I love the fact that he doesn't talk to me in jargon I don't understand, but in lamen terms that can make me better understand my care.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at VPT Grand Prairie exceeded any and all expectations I had for my recovery. Within a year of my injury, I am fully recovered and stronger than ever. After tearing my ACL in February and having reconstruction surgery in May - I was not expecting to be back to normal so quickly. Within 7 months I was out of therapy and back to all my normal activities feeling stronger and more confident in my abilities than ever. I can't thank all of them enough for everything they helped with me with over the past several months!

I called to see why, and they told me they would call me back! No one did! I kept calling, and still no one returned my call to tell me why I owed this money! Now it's on my credit!
