Experiencia fantástica: First, I have been physically active a majority of my life. However I just hurt..all over! It hurt to turn my head it hurt to put socks on ! Turns out a bunch of life long injuries were causing me to use my body incorrectly!! This is where FYZICAL therapy came in. They taught me how to position and strengthen my self for a more pain free life. It doesn't happen overnight but it does happen. I am definitely a believer.

In the six weeks I have been seeing Dr. Mead, I have been able to achieve flexibility and motion that I have not been able to accomplish without pain in almost a year. Dr. Mead and her staff at Fyzical make miracles happen!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot recommend FYZICAL enough. It’s by far the best physical therapy place that I’ve been too. Joslynn is amazing. I love that it’s 1:1 attention instead of the typical PT model where you work with an aide most of the time and then see the PT for 15 mins. Everything I do is very intentional versus just being told to do all the same PT exercises over and over again, which is so refreshing. Also, they are up to date with all of the newest technology which is amazing.

Cassidy is knowledgeable and very well trained P/T. Along with Cassidy‘s knowledge and experience, Jane also brings in after I assume a lot of research both technology and self care products. Experiencia fantástica: Jane is an amazing physical therapist. I had gone into Fyzical to treat a calf muscle tear and not being able to walk for about a month. After the first session, I was able to start putting pressure on the leg and after the second, start walking lightly. It was the most amazing thing. Jane knew exactly what the conditions of my leg were, how to treat it, and provide the regimen I could do at home to expedite the recovery. Would highly recommend her. And she’s a super fun person to talk to during the session!

I worked with Cassidy, she was great at teaching me techniques to reduce lower back pain. She also taught me how to align my posture, to alleviate muscle imbalances, which were creating knee tightness too. I have started exercising again and look forward to utilizing everything I was taught to prevent injuries.

Experiencia fantástica: I somehow managed to sprain my ankle twice in less than a week. After visiting an orthopedic doctor, they informed me to see a physical therapist for 6 weeks. “Six weeks,” I thought, “that’s going to take forever!” Cut to me finding FYZICAL; I called the office to make an appointment and they made it so easy to get my paperwork and information in through an online portal. I met with my physical therapist, Joslynn, and she has been nothing but supportive and helpful from the beginning. The gym area is incredibly nice and up-to-date with a Pilates machine, a fancy treadmill, hypervibe, balance beams, compression boots, etc. I’m back to climbing, hiking, and yoga and I feel better than before. Joslynn and the FYZICAL team gave me so many important tools to keep my ankle stable and to prevent further injuries. I feel confident in the knowledge I gained and I’m ready to go back to the level of activity from before my injury. Six weeks at FYZICAL go by in the flash of an eye and sessions are always fun and educational! If you are also dealing with a physical injury, do yourself a favor and book a visit to FYZICAL; they’re female owned and they truly make a positive impact. I truly can’t imagine a better experience elsewhere!

After a few sessions with Cassidy, I feel a huge improvement! My body is re-learning how to move and support itself properly, without pain. Cassidy is patient, listening to my questions and concerns. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had chronic lower back pain for at least the past 10 years. I’ve done yoga and some physical therapy but the pain has been persistent. I finally decided to go to an orthopedic specialist who recommended Fyzical Therapy. I started meeting with PT Joslynn and she has been amazing. She is thorough and provides step by step, individualized next steps. My previous experience at a PT felt like a standard regimen of exercises. The other day, I had this sudden realization that my lower back pain was almost gone. I have been trying to be a good PT student by following all her recommendations like wearing my belt 24/7, being mindful of sitting/standing posture, utilizing sleep supports. All of this in sum has given me hope and the actual experience that I can finally resolve this chronic pain. Hope this encourages anyone who is also on a similar journey!

Experiencia fantástica: I just "graduated" from Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center after 5 months of intensive PT for a torn labrum in my hip. One of my favorite things about Fyzical Therapy is you work consistently with the same PT every visit. I worked with Cassidy and she is amazing! She helped me immensely with my pain management then from there strengthening my body but in the proper balance to prevent future injuries. She taught me SO MUCH about balance in the body and how important your posture is whether you are working out, standing up in your kitchen cooking, picking items up or sitting at a desk. It's REALLY important and I needed to change some habits which I'm still working on! So after a year and a half of VERY painful hip problems I can now go about my daily routine and even started running again, THANKS to Fyzical Therapy! I'm probably forgetting some things here, but I had a very positive experience overall. The staff is excellent, they have all sorts of technology to help ease your pain or get you back in shape and they really listen to you!

They use state-of-the art equipment to stay up-to-date with cutting edge techniques. After knee surgery (arthroscopic meniscus resection), Jocelyn got me back to my pre-surgery activities quickly. Most importantly, she identified the underlying causes that contributed to my knee injury, poor posture and improper walking technique. By addressing these issues, I've already noticed significant changes resulting in less generalized pain and increased strength. By treating the underlying problem and not just the injury, I have the skills needed to prevent further injury or more issues down the road. I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. I owe my quick recovery and long-term health to Fyzical!

They have a lot of fancy equipment to help with the recovery process. Only drawback to the facility is lack of more specialized high intensity workout gear for athletes for return to play.

