The rehab techs, Joelle and Maggie, are also incredible, and everyone is friendly here. Experiencia fantástica: After reading the great reviews about Therazona, and getting recommended to them from a few birth workers, I decided it was a good time for me to pull the trigger on pelvic floor physical therapy. Wow, I am so glad I did. I‘ve seen Cassie for pregnancy support, post cesarean, and a tailbone injury. During all of my experiences with her, from the initial evaluation to treatment, I’ve felt important and supported. Pelvic floor PT is personal and albeit uncomfortable at times, but she’s always managed to make me feel at ease. She teaches me along the way too, so I can fully appreciate the impact my pelvic floor has on both athletic, and day to day function. Their entire staff are all so friendly and warm. I love being greeted with a smile by Sarah at the front desk, and spending time with Joelle doing exercises after treatment. Sometimes, I have to bring my toddler in with me for my appts and there’s plenty of toys and things to keep him busy. The staff is always so helpful with him, too! I am a personal trainer, so my job requires more than basic function. Cassie has helped me achieve that and more. Since seeing her, I’ve referred many clients and friends to their facility, all of which come back singing the same praises. When Cass is unavailable, I receive treatment from April, who is also incredible! They have a very talented staff of therapists. If you’ve had the thought “hm, maybe this would help?” just get scheduled. It’ll be one of the best decisions you’ll make for your body and you’ll wish you’d done it sooner!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had THE BEST experience! Kassy has helped me so much and I recommend her to everyone. I came in for painful sex because my pelvic floor was TIGHT-like nothing could get in there. And because of her help I no longer have pain and was able to get pregnant! Now I am going back for help prepping for my birth and again they are so great and such a huge help!

Everyone I met was kind, knowledgable, and supportive! I also loved that I was able to bring my baby with me when I needed to, and they helped entertain her while I received treatment. I was actually so bummed when I ran out of visits. lol! I highly recommend this place!

Working with Cat, Shane, April, and all the other great people here I have been able to make huge leaps in my recovery. Experiencia fantástica: EXCEPTIONAL CARE. Kind and caring staff. Individual needs addressed with direct hands on treatment. After having a revision of partial knee to total knee replacement I was facing a complicated recovery. Gains were made weekly thru support , encouragement and superior instruction in exercises. Currently walking and have returned to an active life !! Trust that Shane and all the therapists have the knowledge and experience to get you out of pain and moving normally again.

Experiencia fantástica: Cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Cat Allred and her staff! I was 4 months postpartum and still having pelvic pain and getting no answers from any of my doctors on what was wrong. I saw Dr. Allred for 5 weeks and she completely fixed me! I have zero pain and don’t know where I would be in my postpartum journey if I hadn’t found her sooner! Her and her staff made me feel so comfortable!

I live in Scottsdale which is about 30 to 45min drive to Gilbert, worth the drive. With my crazy schedule with work and training with Scottsdale and Phoenix PD. They're always willing to help with my schedule. I would give this place a 10 star if i could.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. Shane and Cat are very knowledgeable and provide genuine care their patients. The modalities that they use like E- Stim, Dry - needling and soft tissue massage have worked wonders with neck and shoulder pain. I’ve had PT elsewhere and have found that the level of treatment here is far more hands on. They are serious about helping patients have more mobility and better, healthier living. I recommend that anyone who needs PT come here. You won’t regret the quality level of treatment you receive here. I am so glad I found this place.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been suffering from Interstitial Cystitis and Pelvic Floor for almost half a decade. I have been to several doctors trying to ease the pain and find a solution, but nothing seemed to help. Recently, I started seeing Cat and I already have SO MANY improvements! She is wonderful and is so knowledgeable in Women’s Health. Everyone is so friendly and it’s such a cute place. Cat was very accommodating and was able to get me in the same week. I can’t imagine what a few more months working with Therazona will be like. I finally can see the light at the end of the tunnel!

I am extremely picky about my healthcare and this place has made me feel very comfortable. Any woman that is dealing with back pain or urinary leakage due to giving birth should come see Cat. You dont have to wear a pad everyday after giving birth because you are afraid to pee on yourself. Cat can give you exercises that help you get your body back to prebirth! Highly recommended!!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: What a great find in this unassuming mall at the NE corner of Higley and Guadalupe in Gilbert. I had been suffering with foot, leg, and hip pains for months. Went to an orthopedist who said "sciatica comes with age" and a podiatrist who said "yep, you have plantar fasciitis again". Lots of ibuprofen and icing and i was still limping on my morning walks. Therazona was recommended to me and since they took my insurance, I figured why not. What a great experience. The facility is light, airy and fresh. Nothing like some dim, sweaty gym. Shayne Peterson took the time to listen to me, dug through the confusing symptoms and said "that is a really flat foot and you have tendonitis by your ankle. His treatments are never rushed and he explains along the way. The exercises are designed to strengthen me and eliminate some of the causes of my foot and back problems. It's a process where I have to contribute to my own healing. i feel better all the time and look forward to getting back on the golf course.

Kaitlyn and Shayne give a lot of one-on-one time, and my shoulder has improved so much since I began treatment. They really know their stuff and care enough to explain things to me. Cat is amazing, she specializes in women's health. After having a child our bodys change and we have to relearn how to work those muscles that were asleep for 9 months. Experiencia fantástica: The staff of Therazona are absolutely amazing and very professional! I’ve never had physical therapy before so being comfortable is a must! The facility is a very welcoming atmosphere, clean, and in a convenient location. I started working with Dr. Cat, three months postpartum due to some back pain I had been experiencing since my pregnancy. I had let the pain go on for some time thinking it may go away after I delivered my baby, however it only seemed to get worse. Dr. Cat jumped right in to my issue by first she addressing where my pain was, then gave a road map on how to rehabilitate it, and finally working the muscles out followed my homework exercises I could do at home to recover faster. In the time I have been working with her I almost feel like I did prior to my pregnancy. I am beyond glad I was referred to Therazona in order to get over this pain!

Experiencia fantástica: Fantastic physical therapy. Worked with Cat today to help my hip and lower back pain. Cat has a strong drive to help determine the root cause of the problem - more than I have seen at any other physical therapy clinic. The environment is very clean and seems to have all the best tools for making a great physical therapy experience (comfortable massage table, comfy pillows, new heat pads, rogue rack, etc.). After the session, I have full confidence my problem will be resolved, feeling 100% better already.

Experiencia fantástica: I just started with Dr. Cat after having long term back and pelvic pain from pregnancy that never went away despite being 10 months postpartum. I was highly impressed with how quickly yet thoroughly she assessed me during our first appointment. She came up with a holistic and client centered treatment plan that worked well for my very busy schedule. Despite being a therapist myself, she still took time to explain what she is doing yet still speaking to me as a professional. I really appreciated that. I already had decreased pain after leaving my session and I am excited to keep working with her to feel normal again. I am so grateful that Dr. Cat was recommended to me.

All i can say that I'm glad that I was sent here by my doctor. After 2 AMAZING session with her, my back has never felt this great.
