Experiencia fantástica: I injured my arm and shoulder in December 2023. I could not move my arm, even to comb my hair or brush my teeth because of the pain. I started PT at another location/company, but did not get too far. After several months I switched to Robins Rehab West. They are wonderful!!! I made so much progress that this past August I was able to do something that I love again!! I went Kayaking for the first time since I injured my arm!! Thank you all!! The staff are wonderful, caring, patient (even with a 76 year old!!) and very knowledgeable!! I can’t wait till next summer as I am planning a several mile kayak trip!!! I would gladly give you a lot more stars if I could!!!

The Robbins West staff gave me 15 or so treatments and and a phone app with exercises The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My neck has been improving Thank you Robbins West team. I have also been seeing my chirpractor once a wee vs monthly. I am going to see an orthopedic group in Sept. to get another assessment of my neck.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Robbins Rehab for 2 years. I have worked on my foot, shoulders and I just finished my knee Rehab from a total knee replacement. Every therapist is incredible. The students that come through are all great. It's always clean and the assistants are wonderful with scheduling, assisting the therapist and helping with insurance issues. I am now going 2 x a week for maintenance therapy to keep up with my ongoing recovery. I recommend any of their facilities.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a success story of Robbins Rehabilitation - West! I was treated for a partially torn meniscus in my left knee (injured in January 2025 during a new weight training program) as well as pain and limited range of motion in my right shoulder (likely injured in December of 2024 while walking my 70 lbs. dog that saw a squirrel which I did not notice in time). I lived with the occasional discomforts and pains until crossing paths with Travis Robbins at a High School Graduation Party - he quickly assessed my condition and offered me the seemingly obvious choice I had to pursue therapy. I followed his recommendation and worked with Emily Moatz and Daniel Yames as my therapists from June 3, 2025 to July 9, 2025. They, along with the entire team at Robbins, were highly skilled at their craft, extremely professional, and personable - making it easy to communicate with them as a patient, always feeling heard and acknowledged on the path to recovery. The office was an open format, conducive to pleasant exchanges with all of the trainers and even fellow patients; and the environment was clean, well lit with plenty of natural light pouring in from a wall of 2nd story windows; and well equipped with a plethora of bands, dumbbells, kettlebells, cycles, a treadmill, a weight sled, a squat rack, water, towels, etc. The initial assessment, performed by Emily, involved a series of tests to gauge physical strength as well as range of motion. From there, she was able to generate a recommended treatment plan of approximately 20 visits (which I did not require all of to “graduate”). Each session lasted 60-80 minutes and always involved an 8-minute warm-up on the recumbent cycle or treadmill, followed by multiple exercises that worked to improve everything from balance to core strength to improving the integrity of muscles surrounding the affected area/joint. Each session also offered a 10+ minute recovery session involving treatment via ice/heat pad coupled with stimulation if the patient wished (I always chose ice and stim). Ultimately, Emily (in all of her years of wisdom) could determine how much weight and how many reps to expect of me based on my progress each visit, which was often quite different from patients next to me - showing how the trainers do an excellent job of documenting and tracking efforts all the way to the point that a patient may “graduate”, as I did today! Thank you once again to Travis, Emily, Daniel, Blake, and the entire team at Robbins Rehabilitation West Allentown!

Experiencia fantástica: Robbins in Allentown is my favorite physical therapy place, and Emily my favorite therapist. I am hypermobile with various joint problems that come with that, I'm happy with the treatment I get at Robbins every time I have to come in for a new ailment. They give a much more personalized, friendly, straightforward experience than the big health networks can offer, in my experience. In contrast, at "the network" I was seen for neck pain after concussion, but it wasn't until my fourth week going that they actually touched my neck for therapy, instead just using all their fancy technology to figure out my baselines. I never saw the same person, and they were too busy for me to come in more than once a week. Definitely go with Robbins!

Experiencia negativa: Kept receiving bills after being told it would be a $50 copayment per session. I would not have went if I new it would be into the $150s. I tried to reach out countless times, finally, after months, I got a call. Basically blamed it on my insurance, even though that is what the priced me at after checking insurance. I said I wasn't going to pay it, as I was told one price, then billed another. She said I would hear from their lawyers. First of all, for $50, not a bad session. But they do swap you out halfway through your appointment for another client and will hand you over to one of there internships to do stretches. Really nothing YouTube can't offer you. Not sure how there are so many 5 star reviews.

