I had a complete hip replacement and also have lumbar and cervical spine issues and Will and the rest of the staff helped me with my recovery. I felt the staff was very knowledgeable, they watched to make sure exercises were being done correctly and everyone was kind and respectful. I have had a bad experience with PT in the past so I was so happy my doctor recommended OSR. It was a more personal approach and they can always see you and make sure what you are doing is correct and actually working. The front office staff was always nice and making appointments was easy. Highly recommend this location

I appreciate the personal attention I received from the whole staff and especially my therapists Cameron and Will. I have been dealing with sciatica pain for months. They helped guide me to build muscle to support my back. Every session also included therapy that targeted my pain. I began physical therapy discouraged about having a degenerative condition in my spine and completed my treatment hopeful that I can slow it down by continuing the exercises they taught me.

I had so much fear of moving with a compression fracture of the T7, but after one session with PT Jenn Bruckner I stopped being so afraid, and was able to complete 2 months of therapy. The exercises were very gentle and strengthening at the same time. I have come so far in a short time. I am just now returning again to have therapy of my hip arthritis. Again, after one session, there is improvement, and I have hope of feeling much better after my sessions are complete. Jenn is very good at explaining why and how certain modalities work, and she is very thorough in her approach to each session that is planned specifically for my injuries. Choosing OSR Physical Therapy in Gilbert has been a great decision. Thank you Jenn

Experiencia fantástica: Been treating at this practice since January post surgical operation on my foot. All of the staff and therapist are top notch. Facility is clean and they are flexible with appt scheduling. My condition has continued to improve week over week thanks to the skill and dedicated focus of the team. A well deserved shout-out to both Cameron and Kevin for staying committed to the plan of optimal recovery of their patients. It’s worth mentioning that they also stay on top of their accurate billing, which is appreciated. I have another surgery scheduled for later this year and even though OSR Gilbert will be a 45 minute drive from my house, I still plan to return to this practice for my post op therapy. 10/10, I recommend without reservation.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Scully helped me through my recovery from surgery to repair a labral tear in my right hip. I was very nervous about the recovery as I had been warned by the surgeon that it is a longer and more painful recovery than a hip replacement. Dr. Scully worked with me pre-op to proactively strengthen my surrounding muscles to aid in a quicker and easier recovery and then again post-op to regain my strength and mobility. I am beyond pleased at the results! I am walking normally now with virtually no pain 3 months into a 6 month recovery period. I highly recommend Dr. Scully and the entire North Phoenix OSR team. They are a wonderful group who are welcoming and encouraging. If you are looking for a physical therapist, give them a call. I think you’ll be pleased as well.

I’m someone who’s been able to take advantage of the Gilbert OSR clinic for about a year due to various injuries (upper and lower body), so I’m very excited to finally be writing this Google review. In my time at OSR I’ve been able to work with every single member of the staff and I'd to recognize them upfront as fantastic. Cheyann at the front desk is a pleasure to work with and an exemplar of what front desk work should be: she remembers your name, guides you through insurance questions, and helps you figure out scheduling complaints and issues. Sometimes you might feel weird calling a clinic to ask questions, here that's not the case. At OSR Gilbertthat you feel encouraged to reach out and ask questions because it’s evident your well-being matters. The other key thing to note is that some therapists just want you functional; the team at OSR Gilbert wants you at your best. Behind the front desk is a sign that covers the OSR values. The abbreviation is FAITH and I will write my review around how they perform to their values. F stands for family and couldn’t be clearer in the personable interactions I’ve had with each team member. Everyone who works with you demonstrates a genuine care for you and an interest in your well-being. Being treated like a member of the OSR family makes it easy to buy into what your physical therapist recommends and is a great motivator for me to do my exercises at home. The A in FAITH is accountability. I struggle with doing exercises consistently. Who doesn’t? Each member of the team has done a great job of keeping me accountable for both form and actually doing the exercises. I’ve been stuck in injury hell for a while and I believe accountability helped break me out. The I is for integrity, and I think this is most important when you consider which clinic you want to select. Everyone that works at this particular clinic is a quality professional, who stands by ethics, both in terms of how they treat your injury, but also how they interact with you as an individual. You are never pushed to do anything too fast. The T is for team, and I think it’s very obvious that from the front desk to the therapists to everyone else in the building that there’s a team of individuals behind you who want to help you recover. You’re never pressured into doing anything for the sake of doing it and feel like you're talking to a personal coach when you talk to a member of the team. This is empowering  and part of why I stay with OSR. The H is for honesty. Honesty is the most important part of any relationship, but especially so with a medical professional set is to help you get back to full performance. If you ask a member of the team and they don’t know the answer, they will answer honestly and get you the correct answer. If you ask a team member if you can do a certain activity at a certain point in your recovery they will be very honest with you. Although the answer may not always be what you want to hear, it will be delivered with kindness. I honestly can’t say enough good things about OSR Gilbert and the people that work at it. Although I’m happy to not be injured anymore, I know that if I end up injured, I have people who would take care of me.

Jenn evaluated my present condition and developed an exercise program to restore my knees. Jenn, Cameron and Art worked as a team to provide direction in performing the exercises correctly. Josie also helped me, as their new addition to the team. I can't thank all of you enough for your patience and encouragement and I will continue with my at-home program.

