Experiencia fantástica: This is the place to go if you need PT. David is awesome. He is friendly and responsive. He asks all the right questions. The staff is courteous and very friendly. They use state of the art equipment that helps you reach your goals in the most efficient way possible. The facility and equipment are always clean and in working order. I'm only half way through and I am progressing at an aggressive but manageable pace. I'm doing things I wouldn't have believed I would be able to by now. If you are having second thoughts of coming here...just go. I've been to other facilities in the same neighborhood and they don't come close in comparison to Achieve.

Experiencia fantástica: I experienced a severe ankle sprain while playing soccer. Having experienced this injury before, I start the healing process on my own. I wasn't able to fully strengthen my ankle like I wanted and I had specific pain when the ankle was compressed. After going to Achieve Physical Therapy, I can now run, sprint, and play soccer with confidence again. The staff here is awesome and always there to help you.

Experiencia fantástica: A huge thank you to David and Mickaela at Achieve Physical Therapy in Glendale. I hurt my low back - my sacroIliac joint - three and a half years ago. While the pain has been intermittent this whole time, the feeling that all it needed was to be "popped" back into place never went away, 24/7. I went to both a chiropractor and an orthopedic spine surgeon. Both adamantly insisted it was not my SI joint, but that it was my lumbar spine and slight scoliosis. They suggested that I would either have to live with it or pay a lot of money for chiropractic that wasn't guaranteed to work. While vacationing here in Phoenix, I went to see David. In less than 20 minutes of talking to me and assessing me, he utilized a technique that had my SI joint popped back into place. For the first time in three and a half years, my low back is unlocked and discomfort free and has been for a month now. He also told me my scoliosis is functional, not structural, so with stretching and strengthening, it's fixable. He gave me some stretches and exercises to do, and suggested finding a PT back home to help monitor things for a little while. I really appreciate his honesty and heart to listen and fix the problem, and not tell me medicate it or just live with it.

Experiencia fantástica: Achieve Physical Therapy is the real deal. Dave is not only a very knowledgable guy, but he is also a "hands on" therapist. He is thorough in his evaluation. He takes the time to look at the area of concern, but then he communicates how the whole body and all of its systems are affecting that problem. He then prescribes a combination of movement based exercises that help the whole body. Along with that he adds resistance training as well as a stretching regimen that targets not only the area of concern but helps the whole body to adjust itself and start the healing process. I have had hip, knee, feet and back issues that Dave has worked on. He has addressed each of those areas and I am way better than I was before. When it is time to wrap up, you will have a schedule to follow and a plan that will help you continue in the healing process at home. There is evaluation, implementation, monitoring and home schedule planning.

Experiencia fantástica: My doctor sent me to Achieve Physical Therapy because I was having a problem with strength, balance and dizziness. If I kneeled down to take a picture I could barely get up, and I would have to stand still for a bit until things settled down. After my time with Dave and his awesome crew I am much stronger, my balance and flexibility are much better and the dizziness is gone completely. I would recommend Achieve Physical Therapy for anybody that is in pain or needs to recover from any injury or surgery.

He sent me to David Hawkins at Achieve Physical Therapy. When I first saw David, my left arm and shoulder were useless and I was in a lot of pain. Over the following weeks David and his staff developed a recovery program specifically for me. It was grueling, and at times painful, but David was there every step of the way encouraging me to continue. Achieve's facilities are state-of-the-art and utilize all of the equipment necessary for my rehab The staff was great at coordinating my workouts as well as working with my insurance company to get the most out of my medical policy. Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Achieve Physical Therapy for 2 years. The first reason was a shoulder problem that Dave recommended I get an MRI which I did and found I have a torn rotator cuff. Since then I've had 2 knee replacements and continued to go to Dave for the physical therapy. I've had great success with both knees and my quality of life has improved tremendously. Experiencia fantástica: This was my second time going to Achieve, first was for a nagging upper back pain with cramps. I didn't realize how out of shape I was but with some fairly gentle workouts I got back into shape and was left with some stretching routines to keep in shape. The second time around I went back to Achieve because I had a new shoulder installed and I needed to work with them to make sure I recovered all my motion. Achieve has a great bunch of people working there making Achieve a friendly place to go to get things working again. Dave Hawkins (Mr. Fixit) is very knowledgeable and effective and runs a great place to fix what ails ya.
