbow for tennis. Both doctors have been wonderful! Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Kuang does excellent work. I have gone to chiropractors in the past and did not feel like my back issues were improving at all. What I appreciate about Dr. Kuang is that he assesses your pain and gives you a game plan to alleviate the pain. He doesn't just adjust you, but gives you exercises that to do on your own to help eliminate pain areas for good! I have been going to him about once a month for the past 6 months and the original pain I had in my spine from a back squatting injury is gone! Get rid of your pain by going to see Dr. Simon Kuang!
