Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sam Bell is a once-in-a-lifetime care provider. Not only does he have an incredible breadth and depth of knowledge of the body, he is an amazing listener. In contrast to many physical therapists I’ve seen in the past, he takes time every session to ask how it’s been going and find out if I have any new concerns. I feel so supported by the way he shows up as a professional who puts the patient’s needs first. I’m a bit of a special case with complex issues that keep evolving. Sam has consistently come up with creative and holistic routines to help me manage my pain and calm my nervous system. Originally I came to Sam with a winged scapula and he’s rolled with the emergent tenosynovitis/complex regional pain syndrome in my wrist and hand that have significantly changed the treatment as we’ve continued to work together. Sam has also given me some customized guidance and effective exercises to relieve pain from ongoing knee issues from a meniscus repair and a bulging disc in my mid back. I no longer have problems in these areas and am overall much stronger and knowledgeable about what I need to do in the future to support myself. All of these issues have been happening at the same time, and Sam has done an exceptional job coming up with exercises that I can do despite limitations and progressing me forward when it’s the right time to do so. Again, unlike other PTs I’ve been to who barely check in on me during 2x/week sessions and hand me a piece of paper with exercises, Sam uses a robust app with videos of each exercise so I can easily follow along. He’s been so generous with his time in between sessions, even texting with me from a surgeon’s office. Invoices are a breeze and he offers a range of packages to provide support in accessible ways. If you are struggling with a new or existing issue, don’t wait. Call Sam. You will be amazed at the level of comprehensive care and emotional support needed to truly recover and heal.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Bell was amazing. My 13 year old son, had re-injured his growth plate (elbow) on his throwing arm after two years right in the middle of club baseball season. Our goal was to get him back to playing by his last big week-long tournament playing in-field in 2 1/2 months and then back to playing catcher for tryouts two weeks after that. He listened to us, and worked a schedule with daily strengthening exercises in his app, progression to batting and then throwing. He also worked alongside the physical therapy through the insurance and was always honest about where our son was at. We had hoped he could come back playing sooner, but he was honest with us to not push it to be back where we started. Our son was able to still attend practices but just modifying by only defending and not throwing. It still kept him active. Although, it was a little pricey, he was honestly worth every penny. He even checked in on us on during that first tournament and was helpful with advice to jot overdue things during it. And, the app he uses is good for a year, and our son is keeping up with the daily strength training to avoid another re-injury. Thanks so much Dr. Bell!

He has extensive knowledge and experience and was able to help with all the issues i had during recovery and the strengthening I needed. I just waterskied for the first time in 8 years! Experiencia fantástica: I have had the BEST experience at Bell Physical Therapy!! I have a Pars defect that was causing severe pain in my leg and preventing me from doing simple things such as taking a walk, doing yoga and enjoying my life. Before the onset of the pain, I was a pretty active person - I loved doing yoga, hiking, working out at the gym and taking spin classes. Once the pain started, I could not do any of those things. My orthopedic doctor recommended physical therapy. I spent two years in traditional physical therapy with little to no improvement. A friend recommended Sam and all I can say is that I am soooo thankful for that recommendation! Within three months of working with Sam, I am a completely different person! The pain is gone!!! And, I am back to most of my activities! Last weekend, I took a 4 mile hike at elevation with my husband (something I thought I could never do during this past two years) and I am back to doing yoga again! I am so thankful and grateful to Bell Physical Therapy and everything they have done for me! I am truly a huge fan and would recommend them to anyone! Thank you Sam and Amanda - you have given me my life back and I am truly grateful for it!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful that I found a great pediatric physical therapist in Dr. Amanda! My daughter was misdiagnosed and I was thinking that this was something that she was going to have to deal with forever. After putting up with this for too long I knew I needed to get another opinion. Bell PT is amazing and I finally feel a sense of relief in knowing my daughter is on the right path to recovery. I love working with them and really enjoy how they take their time teaching me how to help work with my daughter at home and how to implement a more holistic style approach.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been seeing Sam for 4 months and wish I'd started years ago. I was referred to Sam by my pelvic floor physical therapist for a muscle imbalance that was causing me pain. The therapy and work out routines and coaching provided by Sam have helped correct the issue. Sam is great at designing workouts that are safe and appropriately challenging that correct muscle imbalances and build strength. In the 4 months I've been visiting Bell Physical Therapy I've gained a considerable amount of strength and move and feel much better throughout the day. I value the expertise and feel so much better, I recommended Bell Physical Therapy to my wife and she has also been a patient now for several weeks and already feels better throughout the day. As an athlete my whole life, I was so frustrated by not able to train as strenous as I could before. With Sam's help , I'm able to lift and do my regular routine again. Experiencia fantástica: The absolute BEST. After spinal surgery on my neck (c2 thru c-6) I went through 2 weeks of acute rehab and 3 weeks at a nursing home. Result: I could feed myself & barely get around the house (alone) with a walker. Then I found Bell Physical Therapy, the best. Now I am walking freely through the house, walk to the park (1/4) mile or farther, with or without a CANE. I can drive to the Dr. & shop. I chose Bell Physical Therapy because they have pro sports experience, very knowledgeable about all types of injury requiring physical therapy, reasonably priced, courteous, professional, and ALWAYS on time. I would recommend them highly to friends, family, and anyone needing that personal attention. I typed and wrote this myself (couldn't text or type after surgery) because of their fantastic work.

Experiencia fantástica: Between the birth of my first child and the pandemic lockdown, I wasn’t able to workout as much as I would have liked and lost a significant amount of strength. Activities I used to do with ease became difficult and trips to the gym resulted in strains. I wanted to get back into shape, but I had limited experience with strength training and wasn’t comfortable with my form.
