I can’t imagine my progress without her assistance & all the work we have been thru the past 5 years. I leave with a bittersweet feeling that this long road we have traveled is coming to an end. Knowing I had the best doctor and now I have to go on with my life and health is leaving me nervous but I know all the help that has been given will have me lead to a better life. So so so thankful for Dr Cortes & her amazing staff. Always going above and beyond to help me. Even with an urgent request for pre-op surgery, Will went above and beyond to get my test scheduled. Words can not express the amazing staff that they are & the wonderful Dr Cortes. I tried not to cry but I will miss them all & the comfort of knowing she is my doctor. I thank God I got to have Dr Cortes as my doctor while dealing with what I have for the past 5 years. Thank you!!!!

Experiencia positiva: April 23rd was my second time me being in this location. So far everything has been excellent the waiting time is been reasonable. The staff at the he front are very nice and polite. The technicians were very nice as well. The doctor very polite and and it's rare to see a doctor telling you. You don't wantba surgery. He's right i don't want a surgery. All staff and doctor very nice!! My visit to him on July 16th the waiting was way too long!!! The front desk girl wasn't polite enough she only gave me one copy of the paper work. She was way too busy eating cake and I already had to wait long enough so they made me wait more up the front.

Experiencia negativa: Beginning with a thorough reflection, this review underscores a commendable commitment to enhancing service quality, as evidenced by the frequent survey requests following each visit, of which I have attended over 30 times. I will commence with an evaluation of the front office team at Garden Grove. Regrettably, the demeanor of the young male staff member can be likened to that of an impassive entity, while the young female counterparts, albeit present, seem to struggle with frequent errors and accessing assistance proves arduous. Furthermore, the lack of customer service acumen and empathy is palpable in the head Physical Therapist, whose prescribed exercises appear impractical and ineffectual. However, it is worth noting that the attending physician exhibited both affability and expertise. Overall, the absence of effective managerial oversight is apparent, exemplified by a witnessed incident where an older woman, presumably the office manager, reprimanded a younger colleague during my physical therapy session. Consequently, I anticipate concluding my sessions with anticipation. I would recommend seeking alternative venues for workers’ compensation therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I realized I had not been to this location in 8yrs—thus the “new client” type paperwork that I’d hoped to avoid—but despite the delay in being seen, I graciously waited because I understood the reason is precisely WHY I waited for an appointment for Dr Zenia Cortés…she is patient, actively listening AND answering any & all concerns, and is 1000% super thorough in her “bed side manor”. TOP NOTCH care, customer service & extremely kind & professional staffing!

Tengo un caso en el que la aseguranza paga mis consultas y ella cree k me da caridad al atenderme. Mi última consulta me grito y yo solo la veía hasta k le puse un alto a tanta falta de respeto me decía que si no e tendía o me lo volvía a repetir jamas me voy a volver atender con ella . Espero k a los siguientes pacientes no los trate como a mi .

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to Healthpointe going on two years now. I like them because my doctor can work at different locations and I can choose which one is convenient for me. For myself, I need to seek different treatments from more than one doctor. And they have them located in the same locations so I don’t have to find a different facility. The staff are also friendly and professional.

Experiencia negativa: This place provides horrible service to their patients. My mother had an appointment on 09/12 and provided a medical form that needed to be filled out by her doctor. She called several times over the span of two weeks and kept being told the form would be ready soon, staff kept telling her different dates. We were finally told the form would be ready to pick up Wednesday morning by the office supervisor and after driving to the office the form was not completed, all they had to say was the doctor forgot to sign it and there was nothing they could do except request the form be filled out the following week. I called to complain, instead of taking accountability for their lack of follow up they acted really rude and unprofessional. I spoke to the office manager and the office administrator who showed no empathy towards the situation that they caused and instead was very dismissive and disrespectful. My mother needs this form filled urgently in order to get paid for her injury and out of work time, bills and rent do not wait, and this staff showed no care towards the situation but still charged $30 for a form that has not been filled out in the last 2 and a half weeks.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible first appointment. I am here for a workers comp injury through no choice of mine. Arrived 10/18/23 at 2:45 for my 3:00pm appt. I had all my paperwork filled out prior to arrival to avoid any delays. At 3:45 I was called to the back and they took my blood pressure and said Dr Truong would see me as soon as she can. Waited another hour for her to see me. Its now now 4:50 … Dr T is now rushed because they close at 5. Waited a total 2 hrs for a 10 chat with her. Avoid this place if at all possible!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Cortes is a wonderful doctor, a brilliant surgeon and an advocate for the proper care of her patients. After over a year under the care of multiple other doctors and specialist, HealthPointe and Dr Cortes were the only ones to truly listen to what was going on with my shoulder/neck and arm. After every non invasive treatment failed (we tried them all) surgery was the only course of action left to try and get me back on track. I woke up from surgery with better mobility and less pain than I had going into surgery. The hard work, pt and journey isn't over for me but with Dr Cortez guiding my recovery, I am confident I will get there and be living my life to the fullest again. Five stars isn't nearly enough for someone who has worked tirelessly on my behalf, and she wants to see me whole just as much as I want to be whole. If you truly want to be well, and are willing to work hard Dr Cortes is the perfect Dr for you. She will give you the tools you need to make the best recovery possible and she will work just as hard as you if not harder to get you there. I am immensely grateful to her, her staff and to HealthPointe.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: I went in as a first time patient with lower back and hip pain. I was seen by Dr. Cortes who was amazing, she took the time to go over my X-rays and MRI report. Not only did she explain to me my condition, she actually showed me everything that was going on visually with each report. She even showed something that she saw on my initial MRI, that was not even mentioned to me before nor noted on the previous report. Needless to say I would definitely recommend coming in for a visit there.

