Experiencia fantástica: I have not had the pleasure of visiting your facility. But I’m doing a review to get a response from the owner. I did research on Dr. Abraham about a year ago and knew that I wanted her to be my PT. I had some insurance changes and I was ready to book an appointment which I did earlier this year. I’m going to be honest just like one of the other reviews, I wasn’t sure about moving forward after speaking to the person who answers your phone. I just told her that I will forfeit my deposit because you guys are unable to give me the PT codes upfront, so I can make sure this is covered by my insurance. It is really odd to have a doctor unable to provide those ahead of time because that is how insurance bills. I have seen a lot of specialist and so have my children and I have never been told by a receptionist that a doctor takes insurance but then be told you pay up front and then submit the bill “to see if you can be reimbursed” So I’m not sure does your team not have a billing and coder or what, it would make more sense to just say that versus just telling a patient this is how it has to be done because this is not how it’s usually done when a doctor accepts insurance. I just wanted to say that cause I’m truly baffled by your process. Maybe I’ll try again in the future when it wouldn’t be an issue if my insurance was to tell me I can’t be reimbursed.

Experiencia fantástica: I had an appointment with Dr. B! She was incredibly informed and had a very thorough consultation with me so we could discuss my plan for postpartum recovery! I felt very heard and loved that she set a realistic expectation for my goals. The establishment is very clean and beautiful and everyone is very nice!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Hamilton (aka Dr B) has been an outstanding physical therapist for me. At my very first visit, she made it abundantly clear that I was free to stop or decline any treatment or exercise that I was uncomfortable with, at any time. She constantly communicates what she is doing, what to expect next – there are no surprises. She is very attuned to body language and facial expressions, so she often makes adjustments to what she is doing before being asked. This attentive, intuitive care is extremely important for a person with a trauma history receiving pelvic floor therapy, and is what allows the therapy to be effective. And, effective it is. After a thorough intake consultation, therapy sessions are a full hour of undivided attention. I am six sessions in and have measurable results, and I feel like the way Dr Hamilton works with me is the reason. She answers questions patiently, follows up after every session by email, and sends homework and strategies that complement the therapy very well. The office is lovely – clean and inviting. The rooms are kept clean, light, and comfortable. There is always privacy, and rarely any delays. They do offer a monthly membership plan which significantly cuts the cost of visits; however, it is not flexible by even one day. If you miss using a membership visit by even one day, you lose it, no exceptions – I was disappointed to learn this when it happened to me. They do allow you to see a different therapist if necessary to fit in your visits, but this is something to be aware of before committing if your personal flexibility is limited like mine is. Overall, I truly feel like Triggered is the best choice for pelvic floor PT in the DFW area, at least in my experience. They are definitely patient-centric, committed to long term results. If you are unsure about going, don’t be. I waited a year to go in and wish I hadn’t. I’d recommend Dr Hamilton without reservation.

My symptoms have decreased and the explanation and guidance of my exercises at home have allowed me to continue my recovery. Once again I want to let her know how much I appreciate her dedication. I have been so happy and excited with my progress.

She sounded hurried and almost impatient, which made me secondguess what I was getting into. All that changed when I visited with Dr. Yeni. She was very open and attentive when she asked questions about my history. For the first time after my miscarriage, I felt relieved to talk about how I truly felt. I was so encouraged especially since I'd never done any kind of fertility physical therapy before. I will definitely keep going to Dr. Yeni and hope the sessions bring great results for me.

The offices are nicely decorated and they have some healthy snacks and drinks on hand for patients. I would definitely recommend to anyone seeking pelvic floor therapy.

After multiple c-sections, I know my body has been through a lot and I felt I was able to explain my medical history and current pains and she was very attentive and affirming. I learned alot in my initial visit and look forward to continuing especially with her as a pelvic floor specialist.

