Dr. Salman Ashraf was great, he was very personable but also handled my son really well and was able to stretch him out and get his Torticollis under control really quickly. My son enjoyed it and the exercises helped relax him so well that he would sleep soo well on the car ride home hahah so that was always a huge plus for me. I definitely recommend this location

We were referred to ROC for her P.T and were thankful for the training and support they provided her as she healed. Particularly Salman and Emily, provided great care and managed to make the process enjoyable for our HS Teenager so she looked forward to her P.T appointments. We cannot recommend this place enough.

I’m so glad I did because he and his team at ROC have been amazing at helping me with rehab and preparing me for ACL surgery. Salman, Emily, and all their PT assistants do a great job. They took the time to learn about my injury and come up with rehab process to get me healthy within a few weeks. Before transferring, I was already seven months into my recovery and seeing no results at the clinic I was at. I was ready to give up on my ACL recovery and on playing soccer. I had no hope, but as soon as I walked into ROC, I gained hope. My recovery has been so much better since coming here. The atmosphere in ROC is truly amazing, nothing but positive vibes. Salman and the rest of the staff are great and know the right recovery process for each and every patient. Whoever hired all the staff did an amazing job choosing people who actually care about their patients and will do anything to ensure they recover the RIGHT way. After 23 years in the military, contact sports in some shape or form for most of my life (not to mention the contact sport of fatherhood!) I've got plenty of joint issues. After being directed their by my insurance I'll stick with these guys for as long as I can!

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately it didn't work for me. I feel my pain was not diagnosed properly. There is No supervision at all if you are doing exercises in the proper way or not. Doing stretches in the wrong way leads to more issues. My pain grew up after each session and eventually I had to stop.

I questioned your policy several times and was told that's your policy - to charge for records. *Waited for 2 more weeks and no communication. I asked my doctor that referred me to ROC for help in getting my records. Finally received them from my doctor.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter is currently seeing Dr. Salman for a very complex knee injury in which she ruptured numerous ligaments and muscle tendons. She had one surgery already and will need another surgery in the weeks to come. She is doing PT to rehab the structures that were fixed and pre-rehabing for her next surgery. Dr. Salman has played a tremendous role in her already impressive progress and continues to make strides in her rehab. Dr. Salman’s knowledge and clinical expertise is evident in my daughter’s strength and range of motion improvements. I am so thankful she is under such great care!

Experiencia fantástica: I was about 8 months pregnant when I came to see Dr. Salman. I was having some abdominal/rib pain. He did a thorough assessment and had me do some breath work and stretches, which relieved some of the pain. He also did some trigger point work in referred points that helped. Dr. Salman took the time to explain what was happening in the area where I was having pain and I was left with stretches and resources to use at home. Not only is he very approachable, he has such a great sense of humor! In hindsight I wish I reached out to Dr. Salman sooner but glad he was able to accommodate to my last minute schedule!

Experiencia fantástica: First of all, I love this place. I have no previous experience with physical therapy, and I just didn’t really know anything about it. I assumed it worked for people, but didn’t really know exactly what it did to help. So nine broken ribs and a punctured lung later I got to experience it all for myself. I came in very limited in movement, very fearful of re-injury and skeptical, But hopeful. Dr Ashraf has now worked with me for weeks and has restored health, mindset and confidence in my day to day living. Without his guidance I would still be protecting the injury and weeks backward in health. He pushed me to understand my bodies abilities and what I am capable of doing. I feel stronger in mind and body and have knowledge how to now guide myself thru provided exercises to stay progressive so I do not go backwards and lose what I’ve gained. And their physical therapist, Dr. Emily Fung was comforting and put my worries at ease. She was such a light in my life! Very professional, caring, and informative! He is very receptive to injuries, progress, and most importantly my goals to recover from nagging back injuries from sports.
