I've been under Brandon's care off and on for two years, I will likely be in and out of PT the remainder of my life, and I will always go to Empower on Higley.

Kyle snd rest of the employees here truly care about getting you heeled. They focus on you and don’t just put you in a corner and have you do exercises on your own , like other places. Experiencia fantástica: Doctor Kyle is great and I recommend him 100%. I had a car accident not long ago and I wasn’t able to raise my arm all the way up due to the injury. I met Kyle and did some evaluations and I wasn’t expecting to have full mobility recovered any time soon. Luckily, after 3 weeks, my arm is good without any issues. I am happy now! Thanks Kyle and his whole team!

Kyle my therapist & Jenna his assistant, whom I personally consider family actually care about what they do and the well being of my recovery. They made my recovery NOT like exercise but part of your daily work and home life. Trust me when I say this if you put in the work you can achieve your goal, but YOU HAVE TO PUT IN THE WORK!! You only get what you put into it. I consider myself very blessed to have met them and I’m a better person because of them.

Experiencia fantástica: Good place. I have had PT at two other places over the past 10 years, both of which were good, but this one is superior for what I need now. The place is conveniently located for me, has plenty of good parking and it has hours of service that work well for me. Scheduling has been a breeze. I like the small staff and the individual service. Kyle took his time, asked a ton of questions, and diagnosed my problem and got me on the right regime the first day. Spencer, Maureen, and the others have been helpful and patient in taking me through the exercises. Most importantly, I feel like I am making progress in healing.

Experiencia fantástica: Appointments -They always answer their phone, and to date I have never been put on hold. The receptionist is exceptional. Primary PT Professsional, Dr. Kyle Koch -The licensed Dr. of Physical Therapy, Kyle Koch is highly knowledgeable, professional, and a fun person to work with. -Their PT support staff is also great. My Experience -I have been going here for a little over 2 weeks now. I have noticed an improvement (decrease in pain, increase in strength/flexibility). The exercises I do during my appointments are really helpful, and stretches for at home also contribute greatly to recovery. I would recommend this place even if you have to drive a little out of your way (like me). Even though I am a fairly critical person, Empower PT as a whole impresses me and I wish more PT practices were like it.

The sessions have been great but I really appreciate the assistance provided for a home program in between my visits. Kyle, Spencer, April and Jenna have all shown knowledge and Professionalism throughout this journey. Experiencia fantástica: Well, I’ve been to Kyle after two different surgeries and he was terrific! First, the location is not SUPER crowded like the other two places I went. Second Kyle really spent a good amount of time with me weekly and explained why and how things in the body work. One thing that I thought was quite unique was that he was VERY kind to every patient and made each person feel heard and valued. Third and most importantly, he did whatever “hands on” work that was needed like hip massage or back or foot manipulations and then coupled that with the exercises that would build the muscles needed to take up the slack of the area that was healing. Suffice it to say, I was very pleased with the attention and results I got with Kyle. I rate him and Spencer and Jenna five stars. If you need a place around Higley and San Tan 202, I’d recommend going there!!

Experiencia negativa: Avoid at all costs...unless you are fine with being incorrectly billed for years. Their billing department frequently sends out invoices for items that had been paid by insurance, or for visits that never occurred, or worse for visits against the wrong Insurance. right, they will bill the wrong insurance and when the wrong Insurance refuses to pay they then send you a bill. Billing happens erratically, so you can go as much as a year without ever hearing from them. Follow through is horrific. They will say they will call back and never do. They will claim to have sixth profile information but never do. The shame is that the therapist here are pretty good. But pretty good does not outweigh the nightmare of billing issues to follow. UPDATE: Reply to owner. If you would like to tell me whom to contact I would be willing to have a conversation about the issue I have experienced.

Kyle and the other therapy coaches are knowledgeable and believe in a slow and steady healing process so they won’t push you. With the help of them and my own hard work I actually was discharged weeks earlier form the original discharge date. If I ever have any injury in the future would definitely return to this location.
