Experiencia fantástica: Been going to Classic Rehabilitation for almost a year now have nothing but praise for all the staff. I have cronic back pain after 2 back surgeries in a year. G the therapist in the aquatic pool is a awesome and very helpful. Adam and his staff are the best and amazing. The establishment is professional, well run and maintained and clean.

Experiencia negativa: Worst kept place I have ever seen. In the Aqua area, the showers have no pressure, the safety strips on the shower floors sre missing and peeling. The handrails in the pool are loose and dangerous. The Aqua Therapist is competent and friendly. The 'manager' thinks she is above everyone. Does not listen as she has predetermined she is right snd everyone else is wrong. An educated ignoramus!!!! Some of the physical therapists are argumentative and also believe they are above you. If you can, I suggest you find a more professional therapy center, they are not worth the aggravation!!!

Experiencia negativa: Went to work never got paid guess because I took another position elsewhere (more pay) I reached out multiple times no response. It’s still not right I didn’t get paid for the time I spent there in training. Very unprofessional and not to mention they start you off w no experience pay even though you have a lot of related work experience.

They made an error over seven or eight visits they charged me way more than they were supposed to. Be sure to call your insurance and make sure you know what they should charge you because this place will overcharge you for services that should be significantly cheaper if you do not watch them.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful for all the care and support I have received at Classic Rehabilitation after an accident left me with a broken arm, dislocated elbow, severe soft tissue damage to the entire arm (including hand and wrist), and a frozen shoulder. I was unable to write, type or drive a car. After four months of tri-weekly sessions I have regained full use of my arm, complete functionality, and am back to all my regular activities. Classic Rehabilitation is a small office in a residential area, with trees outside the windows and soothing surroundings. The smaller area means that you are constantly monitored and staff are always close by. At Classic Rehabilitation there was always someone available if I had any questions. Staff members walking by are always checking in on you and would always ask how I was doing. They were constantly keeping an eye on me and making sure I was performing the exercises safely and correctly. It felt wonderful to be so supported! I greatly appreciated it. I cannot say enough about the kindness, support and encouragement of my physical therapist, Dr. Sayli Erande, and the PTAs who helped me in my training: Mohammad, Adam, Shan, Lynnae, and Nikeya. The massage therapist Treasure, the assistants Kaleb, Victor and Tony, and intern Hailey, were always cheerful, helpful, patient and inspiring. The front desk staff, Brianna and Luz, were always so pleasant and helpful, especially when I was dealing with complicated health insurance issues. Miss Tierney was a joyous ray of sunshine, and her presence made any day better! I cannot thank any of them enough! All the staff named, and anyone else who I worked with whose name I have forgotten, I greatly appreciate! May you all be happy, healthy, and receive big raises, for you surely deserve it for all your hard work! Thank you again!

Dr. Erande is both very professional and refreshingly personal in her bedside manner; she listens and customizes the therapy to the individual. Her empathetic approach engenders cooperation and good results. She has assembled a competent team of techs who are led by Adam he has stretched my tendons and increased my mobility and endurance. I have improved to the point that I am going back packing this week end.

She was attended by the extremely knowledgeable and experienced staff Dr. Sayli Erande. She gave her surgery alternatives and explained to her each and every issue and went above and beyond to give her multiple solutions. She had excellent bedside manner and was very empathetic towards all that my mother is going through. She is religiously following the exercises Dr. Erande gave her and we can already see a lot of difference. Experiencia negativa: Classic rehab used to be good, but not anymore. There billing department is rude and unprofessional. I was told that I could not go here, which I had been going here for quite awhile, because they needed authorization from my insurance and that was weeks ago. I call the front desk and they give me the run around like billing hasn’t got back with me yet and they never call you back. The place has gone downhill such as missing tiles on the floor by the pool area. They now don’t provide you with towels, which is not a big deal but you can tell that management is cutting corners so they can keep up with their upscale lifestyle instead of putting money back into their business. They no longer care about your well-being because your just another dollar sign to them. Upset and saddened I will find another rehab.

I had been in a lot of physical pain for over a year. Within two weeks they had me completely off all pain killers. My shoulder is doing great! Experiencia fantástica: The therapy staff here is exceptional and it is shown through there attention to detail, their thorough explanation of the recovery process and the care provided. All the therapist and techs are well diverse and make you feel welcome from day one. After having surgery to my ankle 8 weeks ago, I have already noticed a significant increase in ROM and pain level has decreased greatly since coming. They offer Aquatic therapy with under water treadmill and the land equipment is well maintained and a variety of choices are available. Not to mention they are open late and offer therapy on saturdays as well. I have referred several co workers and all speak highly of staff.

And I can't say enough good things about the underwater treadmill. It was literally life-changing for me. In fact, my experience at this facility has been life-changing. Since May 1, I have lost 105 lb, and still working at it, and they have been an integral part of this process. I am very thankful to have found them!
