Experiencia fantástica: After seven weeks of PT twice a week, the benefits have been remarkable. A childhood injury has forced my body to compensate for this injury through muscle and nerve problems affecting my mobility. Amazing how the body wants to correct itself, but needs attention to redirect its effort to create better mobility without pain. 360 Physical Therapy’s staff is dedicated to their profession, as seen daily by the number of clients that seek their care. They are the best!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a cerebeller stroke on August 10, 2023. I was brushing my teeth, getting ready for the day. Suddenly, I dropped my toothbrush as my arms fell to my sides and excruciating pain went through my neck and shoulders. Having no idea what was happening I called for my husband who rushed me to the hospital. I was terrified to say the least. I could barely walk and couldn't move either of my arms. Within a couple of hours, and after a CT scan, the diagnosis was made. By the next morning, I could not use my arm or leg on the left side of my body. I was in the stroke area of the Banner Heart Hospital for one week and then transferred to a Rehabilitation Hospital for another week. I was released using a walker and told to go to Physical Therapy. I was referred to 360 Physical Therapy, Gilbert, South. That was the biggest blessing I could have asked for. I hobbled into their office and was immediately greeted by the most friendly young lady named Jade. She would become one of my biggest cheerleaders and her positivity was contagious. Pablo, the head Dr. of Physical Therapy, welcomed me and explained that he would do some beginning tests to evaluate my injuries and determine my plan for the next few months. Pablo went right to work to measure my mobility, strength, balance and cognitive understanding. He was amazing and gave me hope that I would possibly be able to return to my normal activities that I was capable of, prior to the stroke. Then we got busy working on my disabilities. Over time, only about 4 months, going at least twice a week, and practicing at home, .I was walking in a normal gait, not like a stroke victim. My balance was excellent and my strength had improved 100%. My confidence and cognitive ability had improved completely! I had the opportunity to work with all of the therapists at 360 Physical Therapy and all of them had researched my disabilities and program for improvement! They all made me feel confident in my progress and I always looked forward to my visits! I can't thank Pablo, Rachel, and Sam, the three I worked with the most, as well as all the staff for truly saving my life! Thank you so much. I will definitely refer you to all my friends and family members! And you will be the only place I will go if I need PT again! Thank you so much!!!

Experiencia fantástica: After knee replacement I needed physical therapy to get myself going. The well rounded exercises helped me to get back to full function more quickly. Glad I didn't have a doctor who sent me home with a bike to pedal and that's it!

You are not just a number they are pushing through... they truly care about what you are going through. They are more than just physical therapist.... they become your support, encouragement and friends.

Pablo and Rachael are so knowledgeable and tailored my PT to my specific needs. They also gave me guidance on what to do outside of PT and how to keep strengthening my back after I was done with their care. I would highly recommend both of them - they were a pleasure to work with!

Experiencia fantástica: Hello. Hi. First and foremost ignore the pic. I was in junior high school. I thought sunglasses inside was a major play. A lot has changed since then. A lot besides my profile picture sadly. So please ignore the cringe and let the review be how I’m judged. I’ve had the pleasure of being enrolled in 360 for my physical rehabilitation post accident. I do not use the word pleasure in an ingenious manner. The sessions And experiences I had there were an absolute highlight in what was a pretty tumultuous period my life. They made the process of getting back to 100% a complete joy. Rachel is a blast and creates such a safe space for those she works with. Encourages you to make goals for yourself. No matter the size and claps for you when you achieve them. She cares. Not just about your rehab but also about her clients on a personal level. She’s a natural. Often the sessions were over in a blink because I was having such a good time it never felt like demanding physical work. I assure you though it certainly was. Pablo doesn’t talk much but when he does you can tell it always come from the best of places. You’ll catch yourself listening intently because a lot of what he’s saying you don’t wanna miss. Just like Rachel he makes rehabilitation about doing what’s best for you. I never felt rushed in my healing journey. If anything he often encouraged me to take more time if I felt I needed it. It kept me working hard but also accepting and noting my progress whilst not being too hard on myself. Taking pride in the journey knowing I’d make it across the finish line when it was my time. THEN there’s Beth. She works in the front and I hope no one ever takes her place. She is a gift and she does whatever she can to get you in when you can. She speaks in a soft but certain manner. Laughs and jokes with you. She’s the best first impression. She set the tone for what most certainly is a wonderful staff. Often highlights in my week was scheduling with her and the banter + conversation that’d follow. I cannot sing their praises enough. In my stroke of unluck I ended up the luckiest human being in existence. I’ve seen a lot of people in the field of I guess physical wellness in the last few months. While many of them were great in their own ways; none stick out more than the staff at 360 Gilbert south. If I’m ever to be physically challenged again and in need of any form of rehab; I know where to go without hesitation. In fact I’ll go back just to pay them a visit because I’ll miss them so much. Especially Beth and all our little moments.

Experiencia fantástica: 360 physical therapy is the best, I've been going to 360 physical therapy past few years now, I was going to chandler location and now they have open 360 in Gilbert which is great because it's very close to my house, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. This place has everything and hot pool as well so we can enjoy aquatic therapy too, my therapist Pablo is the great, I am so glad that they have open up this new locations now.