Experiencia fantástica: Robbins Rehab is great! Emily is very thorough in her evaluations and excellent at diagnosing the issue when radiology can’t quite isolate the problem. All of the staff are friendly and have a good sense of humor. They meet you where you are at to develop an appropriate set of exercises to help heal your injury. I tend to over do things, and it was really helpful when Dan or Joe would assign me exercises that pushed me but with notes on exactly what to watch out for to stop before I did more harm than good. I’ve used Robbins twice for separate injuries. I’m always impressed at their thoroughness. If I tweak something new or mention a new pain, they always give me a new stretch or exercise that’s exactly what I need.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm an 82 year old male who has suffered from Spinal Stenosis for 3 years and have been to a few therapy places with minimal relief. Since going to Robbins Rehab for 6 sessions so far I've been able to put my cane an walker in the closet. Prior to Robbins I could not walk more than 25 feet without help or go up steps without pain and discomfort. Now I can do both on my own. There one on one hands on stretching of my problem areas have turned my life around where I can enjoy my grand kids again as well as life.

I came in with a stiff neck, unable to sit up straight, ROM difficult, and driving was painful as well. Two and half weeks in and I can notice the difference. The application they have even allows you to continue physical therapy at home. The best about Robbins Rehab in Allentown is the Staff and the background music. All the staff here are knowledgeable, friendly, kind and funny. They assist you with anything to the best of their ability to get you back to 100%. Definitely a place where you can feel comfortable. She gave me an injection in my knee which helped me to begin physical therapy in order to build strength so that I can do even the simplest of activities again. Since I have been attending physical therapy coupled with massage therapy I have greatly improved. Not only have I been able to begin doing the simplest of things from just being mobile without limping, I have also recently been able to climb three flights of stairs a few times a day, to carrying my grandsons while walking. Although I already thanked Emily directly, I wanted to post this review to inform others. Travis, once again, Robbins Rehab has been there for me in my time of need. You and your brother have put together a fantastic team of capable therapists in each location. Through your expertise, guidance, and leadership, Emily has become a highly capable therapist. She has “the touch”, and if there is a pinnacle for therapists to reach for, in terms of achieving excellence, Emily can prodly sit on that turf!! Emily took me from crippled and in severe pain to capable and pain-free in just 6 visits. As you know, I have always recommended Robbins Rehab to everyone in need of physical therapy, and this recent care just cements that trend. I usually tell people to make sure they ask for Travis, but now I think I might be telling them to ask for Emily, and if she’s not available, then Travis will just have to do. If you recall, my first visit to you was probably 20 years ago, with a bad case of tennis elbow that 3 other rehab facilities and doctors couldn't resolve. Your advanced training and diagnostic techniques enabled you to determine the root cause and resolve what others could not, and quickly! Because I was a competitive athlete, and had been to many physical therapists, I immediately recognized that you and your team were far more capable than any other physical therapist I had encountered. Since then, your facilities have cared for me through countless injuries and surgeries including 3 shoulder scopes, bilateral knee replacements, biceps tendon rupture, and more. Many people don't see the value in physical therapy as a science, and they don't hold physical therapists and their profession in very high regard. But that's only because they haven't been to Robbins Rehabilitation. Rich.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently went here after surgery for distal bicep tendon tear. I worked with Emily, Heather, and Dan. I thank them for their help and guidance at the start of my recovery. I went to Allentown location because that's where the laser therapy (red light) instrument is. I did 13 sessions (performed by Mike) and it helped immensely! I started the 5th day I was out of my cast and felt improvement after every session. I was able to get back to work within 6 weeks. I highly recommend the laser therapy treatment! I also want to thank Dr Nick Horowski for introducing laser therapy to me 2 years ago. I also want to thank the owner Travis Robbins for keeping the laser therapy at an affordable price. It will save you a lot of pain and you won't find a better price anywhere else.

I was referred there because I was experiencing pain in both shoulders due to osteoarthritis and in the lumbar spine resulting from an impingement. Emily and Dan worked with me to identify exercises that addressed the problem areas that were interfering with my ability to function in a variety of life's activities. I experienced improvement very early in treatment. By the time I completed physical therapy, I was able to return to normal activities with only occasional discomfort. During this time, I had acquired an understanding of an aftercare plan that I now utilize on a regular basis to make certain I maintain the progress I have made. Emily and Dan and their support staff were knowledgeable , patient, and supportive at all times. I have nothing but praise for this group of professionals.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very weary to start physical therapy after my first OT experience wasn't helpful. But the team at Robbins Rehab made me feel right at home. Not only does the staff go above and beyond - by getting to know you and showing they care. But it really does work. I am a month and a half into treatment and majority of my Carpal Tunnel symptoms are completely gone. I look forward to my sessions now. Thanks for being great guys!

