Experiencia fantástica: Rob and the team at Fit for Life helped me work through some lifestyle and sports-related chronic pain in multiple body parts. I really appreciated the amount of care and time they put in on my initial and follow-up evaluations. It was also great having the PT check in each session rather than just an assistant. That doesn't seem to be the case everywhere you go. They took an adaptive approach that continually challenged and engaged me. After their help, I can now independently manage and prevent posture-related pain from my desk work and even sports pain from my unique case of being a parkour athlete. I'm very grateful to the whole team for helping me get back to doing what I love!
