Experiencia fantástica: I have a great experience with Dr. Shenouda Salib, and all the staff at Good Shepherd Rehab. In Westminster, CA. My neck couldn’t move before and I had very bad pain in my neck, and my lower back, I couldn’t sleep before. Now I’m able to sleep much better thank before. I don’t have enough words to thank Dr. Shenouda for his great physical therapy and for his great work. I highly recommend Good Shepherd Rehab as they providing the best services

Experiencia negativa: Came in at 10am and waited to be called in, however, another person came in 5 minutes after me and just walked right in. I was never told I could walk right in, plus, there was no receptionist and when someone did show up (10 minutes afterward) they wanted to know if I remembered what the previous exercises were and when I said yes, she told me to walk on and do them. I finished them and waited another 15 minutes for someone to call me inside, and no one did. However, other patients were called inside and others were doing exercises. If you schedule several patients at the same time but only have time for one or two, why do you schedule multiple? Not to mention the doctor in charge was on a phone call while assisting a patient, I didn't think it was professional because it's physical therapy and one wrong move, could hurt the patient.