Experiencia fantástica: As someone with flat feet, I’d developed a phobia about wearing sandals, because they always hurt my feet. I entered FYZICAL to try a pair of Archie’s Sandals that I had heard about, and am now walking out of the clinic months later with not just new sandals, but new, better orthotics and an entirely new way to move and use my body. I had developed poor posture and balance. I had pain in my knee, neck and back, and a weak core due in large part to my flat feet. Working with Dr. Jane Mead has blown up my preconceptions about my body and how I’m supposed to sit, stand and Be. I’m literally taller now thanks to working with Dr. Mead, and that may as well be a metaphor for how I feel. She is extremely knowledgeable about the human anatomy and highly experienced in treating various medical conditions, which led to my full recovery from a frozen shoulder in just two months. In another unrelated injury with my neck/shoulder, the pain was gone in six weeks. Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to FYZICAL THERAPY AND BALANCE CENTER following ankle surgery. With a history of a club foot, my therapy emphasized core balance, postural alignment & accompanying movement. My goal was to educate my core along with my right foot and ankle to participate and engage more efficiently and dynamically during everyday activities. To this end, my therapist, Dr. Cassidy Hing, employed a therapeutic strategy emphasizing static movement - a very new concept for me! I had always wanted to engage in balance work and can’t stress enough how incredibly useful these 8 weeks have been! Experiencia fantástica: Recently, when my doctor ordered PT for my wrist, I knew immediately where I would go. I treated with Jane years ago for a shoulder injury and she saved me from having surgery. I most recently treated with Cassidy and couldn’t have had a better experience! She was so nice, but tough on me, too. (Which is exactly what I needed). I also worked with Joslynn, who is finishing up her PT school. Any practice will be lucky to have her! Jane and Carmela run a great office. My wrist is so much better! Thanks a million!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had lower back issues for several years. I used to see chiropractors for relief which helped for a while. However, it wasn’t until I started going to Fyzical that I found longer-lasting improvement. This was due to the more holistic approach Jane Mead uses. Rather than just providing temporary relief, she examines and assesses your whole-body interaction. For me, this meant I needed to work on my alignment, my posture and balance. I was skeptical at first… how was my posture going to help my back pain? However, as I worked at it over time and began to understand how my neck, back, hips and legs should be aligned I saw significant improvement. This has allowed me greater flexibility and the opportunity to become more active physically. As a result, I have taken up the game of pickleball which I love and am able to play several times a week -- all because of the education provided by Jane. By the way, Carmella the office manager is a true gem. So helpful arranging appointments and keeping everything straight with my insurance. And, she has a fabulous smile!

Experiencia fantástica: I had previously gone to see Jane at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Center in Glendale (Montrose area) many years back for chronic headaches after brain surgery to remove a meningioma tumor. My situation improved dramatically with her treatments. Fast forward to today where I just had arthroscopic knee surgery for a torn meniscus. When the surgeon asked where I wanted to go for physical therapy post op, it was Jane that I wanted to see. So far, I am on my 2nd week of P/T and I am positive that I made the right choice again.

Experiencia fantástica: I've done alot of physical therapy and this place is by far the best i've ever been too. All of the physical therapists have doctorates in physical therapy so no matter who you get they are very knowledgeable. And they have very good equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: Last September I broke my right arm and shoulder and after a few months I was directed to do two sessions of physical therapy. I did this at the hospital. Lots of work involved! Then after a few more weeks of trying to get back into regular life my primary care doctor suggested I do some more physical therapy and she mentioned Fyzical Therapy and Jane Mead. So for several weeks I have been getting laser treatments and many different kinds of exercise from Jane. It has been an amazing experience! My arm is so much better and life is coming back!! Thank you Jane!

Experiencia fantástica: Over the years I’ve gone to various Physical Therapy locations due to joint surgeries. My experiences always seemed to depend on making sure my appointment was with the one or two therapists at that specific location who seemed to make a real effort with their patients. Even then. I would only have a short time with the therapist before an “assistant” took over my session. When I decided I needed some help with neck pain, my internist suggested that I try The Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center in Glendale. I can’t say enough about how incredible my experience has been at Fyzical. For the last month, Dr. Joslynn Fletcher has been my therapist. Besides helping me address my neck issues, she’s helped adjust my posture and sleep positions. She’s given me exercises to do to maintain my neck range of motion and flexibility ( video-taped them in their app. So I can make sure I’m doing them correctly!) Everyone here is warm and friendly , and clearly I retested in helping their patients get better. If you need PT, make this your first choice .

Experiencia fantástica: I have just started going to FYZICAL therapy and all I can say is WOW! I have been in a boot air cast for a whole year. . Doctor to doctor, many physical therapy session before coming here. On the first day with seeing Jane, I felt like I’ve been heard for the first time. I left the office the first day, walking in canes but left walking without my boot on. Everyone is so sweet in the office starting from the front receptionist to all the therapist. I am very grateful to have found this office and very optimistic to finally start my long overdue healing journey. If your looking for a great optimistic, uplifting , very knowledgeable office this is it.
