Experiencia fantástica: We have had a PT, an OT, and a PT who specializes in pelvic floor, working with my husband with Parkinson's. It has been amazing as each one has understood his needs and we have seen positive results with each of their work and programs with him!! Not only were there positive results, but each therapist is personable and was able to connect socially with my husband. They not only have knowledge that is applicable and bears results, but they have been a welcomed "friend" to our home. My husband has had Parkinson's for 11 years, and we right away started PT 2x a year, so we have had several experiences with different PTs and settings. However, of all of them, we highly recommend "Vitality At Home"! Absolutely!

Experiencia fantástica: Vitality At Home was referred to me by a client who was more than satisfied with the service and the results of her therapy. I had an issue about a year ago. I liked the idea of in-home therapy opposed to going to a facility. I called. Vitality At Home. They were prompt in their response. The service was always reliable, punctual, and Karen was thorough. When my father was recently discharged from rehabilitation for a fall resulting in a spinal lumbar fracture and there was no follow up for OT or PR for a week.I reached out to Jenna.from Vitality At Home. She responded immediately, handled the necessary paperwork for insurance and had a therapist there the same day. She also scheduled three other OT and PT visits the same week. I cannot say enough about Jenna, the professionalism, prompt service, and competent staff of this organization. My father’s mobility has improved beyond our expectations.Three strikes and you get an A+.

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to let you know that since I signed up with you last fall, it has changed everything. The first 6 months I worked daily to get my exercises in and met all my goals. I was feeling pretty good until I fell into an "oh me" couple of months. I can't thank you enough for pulling me out of it and getting me back on track. After starting the new and updated program, three weeks into it, my reps have improved and my weights are getting heavier! I can't believe how much better I feel in just 3 weeks. This might have to be a life long experience. Thanks for sticking with me and being my best cheerleader. Looking forward to continuing to get stronger and just feeling better! It's amazing what regular exercise does for a person!

But most importantly she encouraged (pushed) me to see my doctor for high blood pressure. Once that was in control, she provided me with a daily exercise regimen which is working great. I have even resumed playing pickle ball! I highly recommend Karen as a therapist. And even more than that, as someone who truly cares for our well being.

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend Vitality at Home for any physical therapy needs. Karen is the best PT! She is always on time, well prepared and listens to my concerns. She has worked with me to set goals for my physical condition and gave me the right exercises to help improve my problem areas. When an exercise doesn't seem to work she is able to provide alternate exercises or ways of doing them that does help. Karen is also great at releasing muscle tension and helped me to get much better range of motion and balance. It's awesome having a whole hour, one on one, with a physical therapist. You don't get that going to a big office. I tell everyone about this company!

My mother in law is 99..after many falls these last 10 years ….living inn her own home until 96….this last fall in December 2022 was huge and we did not think she would be wheelchair bound!! Because of this home therapy group that go to heather hills retirement home…..she is standing and even walking quite a bit with therapist and family….we are able to take her out again and she is SAFE….thanks to Helen who is also a dementia specialist!! Sessions are very affordable and the therapist are able to help staff and help with equipment needs! You are never too old to keep moving and improve! Has to be the key to longevity!

Experiencia fantástica: My shoulder was dislocated and ultimately, surgically repaired. I've been told that rehab for a shoulder is the worst part, but Dr. Jenna Smiith has made the whole process bearable. She measures progress every visit and tailors the stretches and exercises to my individual performance, or lack of. Her enthusiasm is contagious and helps to motivate me to do the stretches every day, and usually a couple of times per day. She spends time and studies how I'm moving and adjusts each stretch to maximize my efforts. It's a real plus that she comes to our home or my office which saves lots of time and allows me to focus on doing the stretches and exercises the right way because I have supervision. Her weekly plans are clear, concise, and well thought out, which I think, is why my progress has been so remarkable. I'm three months post op and my flexibility is mostly returned and I have very little residual pain. I'm looking forward to continuing to do all of the things that I've done my whole life. I would encourage anyone to give Vitality at Home a try for your long term health!

She explains why she is doing certain exercises, explains the science behind how and why things work as they do, and pushes the patient with kindness and humor. She is on time and has a wide range of tools to use to help the patient achieve the best possible outcome. She has been working with a 72 year old male, my dad, that has multiple strokes and a whole slew of medical issues. So we have had our share of physical, speech, and occupational therapists, and Jenna tops that list. She quickly adapts exercises to work for him. I can't say enough about how wonderful, insightful, determined, and flexible Jenna is. Jenna knows her stuff forwards and backwards and we have seen great improvement.

Experiencia fantástica: Our experience with Vitality at Home has been very positive. The traveling service they provide is very convenient and needed for those who don't drive. My Dad has been working with his Physical Therapist Liz and has made great progress in a short time. He has seen improvement in strength and mobility and because of that has better quality of life. They are both very friendly and very knowledgeable, kind yet firm with their treatment of him, had a variety of exercises, and always spoke directly to him and also let us discuss things with them. It was also a blessing to us to have therapists that would come to the house, as it is very difficult to get my Dad out. We highly recommend them!

I'm not very good at consistency with my exercises, but as a coach and a motivator I always want to do them for her. My muscles are more flexible and I am pain free! More importantly my balance has improved so much that I have not had a fall in over a year!

Experiencia fantástica: I had schoulderpain and went to a different Physical Therapist who forcibly worked on my shoulder. which really made the pain worse. Liz came to my house and she worked really gentle trying to wake up muscles I hadn't used before and strengthening other muscles to use them in a different way. I feel that my pain gradually became less and the therapy really helped thanks to Liz!

After COVID my Dad couldn’t walk on his own and had severely deteriorated. He was going to another physical therapist and was not seeing ANY results. Jenna has had INCREDIBLE results AND he looks forward to seeing with her and working out ( altho he’s exhausted afterwards) more than any other event in his life currently. She has the knowledge, education and experience to work wonders on your elderly loved ones. 5 stars are not enough for Jenna and Vitality at Home.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a 49 year old stroke survivor, with a left side problem, and I could not walk at all before starting to work with Jenna Smith and Vitality at Home. After some time with Jenna. I can now hobble down the hall with a cane,’ moving my previously recalcitrant left leg. I love working with Jenna because of her positive attitude, and even more so because she comes in with a plan, a plan to get you better. When I start walking again, and I will, she will deserve full credit. She’s also talked me out of some ill considered ideas, proving that she’s also very wise. My recovery going so much better since I engaged Vitality at Home, it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Experiencia fantástica: I found out about Vitality At Home through the Area Agency on Aging's Caregiver Resource Network a couple months ago and decided it wouldn't hurt to try getting physical therapy for my grandmother to avoid having to place her in a longterm care facility. I expected a long wait for services, but was able to get started within a week of reaching out. Even before the decline we have seen from COVID my grandmother has been slowly declining in mobility and independence over the last few years and no physical or occupational therapy program seemed to work. My grandmother was in the worst physical shape she had ever been in and in just 12 sessions with Vitality At Home she is already so much better. The individualized care and goal setting has really helped to not only make taking care of her at home easier and safer but also lifted my grandmother's spirits and given her hope of gaining some independence back. Over the years we have worked with many different programs but this is by far the best. Just wish we had started sooner!
