Experiencia fantástica: Amazing team overall! The front desk is very accommodating in timing scheduling and any question. I worked with Chandi. She was 10/10 if not more. I did pelvic floor therapy and helped me along with my core and strength. I had some nerve problem in my leg and she amazingly helped me to get rid of it though I was told by my doctors and specialist nothing much to do due to pregnancy. Thank you again for everything

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Athletico for help strengthen my pelvic floor due to some incontinence issues. Chandi used all modalities to help me learn techniques. She modeled and guided exercizes, provided videos for home and strongly suggested a free app to help with regular kegle practice. My core has gotten stronger. I loved how she adapted exercises to help me avoid knee pain. She also taught me how to retrain myself. My therapy was cut a little short due to another medical problem, so I am likely to return if my home program isn’t enough to be fully retrained. Staff are very professional and patient and kind.

I had to bring in my baby and sometimes my toddler, and they were incredibly accommodating; sometimes using my baby as a counter weight when she was fussy! I still have a ways to go on my own, but I have learned what I need to do to continue on my healing process and continue to strengthen my core & pelvic floor.

Experiencia fantástica: 4 months ago I had a ACDF 3 level Fusion neck surgery and after wearing the neck brace for 10 weeks 24 hrs I ever wonder if I would ever heal from it but when I arrived at Athletico in Sachse Tx the work everyone put on me was outstanding they do an awesome job outstanding hands on on me I’m so grateful and appreciate with my healing with them it help me a great deal to get back to work I recommended to anyone hurting or ache to look into Alhlectico thank you ladies for a well outstanding work you do !!!!

I was prescribed PT for a shoulder injury, and Lauren and Jean were amazing and attentive with my program, ultimately healing my injury (no surgery required!) and giving me maintenance exercises to keep it stable and healthy. I went there for a knee injury and they immediately assest it and created a plan not just to gete rehabbed but to help me get back to the level of exercise I wanted to be at. Lauren did my PT evaluation & was so professional, honest, & courteous. I am so pleased that she was able to to do that. I had lots of leg cramps and overall felt like my body had taking a toll with this pregnancy. I feel a thousand times better, stronger and very ready for labor! I returned this year for therapy on my shoulder after surgery. Again, I was blessed to be assigned to Jean again and I am very grateful. Jean and the staff are super knowledgeable, kind, friendly and genuinely care about the patient’s progress. I HIGHLY recommend this facility, it is clean, the staff super friendly and very accommodating.

Experiencia fantástica: I was recently diagnosed with endo and had surgery in May 2022, but post surgery I still had much pelvic pain and was referred to Chandni. Let me tell you, my life has changed for the better. She helped me strengthen my abdomen and pelvic floor. I have also done dilator therapy to help with my pelvis pain/pressure. I started at size 1, which for me was so painful, and I thought I’d never get out of size 1. Now I’m on size 6! Chandni has been patient and determined to help me, she is extremely informative and I have learned so much more on my condition and how to help maintain my progress. Therapy did take time but it worked and was worth it. Also everyone there is really sweet. I love the environment!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Chandni Pipalia for Pelvic Floor PT at Athletico in Sachse, and I have been absolutely thrilled at how my life has changed in the 2 months I have been under her care. I started out in a condition where I couldn't go out or do things away from the house without dread and always having to bring extra clothes due to the number of incidents I was having daily. Coming to Chandni has been an incredible relief, I love the way she explains things, and she has helped me learn how to re-teach my pelvic muscles during our 2 months together to the point where I have not been having to change my pants several times a day. I was to the point I would not go anywhere except work, and at work I was constantly having to go to, but could never get to, the restroom in time (hence extra undies, extra pants, and resorting to diapers as pads weren't enough). My sessions have been an eye opener AND a relief because everything she has taught me to do/and that I will continue to do when I am done with therapy, has allowed me to become more active & social again. I can do things that I couldn't do with my incontinence now because my incontinence issue is GONE!! Working with her has led to such a reduction in my stress and anxiety. It is amazing to feel like ME again. I have cried several times about how much my stress and anxiety has been relieved under her care. I highly recommend Chandni - she is the Pelvic Floor Therapist at Athletico in Sachse. I am so grateful for her help in getting back my life!

Experiencia fantástica: Best place! Total knee replacement 8 weeks ago. After going to another physical therapy chain for 7 weeks, i was not progressing as I should. AthletiCo found my hurdle that was holding me back. PT chain did NOT even try to have a plan, or encourage me watch me as a paid coach. In 2 days of AthletiCo with homework, I see progress. They truly care about your healing. AthletiCo therapist's gives you one-on-one care and is right by your side to show you the best version of your exercise plan to get you back on track.

Chandni was wonderful. She also told me she was trained in helping with pelvic floor problems. So she ended up helping with my hip and pelvic floor. Everyone that works there is great. I had my own goals, like climbing stairs, and with their help, I got there! I worked with Lauren and Jean primarily, but everyone was a true delight. Very professional, friendly and caring. They have great service, and when I had a problem they even went to the doctor with me to get it looked at. They push you to get better & want the best for you. I would 100% recommend!

I had gone to physical therapy at two different places and after trying shots, acupuncture, a chiropractor and a lot of pain medication I still was not finding relief nor improving. I decided to try Athletico as they are close to my house and it was my last resort before surgery. I'm no longer in pain and I'm getting stronger and able to function better and better. I work with Rich and he explained in detail what was going on with my body. He works very hard and I work hard too. I've recommended my husband and he goes now and he sees Jill. My therapist, Jill, is dedicated, skilled, a great listener and motivator. All that, and she's fun and funny. Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have worked with Rich over the past several years - we each have had a couple of surgeries (knee, shoulder, back) - and Rich has gotten us healthy and back to normal very quickly. Appointments are easy to schedule, they are flexible and Rich really knows his stuff. I highly recommend Athletico at Sachse for physical therapy. I’m a repeat customer and I drive to Sachse from Dallas so I can work with Rich.

Experiencia fantástica: My first time for physical therapy. Wasn't sure what to expect. Rich Lowlicht at Athletico in Sachse came recommended to me as a therapist who truly cares for his patients. His knowledge, caring, explaining to help me understand the WHY's of the personalized treatment programs, and his entire staff exceeded all thoughts. Should you need physical therapy, I highly recommend you check in with Rich. I live 40 minutes away and would not consider going anywhere else. This is my first review to ever write, I hope it helps at one person.
