Experiencia positiva: I’ve been bringing wife over week now staff are nice and attentive, to me the glaring deficit is lack of automatic door opener for patients many of whom are in wheel chairs, and walkers with leg braces! Their doors are heavy and hard to hold or open — this needs to be addressed!

Experiencia fantástica: Anyone looking for a PT team look no further. I had an Anterior Cervical Discetomy and Fusion (ACDF) surgery mid September. Physical Therapy was recommended after week 4 post surgery. My journey to find the right fit began and ended at Modern Physical Therapy in Gilbert. I was looking for a “team” that would partner with me so I would receive the best, safest and most affective care/results possible knowing that my recovery would not be easy or a quick fix. My treatments began the beginning of October with Ben and Drey who are great listeners, are extremely accomplished with all types of needs and have been an amazing part of my team. Equally as important are the girls who are at the front desk. The girls are first to welcome you, accommodate your schedules while making appts, and answer any questions you may have with insurance etc. I highly recommend Modern PT and their entire team!!

Experiencia fantástica: This is our go to place for all physical therapy! We have been coming here for at least 3 years now for my daughter’s sports injuries from dance. They also do imaging so it is a 1 stop clinic. We have been very pleased with the results but whats set them apart is the staff. They take their time to explain everything to you, take their time with the therapy and treat you like family. We highly recommend them to everyone we know!

Experiencia fantástica: A few weeks ago I was moving into my house in Trilogy when I hear a loud pop in my shoulder. I was in immediate pain and called their office as soon as I found them online. The front desk (Heather & Noelle) were able to move things around and schedule me for that morning! I saw the medical guy Brandon and Ryan the PT and they assessed my situation thoroughly with an ultrasound image showing only some small stuff. Thank goodness! They reassured the findings were relatively managable and surgery didn't have to be an option at this point! This all took place within just 2 hours of me finding them online, wow! Great staff and quick service!

Experiencia negativa: Found this PT business online and liked the reviews. Called to make a appointment took a while on the phone to get my information and insurance. Set up a appointment and the PT trainer was great. Was quoted for 10 visits and my insurance co pay would be $25 dollars per visit. $250 total. I scheduled 6 appointments. After a few visits I received a bill via text. I called the office they said that my actual co pay was $60 dollars not $25. So I went from $250 for 10 visits to $600. I tried to talk with billing but was not successful. Chatted with the staff office which said that there quote was not a guarantee of my cost. I wish I had know this after my second visit. Now I am out a extra $200 dollars and my wife $180 for the same reason. Please be aware before you sign up that your quote may not be accurate guaranteed or otherwise. Quite Dissatisfied, however this does seem to be the norm in billing for PT/Chiropractic businesses in my experience.

I mentioned my mother’s situation to my therapist and Dustin told me to bring her down and he will work on her. I spoke with receptionist to make an appointment for her. While I was receiving physical therapy my mother also received treatment for her vertigo. In two sessions she was cured of her vertigo. My mom is highly grateful for working with Dustin. Both I and my mom happy happy we have no pain and no symptoms. The team at the location are professionals at what they do. Will recommend to others.

Ryan, Francisco, and I don’t remember the blond therapist’s name we’re all the best. In fact since I am done I might bring Dairy Queen treats back to them.

I tried and it worked , now I can play without pain and keep it that way by continuing the regime. I'd recommend Modern physio for any one.

Also Love the one stop shop method! I met Brandon their PA, so knowledgeable and kind! He did and ultrasound on my hip and an injection all in one visit! You can then follow with PT! I would Hoghly recommend this facility! They are the Best!

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but over the last six weeks I’ve improved my range of motion, cut down on pain, and seen tremendous overall progress in healing. Experiencia fantástica: I have been to other PT offices and I can tell you without a doubt this is the BEST PT office ever. So many PT offices are all about squeezing in as many people in an hour they can and you are left on your own doing your exercises and then at the very end see the PT for maybe five minutes. At Mission you are with your PT the whole time. Only one other patient is scheduled with you with your PT. It's very obvious Mission PT is more about caring for the patient than the almighty dollar. It takes me 30 to 40 minutes to get there so that should tell you how good they are if someone is willing to drive that far. The front staff is also very friendly. A lot of times you get a good Dr but front staff is not good or the opposite were the staff is good but Dr not so much at Mission you get both PT and staff that are good. And no I am not a spokes person for them I just think they are that good.