This time, to help get my knees and hips back on track where they should be so that I can get back to doing what I love.The staff is courteous and helpful and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. They are willing to answer questions and provide at home tips for recovery. I also like that they offer massage, nutritional advice, and laser therapy to assist in recovery along with the stand PT.

Experiencia fantástica: I just recently completed therapy for a shoulder impingement. I had written a very favorable review after making 12 visits to the Bethlehem office. This particular review concerns the last four visits that I had spent at the Allentown office. Daniel Yarnes was my PTA. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient and supportive. He was concerned that I understood how to best execute the exercises that he wanted me to do, always asking if I had any questions? I am pleased that he assigned me a home program through the Robbin’s Rehab app, enabling me to continue improving my upper arm strength. The entire staff exudes a positive energy. Brooke and Paige, who helped me with my deep tissue laser therapy sessions were both extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly, as well! I would recommend Robbin’s Rehab to anyone in need of physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: So this will be a different review than the usual, as I have not had the distinct pleasure of undergoing any treatment with the fine staff at Robbins Rehabilitation West. However, I have had the great honor to have taught the entire Robbins West Physical Therapist team during our course series that ended earlier this month. I must say- TOP NOTCH! All of them have excellent skills (A+), brilliant work ethic, and bottom line- I have and will continue to send anyone needing Physical Therapy to them, including family members! These guys are excellent, every single one. and you have done training with us!

Experiencia fantástica: My doctor referred me to PT for some back, shoulder and neck pain I was experiencing. I chose Robbins for treatment and I’m so glad I did. Heather is fantastic, she was able to pinpoint where my problem areas were, and helped me strengthen the right muscles to alleviate these issues. The environment is warm and welcoming, and the entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A huge thank you to Heather and the entire Robbins team for getting me back on track!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome! Been coming for a little over a month now and am feeling much better. My knees are actually starting to bend when I walk. I don't trip over my own feet anymore. Would highly recommend them to everyone! I feel I've made a lot of progress in just a short time! Looking forward to riding a bike and going dancing again! That's my goal!

Experiencia fantástica: After multiple setbacks with one of the major health networks in the Lehigh Valley, I started going to Robbins to get back on track after my ACL reconstruction in January. From the moment I stepped foot in the door, all of the personnel and staff were welcoming and friendly; from the front office staff (Carly, Paige, Mike) to the PTs, aides, and interns (Emily, Nick, Dan, Heather), all are very capable and put the patient first. At previous PT providers, I have had anxiety when I had to deviate from a known and trusted physical therapist. Not so at Robbins! I enjoy their ability to challenge me (though I jokingly grumble about it) while preventing further injury. They listen to the patient and can pivot their approach for how the patient feels that day. I have referred family and friends to Robbins and won't be seeking an alternate provider for my needs any time soon!

Experiencia fantástica: When I get bored, I injure myself. How? No idea! Why?! Because I like the people here! I'm a competitive weightlifter who is, unfortunately, aging (albeit gracefully). Over the last 7 ish years, I've had nagging injuries and nuance "omg I can't squat without pain!" There were a few times when I thought I'd be done lifting forever and even debated if lifting anything over 10 pounds would be feasible. Walking was challenging with the SI and then piriformis issue. I digress! This time, I'm in for a likely SLAP tear in my shoulder and decrease range of motion/pain. I was gifted the opportunity to work with Emily and Dan (and of course the awesome assistants including Emily, Ben and a newer gal which for the life of me I cannot remember her name right now...Vanessa? Virginia? Sorry!!!) Both of these therapists somehow find the exact point of pain and resistance and remind me why I should see them sooner. Apparently waiting 9 months did not do me any favors on this one! Again, I digress! If you want a mediocre staff who does a "one size fits all" routine, don't choose Robbins. If you want DPTs, PTs, and PTAs who take time to know you, diagnose your injury, and set up a customized plan for recovery, come here. It's not easy. I learned a whole other set of colorful language while Emily and Dan dug into my shoulder today. I'm fairly certain they get great joy out of seeing me sweat! But ya know what? ALL of my issues have been fixed over the years. I have no doubt that my shoulder will be good as new in a few months. Months..yes...you have to put in the work even while not in the office. My goal is 100% back to lifting and getting back on the platform. If I didn't trust Robbins, I wouldn't be back. Again.

Experiencia fantástica: After having years of pain and limited mobility in my right ankle, Dakota was able to manipulate the ankle and release most of the tension causing severe pain and swelling. I can't say enough good things about the entire staff at Robbins Rehab throughout the many years of Rehab at Robbins. The staff has a great attitude towards being compassionate while pushing you to maintain progress and recover from injury.