Experiencia fantástica: This place takes Blue Cross Blue Shield which is great and they’ll work with you on payment plans for your copays and not even be rude about it the front desk lady is nice too. Anyways don’t hesitate to go to pelvic floor therapy seriously it saved my life and Dr. Duncan is sooo sweet and helpful and actually cares about your comfort, consent, and results. I’ve read good reviews about the other doctors there too so really you can’t go wrong with any of them it seems like. People who don’t know about this really need to be aware of it, theres so many things that we deal in pregnancy and birth with that we seriously don’t have to put up with anymore lol. But yeah it’s been wonderful and I have much more peace of mind for my due date coming up thanks to Dr. Duncan. No regrets I’m so glad I went

Experiencia fantástica: I am not sure where to start about Dr. Abraham. Her office has the cutest room that makes me feel welcomed in. Dr. Abraham makes sure she accommodates mine needs to communicate with each other effectively. She is the best PT I've had. She takes the time to listen to me. She helped me realize that all the pains I've been having are not just in my head. She is the first doctor who made me finally feel heard for the first time. One of my new favorite phrases from her about female symptoms is, "It may be common, but it doesn't mean it is normal." When I have millions of questions for her, she answers them all to the best of her ability. And she helps make me feel more comfortable to discuss my issues with. Like it is a safe place to discuss with no judgment. Also, Dr. Abraham is always willing to work with other doctors to ensure I get the proper treatment I need. She is awesome. And I would recommend anyone to her for pelvic PT. If you ever have any doubt about any pain you're feeling, go to Dr. Abraham. She will help you navigate through it as she did with me!

She listens without judgment and is always willing to answer any questions so that you can better understand your body and the treatments she is providing. She is full of suggestions and yet always respects your decision at the end of the day. Healing doesn’t happen overnight, but she has been such a dedicated provider and I truly feel blessed to be her patient. She shows up to every appointment with her full attention and is always sharing resources to further your care. They really care about their patients, and it shows!

I started coming here for a curvature in my back at the beginning of July and I've seen such great results especially from the regular cupping therapy. I love that it’s Black Owned as well. Highly recommend

I felt like she took my health concerns and discomfort seriously, instead of brushing them off as just another part postpartum. Women can have better than “deal with it,” and Dr. Abraham wants to help with that. I’ll update my review as I continue treatment with her practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I honestly had just accepted that I would have to keep suffering in silence because I just didn’t have any hope in modern medicine. I saw Dr. Yeni after the leg pain I had during my pregnancy just wouldn’t go away even after 6 months. During my first appointment, it was pretty clear that Dr. Yeni was very committed to treating/healing me and not just rushing me out the door. Her exam was thorough and she has an excellent bedside manner. For the first time, I feel like I won’t always have to live with this pain and I’m so excited to continue my treatments with Dr. Yeni!

Experiencia fantástica: I am 35 weeks pregnant and I have been experiencing severe pelvic pain since my third trimester started, and I have been visiting with a chiropractor but I was not experiencing complete improvement. My midwife referred me to Triggered to combine chiropractor care and physiotherapy. I scheduled an appt with Josie. My first appt was yesterday, it lasted 60 min and I already feel so much better. She did an extend evaluation and then we did some exercises together. She was very knowledgeable and professional but at the same time very nice to talk to. The appointment in general gave me so much hope to have a better quality of life for the rest of my pregnancy. She sent me home with a complete exercise program and several recommendation regarding my condition. I am so thankful, it was totally worthy!

Experiencia fantástica: When my formerly flexible back became stiff and painful last year, I fought the idea of going to a medical dr to avoid unnecessary medications and scary scans, and definitely not a chiropractor. Thankfully I found triggered PT. After my first appointment, I couldn't imagine where else I would've gone. My back was happy and I came back again and again. Dr. Yeni provided such compassionate and professional care, she thoroughly knows the body and bones. I was taken through sessions of various exercises and maneuvers specifically targeted for my back that gradually got me out of stiffness and ultimately pain. I'm no longer ouching and hurting everytime I sit, stand too long or lay down. Oh and they provided dry needling services as well for my extra tense muscles. I'm so thankful for triggered PT, and will definitely go again!
