Experiencia fantástica: ACG is excellent at the services they provide. The staff is friendly and professional and the facility is welcoming and well-maintained. Our son attended for both speech and occupational therapy, both of which were vital supplements to his development.

Experiencia fantástica: My son has been going to ACG Therapy Center for about 1 or 2 years. The staff goes above and beyond there. They are always friendly and if I call to tell them I'm running late, they are nice about it.

Experiencia fantástica: The ACG center is an excellent center, why I say this, because they will try to accommodate as best as possible whether it is the day or time that the parent can bring the child to the center to be seen. I have experienced counselor's that have exceptional knowledge in treating many different types of children. What I mean, is many children may have different type of needs and those needs need to be meet which the child is unable to do by themself. These different challenges can be talking, listening, and even eating difficulties. Needless to say, these counselors do their best. I can say having to help many children deal with the everyday life can be hard. They also help children who have academic difficulties. They help and starve to make things as simple and non-complex for the child. Needing to help the child to understand the fundamental and to not have the child feel embarrassed or disappointed if they make a mistake, these counselors do an excellent job in doing so. I can say that they are great because they make a child feel good about themself and parents do see the accomplishment that their child is making since they have been going to ACG Therapy. I can say and I believe her name is Angela who sits in the front office is very pleasant. I have never experience any rudeness when you walk into ACG, although I can say I have never experience any rudeness from anybody there. They are very friendly, and helpful in any way they can with understanding what is going on with your child and explain to the parent what they are doing with your child. I can say that I have notice a difference in my child and I would recommend ACG Therapy to anyone

Experiencia fantástica: I loved ACG they were wonderful with my daughter, they helped her with talking clearer and depression now her confidence is up the roof she was 4 at time was there till she was 5.5; but now I need to bring her back due to school counselor seem can’t maintain or have time to help her learning I know ACG will get job done she’s now 8 in 2nd grade. The task they give parents and goals for kids to reach is phenomenal they are for parents and children I always refer them to anyone first everyone employed there care and respectful they’re more concerned about the children well being than treating them as a patient I’m greatful for that. So if you become part of ACG family be prepared for phone calls if kids late or miss appointments lol they take it seriously! Good job ACG

Experiencia negativa: Do not send your child here! Just a warning! They called the state on me! I'm a good mom n love my son. They did this out of no where! My son had been going since he was 3 years old! Never had a problem at all! Good thing I had proof of me being a good mom because the Social worker did her Investigation n closed the case! My son eats better then me! They told the police when they called them my home has no food and had my son questioned at the center! My son is autistic what info did u think u was going to get out of him? I will post the complaint they called in when I get it!

Experiencia fantástica: My son did speech therapy there for about 10 months. This therapist was Jennifer and we had free service through the Early Steps program. Jennifer was amazing. She was kind and easy-going and great at her job. Theo was 2 and full of toddler righteous. Jennifer made it fun and welcoming for him. Just had our re-assessment and he is now above his age group in language. The front desk staff were always friendly and organized.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone in this office is AMAZING! DeAnne is awesome. My daughter came for a speech delay and we have had so much progress in 6 months. Our first therapist left and we have been with Inee since. She is so sweet and helpful with strategies to use at home.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place! My daughter (4 years old, nonverbal) has been coming to ACG for a year now and has improved tremendously and is now using ASL and PECS to communicate. I love the staff but more importantly Andrea loves her therapists.

Experiencia fantástica: My child has been coming here for over 6 months and the advancement in his speech is amazing. His therapist makes his sessions fun and relaxing, which makes him love to visit her. I enjoy that I'm allowed to sit in during his sessions because I'm learning how to help him at home. ACG is a win for all of us.

Experiencia fantástica: As a parent of ACG Therapy Center my daughter has been attending the center for Speech and Occupational therapy four days a week. I’m very impressed with the facility and therapist. We have been coming since April and it feels like home away from home. Everyone including clients, parents and staff are very respectful of each other. I would recommend anyone to ACG facility.

Experiencia fantástica: ACG is such an amazing office! Always had great help from the receptionist. The Speech Therapist, Sarah, and the Occupational Therapist, Missy, are both wonderful! My son went to see them once a week for an hour each prior to us moving and he made phenomenal progress. They provided us with techniques to use at home. The office had great communication when it came to scheduling, the progress he was making, what they would be focusing on each session. Niether therapist had an issue with us coming in to his sessions and observing, interacting, and learning our selves the best way to help our son learn. I really which we did not move so he could continue his therapy with this establishment. My son can be difficult at times, Sarah and Missy gave him extraordinary care. Our previous Speech and OT at another office saw him for almost 8 month and he did not meet one goal, he hadn't made any progress at all with them. We switched to ACG and within the first two months he was making progress, adding approximations and words to his vocabulary and regulating his senses on his own with things he had learned from OT!

Experiencia negativa: I reached out to ACG in the hopes of reducing my accent (my primary language is Portuguese). They asked me to come in for an evaluation (and charged me $250), and at the end of it I was "diagnosed" as having a mild accent and the treatment would consist of 6 1hour/week sessions. I was told that I would have to pay $60/hour, so I agreed and started my sessions with Emily (who is very professional and friendly speech pathologist). At the end of my second session I was told that the price I'd have to pay was actually $120/hour, which completely caught me off-guard since I live on a student budget. Long story short, I had to interrupt my treatment after paying a $430 bill for no tangible progress. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. The staff might be friendly, but the fact that they increased my payments by 100% was unforgivable.

Experiencia fantástica: My boys (6 and 8years old) have seen therapists at ACG Therapy for their Speech and Occupational Therapy needs. AMAZING staff. I can't imagine taking them anywhere else and love the care they are receiving. What most don't understand, is that ADHD can b suppressed and managed with Occupational therapy and is highly successful. I truly believe it have helped my oldest son stay un-medicated and helped him be a highly successful student.