Experiencia fantástica: 14 years ago, due to a vehicle accident, after recovery I was a patient at OSR and through PT made a great recovery. Recently I tripped on the sidewalk while jogging and injured my hip and ribs. I returned to OSR for treatment and am working on my way to recovery. Thank you OSR for the great care. Experiencia fantástica: OSR is wonderful. I’ve been to a few different PT clinics before such as OrthoArizona, and OSR is way better. OSR is a much more personal experience via the PT therapists who work directly with you and really focus on customizing your exercises vs pulling from an average exercise protocol and recycling the same exercises again and again without challenging your progress like OrthoArizona does. There have been some days in PT where my pain was a bit high or my body was fatigued and on those days there are adjustments made to the exercises and the intensity of those exercises. The team here is always prepared and works cohesively together with each PT person offering a unique perspective and approach that works seamlessly together. I highly recommend OSR for more high needs based PT and over any chain in the valley. If you’re doing research right now to find a place, I say, your research ends here. Call them asap.

After three months, the Orthopedic surgeon who performed the surgery informed us that her shoulder had frozen. He suggested a referral to another highly professional facility, hoping to avoid a second surgery. This led us to OSR. Cheyann warmly welcomed us and swiftly arranged our physical therapy appointments. Our initial session, led by Jenn and supported by Tim, showed almost immediate results. Subsequent appointments with Cameron and Jack were equally professional, adhering to a structured plan for a speedy recovery. Although we didn't personally work with Kevin, witnessing his expert treatment of other patients affirmed his knowledge and professionalism. I wholeheartedly endorse this team of professionals for their exceptional care. After only 3 weeks of PT, my foot flexibility has markedly improved, swelling and pain have decreased substantially, and I can walk much better in my walking boot! I also no longer have to use my knee scooter. I would highly recommend OSR PT for anyone looking to speed healing of injuries and or post surgical healing and range of motion improvement!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: I have had serious back issues since mid 2008 and I have been to the "stop pain" "assembly line" type places where they do a massage for 10 minutes, do a chiropractic adjustment, maybe some assisted stretches or "trigger point" injections and send you on your way and while you feel good or some improvement the rest of the day, that's about it. I have a couple lower discs with prior annular tear injuries, and about 6 months ago I had pulled/hurt my lower back moving a 50lb trailer loading ramp and my friend referred me to OSR in Gilbert. Let me start by saying Cameron, Tim and the whole staff have been great. They actually care and want to help. OSR doesn't have that "assembly line" feel like other places I have been to. They are always assessing and seeing what you can do. For me, personally, working on mobility, stretches and core strengthening has been the goal and over the time there I have noticed a great improvement. Though I am always cautious when lifting and if someone is around I always ask for help, I am able to do things now that used to put me in bed for a couple days. You NEED TO DO WHAT THEY TELL YOU for your homework/stretches/etc. MOST people don't stretch let alone do exercises to help with their ailments and OSR has been great in guiding me to what I can do and what I can not do. If they give you things to work on at home you must do them and continue doing them even after you think you're "good." I will recommend anyone I come across to them as I mentioned before, this is the only time I have experienced lasting natural results without injections or surgery. I know sometimes that IS needed and fully understand (I needed to have some nerves cauterized prior in my damaged disc area). Always have multiple opinions. Experiencia fantástica: This place is wonderful. Before my ACL surgery they helped me do what I needed to do. After the surgery, Cameron Evans helped me get stronger but also refused to push me too hard too fast to protect the integrity of the surgery. You get a wonderful massage of the area, some scraping to help with deep tissue issues like scar tissue, and you get ice and TENS at the end. The place is so clean and everyone is so friendly. Jen and other PT’s and aides there have been so incredibly helpful, friendly,, attentive, encouraging and caring. The videos sent to my email have been great! They are short and simple to understand. They make me want to do the exercises at home. Jen helped me prepare for a long awaited upcoming trip to Europe. She gave me unique, easy and inexpensive ideas to help me navigate the trip, including the long flights. It went really well! I actually look forward to coming to PT sessions! And Cheyenne at the front desk is so pleasant and well-informed! I can’t recommend OSR enough!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my second series of physical therapy treatments at OSR. I had two discs replaced in my back, plus stenosis and caging surgery. . I have required a lot of physical therapy follow up. . I really lucked out when I found OSR. It is very close to my home and right off the 202 freeway and ValVista in Gilbert. I can’t say enough nice things about the people there. They are friendly, professional, and know their jobs very well. They worked with me at so many levels of need. I am happy to say I improve every time I go there. They are innovative and attentive to my needs. The facility is always extra clean and well equipped. The physical therapists and technicians are well trained and always able to answer my questions. They are positive and encouraging. Cheyenne their secretary/receptionist is very accommodating and professional in scheduling my visits. It is my pleasure to recommend them for the above reasons. Thank You OSR!

They have a friendly and knowledgeable staff, and I know people say that about most places, but the staff at the Gilbert location truly make you feel like family. They are attentive to your feedback, and genuinely care. They also do a great job of pushing you past your comfort zone just enough to make good progress without going too far. They have a variety of exercises that truly challenge and strengthen whatever area you are rehabbing. This was my first experience with physical therapy due to a lingering lower back issue, and I feel like a new person. I haven’t felt this good in over a decade. My only regret is not going to them sooner. The location is easily accessible from the Loop 202, and they had ample appointment times to fit my schedule. Experiencia fantástica: It was extremely helpful! I got great results from the different exercises and stretches. The staff was very kind, professional, personable and very informative. They made me feel comfortable, but worked me out well! I loved how they shared their wisdom with me about my body's issues. They had a ton of great exercise equipment for any situation. It was a bit of a drive to get there from my house. That was the only negative thing about it.
