In response to your comment about waiting times, we can assure you that our goal is always to see patients in a timely manner, but sometimes emergencies happen, or there are other circumstances beyond our control which mean we need more time than expected with a patient before they’re able to be seen by another provider. We do everything we can – from staff scheduling changes and better communication across departments – so these situations don’t happen too often, but when they do, it’s frustrating for everyone involved, including both patients and providers alike.