Experiencia fantástica: I have spent several months in the past 2 1/2 years, with Mission Physical Therapy due to major surgeries from sports in my younger days(I'm now 61). Two spine surgeries, one with hardware placed in my lower back and both knees replaced on the same day in 2018. Ben and his staff are without a doubt, the best trained, caring, knowledgeable staff that I have worked with in my life. My first knee surgery was in 1976 and have had multiple knee surgeries since and worked with PT's in 3 states with Mission being far and above any of them. They take the time to work with each individual and build a program around their issues and pain level. I have regained more movement and less pain in both my back and knees than I expected after the surgeries. It takes effort on both the patient and the PT to get moving after injury and surgery. The facilities, equipment, knowledge and compassion here are simply stellar. You won't be disappointed by working with Mission PT.

I have been going for about 6 months and each time I go there everyone is so friendly and always having a great time, the patients included! It's a great atmosphere to be in. Ben has worked with me initially to help improve neck pain and headaches I got regularly from my TMJ. More recently he has been helping me with my neuropathy and back pain that I'm having postpartum. Ben is an expert in what he does and always explains everything thoroughly at each visit. I've seen a lot of improvement since I started going to Mission PT and have become a true believer of the benefits of physical therapy. I highly recommend Mission PT to my family, friends and everyone I meet!

Experiencia fantástica: My doctor said I had a shoulder impingement and I needed to see a physical therapist. Being a sceptic I decided to try and heal on my own at the gym. After about 4 weeks it still wasn’t any better so I went to Mission Therapy. I didn’t think it would work I really thought I was going to need surgery to fix it. I remained a sceptic for several weeks but kept going to my appointments and doing my home work. I couldn’t believe it but I started feeling less pain and I was thinking this might work. Well my therapist, Kristen was amazing and she took the time to explain what was actually going on. By the end of all my sessions I was out of pain and was able to get back to the gym and my active lifestyle. Unfortunately I had to go back for knee pain and the same thing happened. Knee feels great and I’m a believer in PT and I know where I’m going in the future if anything comes up. Thanks Mission Therapy!

Can I just say therapists Ben and Jessica give you above average individual hands on treatment with immediate results. They both zeroed in on my locked up muscles immediately and massaged and manipulated the area to free up everything One session and I am on the road to recovery! Not all physical therapists are created equal, this team is a 10+ stars when it comes to patient care. BTW, its Serge!

I have to say I could barely walk with my walker when I entered the first time for pt, at this point I no longer use a walker, and only use my cane if need be. On my first visit i was greeted by the friendliest group of staff you could imagine, they all are so professional, informative, and encouraging! My progress from day one to where I am now is remarkable! My flexion and ability to straighten my leg have improved remarkably with the wonderful help from Ben and Brie. Mission Physical Therapy is unlike other Physical therapist who use exercise and heat and cold to treat you. At MPT they treat your whole body not just the injured body part. There is great focus on teaching you how to use your body to avoid future injuries. MPT uses education,exercise, chiropractic-like methods, electrical accupuncture, and Deep tissue Laser Therapy to promote healing. I am so thankful to MPT for all I have learned and for my healing and pain relief. They have been a blessing to me. I am especially thankful to Ben my therapist who is not only an amazing physical therapist but an exceptional person.

I was looking for someone to help me with my planter fasciitis when it was unbearable (2 cortisone shots in my foot and not helping) and found this location close to my home. I was hoping for dry needle and they had it! I have been going to them for almost a year and have never been disappointed. I am an older athlete with a recent knee scope over a yeah and a half and and still want to continue the sport I love, basketball, and my therapist, Kristen, continues to keep me going. She fixed my planters fasciitis and I have not been to the foot doctor for anymore shots (in the foot is brutal). I have been having her work on my knee. I like the fact they think outside the box and do alternate therapy that others might not. We even started warm laser therapy and let me tell you, it works great!! It’s a top of line laser (class 4) and coming from me who’s going to turn 52 works miracles. You can’t make this up! 15 min and my knee is feeling like I can do box jumps! I highly recommend the staff because I believe in them and what they have done. I commit to them to help me, they provide their expertise and continue to let me be active! Over the last 25 years I have been a patient in need of physical therapy due to a serious accident in 1994 which resulted in the lost of my left leg and other injuries. Doctors sent me to various PTs with varying results. Dr Hill has been able to help me the most, and his success has greatly aided in the reduction of pain and the ease of mobility. I am very thankful for each of them and their kindness to my husband and myself. Would we return to Mission PT and Dr Ben Hill? Without a doubt...he is great! All of them are.

I simply called to ask if they had any new patient appointments today and she laughed out loud and said NO! Will not be calling back or recommending this place. If front desk staff cannot even handle a simple phone call, I am afraid to go into that office.
