My situation is different with past injuries, surgeries, stim implant, disc degeneration, lower back, sciatica and hip pain, pinched nerves, muscle weakness, and the super fun part of life, getting older. I visited their previous location and am back at their new location for issues with my shoulders - I am the classic computer worker with 25 years of sitting behind a screen. Experiencia fantástica: I must say “God Bless You”! It has been 6 months now that I have been suffering from knee pain. I have been to 3 doctors and surgeons, 3 physical therapist, 1 chiropractor. All were well-meaning people but none managed to diagnose nor cure my pain. I received temporary relief because all focused on symptoms and not the cause. The funny “GUY” (Dr. Guy Weltch the owner and the nicest human being) diagnosed me and then set about curing the cause. His examination was the most thorough I have received and I was grateful for a diagnosis - finally. After just few visits, I am 90% there - not bad given how chronic my situation was. Most importantly, the progress is sustained which means we (sorry, you) have gotten to the cause… Guy, You were the first to look at my situation as an individual one. Almost everyone else just followed a tried and tested treatment route. That “one size fits all” just DOES NOT work and it is so hard to tell who is a good Clinician and who is not. I was lucky to finally find you. And given that I hate needles, I have grown to like the ones you use as they are so effective! Your entire team are Godsend. Caring, focused on the person and extremely effective. All staff are incredibly friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend your practice to anyone. By far the best there is ❤️

They keep me going non-stop and are very knowledgeable where other PTs I have been to have me waiting around too often and aren’t as invested in my health as Welch appears to be.. She told me that when she went there, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not know what to expect when I started physical therapy, but my Mom was absolutely correct! Experiencia negativa: To answer their response i tried to contact them to show them the payments that made and all the documents but they refused to connect me to anyone. I made payments to your office and you guys are saying that those payments were never received since. we sat down last year and found the payments i brought all the documents in and Guy the owner said he would take that since it was clear to him that the payments to the office were not getting reported to the finance side. still 0 contact from you guys instead only responding on here and ignoring not calling me back like you guys said you would over a month ago very unprofessional and that why i wrote this true review. and yes i have the full statement from them and have my bank account up and what my insurance paid and they are claiming thousands of dollars that I paid and see that i paid to Welch Physical Therapy and they are claiming that those payments are there. When I first went here everything was fine they helped me out with a payment program cause I have a weird insurance. After around 4/5 months they tried to claim that I didn’t know make any of the payments which I was making weekly. I sat down with Guy the owner and showed him all of my payments and deposit I gave them he then realized his office was not reporting the payments to the finance side and has the same info that I had which was all payments were paid and up to date and he would take care of their mess up. I ended up going for a few weeks more and then they stopped scheduling me and never reached out a year later they sent me to collections for said payment that Guy the owner said he would get i this taken care of they never called or anything. I then called them to see why this was not taken care of and I talked to the “new” person in charge of the finances and she pretty much said “that sucks I have no idea what your talking about I’m new here and I already sent it to collections so tough luck you can deal with them” she was extremely rude so I asked to speak to guy the owner and she said he was out of the office and he would get back to me it has now been over 2 weeks and I have not hear a word from them. Please be aware that they could take advantage of you. Also they ask their patients to give them 5 star review and if they do they give them something. A lot of the review are usually done to get free stuff so be aware

I was super nervous and hesitant after such a major surgery but it’s been 2 weeks and he has given me hope again. He is super knowledgeable, kind and listens. Updated review: This facility really helped me with my healing process for my injured knee. Everyone was very good at their job and answered questions when needed. My only suggestion is that the staff shouldn’t make people feel like they have to write a review on here or yelp. I felt that during my first week that I was doing my PT I was asked a lot to write a review for a free ice pack or band. I felt that my first review was forced upon me, but other than this I liked the staff.

Experiencia fantástica: I started with Welch Physical Therapy about 3 months ago with a pulled IT band. Caden was assigned to me for my therapy. Therapy. IT band felt better in a few weeks. I continued with therapy for an injured knee. Caden continues to provide therapy and advice and my knee is getting stronger in each session. All of the techs have been consistently helpful and friendly.

Caden, my physical therapist actually listened to my issues, did some research on my behalf, and demonstrates every time I visit that he cares and wants to help me make improvements with my feet and leg issues. Carlos and McCall, my techs, lead me through the exercises, talk, and laugh with me. They almost make it fun. I also had a special lymphedema massage with Deenie. She went out of her way to contact a friend in Alaska to see if she had any additional recommendations for me. I don't know everyone who works there but I see the same level of caring for all the clients. I give Welch Physical Therapy my highest recommendation.

The staff is personable and skilled as they lead me through the stretching exercises during every session. Front office staff are also courteous and efficient. Extremely glad I am in their care as I have been able to make noticable progress in relieving the pain and stiffness in my back so I can return to a relatively normal life. Many thanks Caden!
