Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer K is fantastic along with her assistant Emily S. I had a very pleasant & educational experience while attending visits for my old knee injury!! There has been so much success with all the exercises she advised me to do!! I have so much more lower leg & hip strength!! And no more pain!! After months of suffering with pain. Finally some relief!! So thankful!!

Experiencia negativa: I was a client here for 16 sessions. Made great strides and set physical goals that I achieved during that time. However when it came time for renewal, I was told there would be a 1 month gap in my care. This was something that could've been avoided as they could've gotten the approval in a more timely manner in order to help bridge this gap. They seem to prioritize filling out their schedule up to a month out, rather than the continuity of care for their clientele.

Experiencia negativa: Called to make an appointment for a very stiff neck, back and shoulder pain I was thrilled that they had next day availability. Unfortunately when I asked if the initial appointment would include massage or would it just be evaluation I was told they don’t do massage there. Really? I’m in so much discomfort and they want me to do stretching and exercises? Ridiculous!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been making a lot of progress since getting physical and occupational therapy here. I really like the staff too!

Experiencia negativa: They canceled my appointment after i had to leave work early to be there. Had me down for a late cancel from a previous appointment even though it was not canceled only rescheduled for the same day. My therapist was great. To bad I will be finding someone new. Not her fault, just the front office.
