Experiencia negativa: IF YOU GO HERE DOCUMENT EVERYTHING AND SAVE EVERYTHING - they do not keep track well. 1) Pricing for the place is high - mishandled billing where I kept records and they still believe they were right. Even sent my info to another hospital I never been at to collect payment only by snail mail. 2)the front desk associate doesn’t come help with anything other than grabbing payment from you after major ACL surgery where 3) getting through a manual metal door each time for a massive place like this should look into handicap powered doors especially with how high copays are and imagine a rip to insurance My first visit was friendly and second visit you’re another payment. If my 3rd is like my 2nd I’m bouncing with my hobbled leg to another spot

Experiencia fantástica: I've had several surgeries so I've been to Richardson Therapy Center many times. Thalita Olea is one of the physical therapist there and she is amazing. She knows what she's doing and is so caring while she works with each patient. I've been very impressed with her! I recommend the entire staff and appreciate all of them!

Experiencia fantástica: This group has been using a contract therapist named Thalita Olea since right after Thanksgiving 2022. She has moved me forward in my recovery for the last 5 weeks faster than I'd moved since the fall/surgery in July 2022. She's very gentle but insistent on progress and has achieved goals I did not think possible. I would recommend Thalita and her team to anyone!

Experiencia positiva: Staff are very friendly but this is not a place I would recommend for younger patients who are working towards getting back to their sport. You will not get 1 on 1 therapy with the Physical Therapist (doctor). There may be 4-7 patients to 1 PT during a one hour time slot. PT is usually hands off while the tech/assistant balances multiple patients at a time Facility is small and not really conducive to high performance training I did not have any metrics or performance goals to measure my progress against Billing is an issue here. Clinic delayed billing claims for over 6 months which led me to paying over $1,000 above my deductible because my insurance was not made aware of my visits Again nice people that work here but if you are looking for a more personalized experience then there are way better options in the DFW metroplex. I’ve since switched to a therapist who trains top tier NFL athletes, I get 1 on 1 training and with my insurance my payments per visit would have been less than half the price of this facility

Experiencia fantástica: This is a wonderful facility. Monica, Rishi and Kim are a great team and make going in a pleasure. Monica and Rishi work like a fine oiled machine and are somehow able to make each patient feel special. They are very knowledgeable and professional, yet create a very comfortable and delightful environment. This is the place to go for PT.

Experiencia fantástica: Only been here a few weeks now. have not been released as of yet. service is great Monica Reese and Kim always courteous, polite, fun and professional. Nice clean facility for rehab.