Experiencia negativa: Hrrible service, unprofessional and shady. 2month wait for after surgery specialist appt. Eich they called day of to cancel due to doctor "emergency " after I insisted to be seen they told me to show up. Miraculously emergency disappeared, it happened to be on a Friday.

Experiencia negativa: I had a telemedicine appt, but the dr never got on. They can't get their appts straight. Then they call me to check on whether I even attended. If they think I missed an appt, they call me repeatedly. That's the only way I can get an appt.

Experiencia negativa: Makers of the Lumina Luxe Skin Care Cream. Don’t know if I can post this here, but it needs to be reported for bad business practices. Do NOT order anything from them online. My sister did. They don’t tell you that when ordering, it’s NOT a Free sample and you’re only paying for shipping. You are signing up for a recurring charge of almost $100. I checked the ad. She’s right. It doesn’t say anything about the extra charges. I checked the BBB website, already several complaints filed on this company. Same thing. They offer a free sample (just pay shipping and handling) then they charge your card for 10 times that amount if you don’t cancel a subscription you didn’t even know you were signing up for. Google: please help spread the word.

Experiencia negativa: Came 5 minutes earlier of appointment time. Appointment was 11:45 , didn’t get called in not until after 2:15 pm. Nobody said anything. When asked they just said that the doctor is out to lunch. The staff are terrible, Doctors are great.

To get an understanding of how low the bar is, the first time I was here I had a piece of skin flapping off my arm and was forced to wait 3 hours to get the worse stich job ever.

Dr. Perez was quick and informative. The staff was also very quick and helpful. I was seen at my appointment time and left a happy patient! Experiencia positiva: The office has lots of front office turn overs. Probably because they hire teenagers to young 20 year olds who get bored easily. The doctor doesn’t arrive on time, it takes a while to see the doctor for 5-7 minutes, he mumbles and then it takes 20 minutes to check out. This place needs to revamp how it’s run. What tasks people are to do. Unfortunately this is the only doctor I can see. One thing is….the people are very nice and cordial. They try tone helpful. They are just understaffed and slow.

The staff in the back and the doctor that did my physical all super fun amazing overall great experience with the staff.I was seen immediately within the 1st 15 to 20 minutes of my arrival.some patients in the waiting room but not bad at all..The paperwork was a little bit long but you know it's a requirement so whatever..I was in & out in about an hour or less... wasn't crowded at all. Lots of open seating,they did an amazing job sanitizing behind patients. Id Definitely go to the agin.

Experiencia fantástica: I don't usually write reviews but my recent experience at this Garden Grove location was certainly warranted. Due to an unfortunate work injury, I have had to visit several Healthpointe medical offices within the LA County and this location by far exceeded my expectations and restored my faith in the Healthpointe network after having less than pleasant and memorable experiences at other locations. Larry (Manager) and Maryam (Administrator) have both gone over and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Most doctor offices have a tendency to not follow up and call back, but this is not the case for this location. I also want to take the time to acknowledge my incredible doctor at this location as well, Dr. Dizzay. She travels to other locations however she is always pleasant, thorough, empathetic and shows genuine care and concern for her patients without biases. I am grateful for all they do.

First initial visit including image study was under one hour. I was seen by Dr. Cheng, a very professional and compassionate doctor. He told me exactly what they would do and what to expect. She also told me that she is going to get me some help for my back. She seems real sincere in trying to help.

After having 7 months of PT on my left knee at a different facility I’m more encouraged to see his PT will work for my right knee. I went into my initial appointment apprehensive and left the appointment feeling encouraged.
