Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Timmy Dinh and crew have helped so much ever since I started going to Preferred Rehab about a year ago! Neck pain, back pain, muscle spasms, everything! They've dealt with it all. Dr. Dinh has even adjusted his adjustments (get it?!) based on some new diagnoses I've had. He has done research and expanded his knowledge to understand my difficult diagnoses (Ehlers-Danlos, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome) to better treat my pain. Thank you Dr. Dinh, Travis, and crew for putting up with me! You guys are the best!

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re looking for a chiropractor DR. Timmy Dihn is amazing. He listens to you, takes personal care spending whatever time is needed to get you feeling great. He doesn’t just adjust you. He uses several different technologies and tools. Travis and other staff are so knowledgeable and work with you to get you back into shape. The office offers a variety of services like massage, acupuncture and more. If you want an office that knows you well instead of some high turnover place that doesn’t remember your name and you only see the chiropractor for two minutes if at all, this is the place to go. I highly recommend you come here for a true healing experience. I came with long term neck and back pain. Then I had spinal surgeries and Dr. Timmy and the staff have helped me through my recovery process. I can’t speak highly enough of how much pain relief, recovery of movement and getting me back to daily living and routine.

Experiencia fantástica: Before coming to Preferred Rehab I suffered from terrible neck pain from whiplash. Dr Tim and Dr John have made my daily living 100% better. I am now able to turn my head to the left, whereas before any type of head turn or movement was excruciating. The daily pain was having a negative effect on my wellbeing and mental health. I was unable to participate in certain activities due to the pain. The entire staff is absolutely wonderful! Everyone here really cares about your wellbeing and treats patients like family. It will suffice to say that my goal was to be able to complete long sessions of lap swimming again,something that I enjoy and have been doing for many years. Experiencia fantástica: When I started coming here in April of this year I had been dealing with a torn rotator cuff, neck pain, and frozen shoulder. My pain level on a daily basis was a 10 for the past 2 years. Even with pain management it was a temporary fix. In my first week of coming here I had mobility in my right arm! I am doing laser treatment and decompression along with PT it's honestly a Godsend!! Moving forward to today my pain level is between a 1 or 2 daily, and I am able to do daily chores around my house that was very difficult if not impossible to do. The staff here is amazing! I mostly work with Louise she doesn't allow me to give up and pushes me! I'm not saying it's easy. It works if you put in the work! I have tried other places with zero results. So I HIGHLY recommend this place

They truly focus on overall rehab, not just a chiropractor practice. Aside from being some of the nicest people you will ever meet, they are incredibly skilled at what they do - helping you heal and making you feel better.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in with severe back pain, revealed a badly Herniated L4-L5 disk through MRI. After about 7 weeks of work here I was painless. The whole crew at Preferred Rehab are fantastic at what they do. Highly recommend stopping in.

Experiencia fantástica: So I went to this place about 13 years ago and I was so down on my luck and was also dealing with the craziest neck pain that was keeping me from being able to work properly or really do anything, the owner is a real family oriented man took me in and gave me a family price cause I was almost down and out but Steve brought me 3-4 days a week and really eliminated any pain in my whole body. It's over a decade later and the family aspect hasn't changed a bit. You walk in here and everyone knows you and asks about how you're really doing and not to mention these doctors are amazingly skilled and the service you're provided for the price you pay, and in most cases insurance covers the whole cost but this place will blow any chiropractic/therapy facilities out of the water hands down and you will want to come in just to have that release from everything and get your body back to where it should be. I'm grateful I found this place all those years ago, I'll never go anywhere else.

They had my insurance but they don't wanna do anything and one lady front didn't even know ejat I was asking so another one told me. I don't know how they have good review when front office is far from being helpful or even care for their patience or at least be little understand. I'm sorry I don't recommended hope therapist are better

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Preferred Rehab's new location in queen creek and have been working with Dr Gillen. I was having facial pain, neck pain, and back pain. After just one adjustment my facial pain disappeared and my neck pain and back pain subsided, and I haven't felt this good in a while. I Highly Recommend Dr Gillen for all your aches and pains!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to preferred since April and they have helped me a ton with recovery and strengthening of my neck, upper back and shoulders. I play semi-pro football out here in Phoenix and I went to them after a very physical game and they got me back feeling way better within a few visits. Front desk staff is super friendly. Cait and Steve, the two doctors, do a great job at explaining why they're doing what they're doing with exercises ad adjustments. Also, the assistants are great with prescribing exercises to benefit ones specific needs, Olivia has definitely pushed me to get stronger in my shoulders and neck so shout out to her! Would highly recommend anyone in the Gilbert, Chandler or Mesa area to check them out!

From the very first time I walked in the ladies up front made me feel warm and welcome. Louise is the sweetest and so helpful and knowledgeable. Val is ALWAYS so sweet and no matter how busy she is or how many directions she’s being pulled in, she always stops to smile and make sure I am taken care of. The ladies in the back know their stuff when it comes to assisting the doctors and they keep the environment lively, upbeat and fun. Then there’s the doctors….This is what truly sets this clinic apart from any other I’ve been to. They. Know. Their. Stuff!! Professional, caring, thorough and genuinely want to make you well. Dr. Cait is a magician with her needling, and has the most gentle touch with her adjustments. Dr. Gillen treats everyone like family and goes as far as to reach out to check on you after your appointment. I’m only a few weeks into my treatment and the combination of therapies they provide have eliminated all my pain and the feeling in my hand as well as my strength have returned. I am so happy and forever grateful to be part of the Preferred Family!❤️

Dr Guillen, his massage therapists and treatments are a critical part in helping me keep my pain tolerable in my lower back. Experiencia fantástica: Been seeing Steve and the Preferred Rehab crew on and off for several years. Turns out - I REALLY needed them recently, after what turns out to be a herniated disk pushing on my Sciatic nerve, caused me to barely be able to walk. Steve, Caitlyn, Olivia and the rest of the folks there literally had me from barely able to walk, to running a mile at the gym within 4 weeks. Love these guys and what they do - you really are treated like family.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a patient at Preferred Rehab for many years. I suffer from migraines and multiple herniated disks in my neck. I currently see Dr Brandon and I was very skeptical of a new Dr treating me. I gave him a chance and I’m very happy I did. He cares and listens to his patients. If one treatment plan doesn’t work he tries something else. I highly recommend seeing Dr Brandon. The girls in the front are very friendly and helpful. I also see Leticia for massages and she is amazing. Definitely 5 stars!

I sustained a back injury that made it difficult to sleep, go from prone to standing, walk or do anything worth while. Within three months, I am back to playing rugby with no pain. I am astonished at how quickly I was back on the pitch. I thought my playing days were over. The staff is compassionate and they are experts in their field. I highly recommend. I will be coming here for a long time.
