Deep tissue, which just melts you into the table. Another which I'll call her the energy massage. My goodness, she hit every point and it truly felt reviving. Experiencia negativa: Treatment is decent but they are sharks!! they will try to get you to come in as many times a week they possibly can they know the insurance company’s will pay so they try to suck them dry. then if you can’t make it to an appointment or cancel they charge you 50$ they will blow you up with text and calls begging you to come in to appointments with an urgency like they need money to keep there lights on!

They have exercise plans and great chiropractors. Multiple massage therapist so you can find the right one, And much more to offer. I highly recommend soft wave, it worked wonders for my neck and lower back. Acupuncture was great as well, never tried it before and I’m glad I did. All of this is in the same building, and they work with your schedule if you are a busy person. I told my fiancé about valley view, now she’s been going in for back pain with pregnancy since she was about 3 months along. It’s like a family and I always felt comfortable with everyone.

Every time I show up for an appointment the staff is always warm and welcoming. Their warmness also shows in their high work ethic and personableness. The staff always take the time to listen to any concerns you may have and explain things in a way that makes sense to the average person. The services I have had here range from deep tissue massage, laser therapy, decompression chair, physical therapy, and realignments. All the services I have received have been high quality and tentative to get me pain free. It’s also amazing that they have a great consistent quality of work. The amount of staffing they have on hand is impressive! In the past I have called last minute to try and get some pain relief. From the time I called to the time I was out their door pain free was about an hour (45 minutes was of that was an amazing deep tissue massage). If you are a Veteran in the local area and are not getting relief from the not so personal “adjustments” they give at the VA. Contact community care and ask to be referred to Valley View!

Experiencia negativa: LMT Ryan M. intentionally injured me multiple times. Not following my treatment plan, refusing to take physical and verbal cues and requests to stop hurting me. I stopped going after being injured multiple times by the same LMT. As he was forcefully trying to implement Chiropractic adjustments during my Massage Sessions. Further injuring my lower lumbar spine causing lifelong damage that can not be undone.

Experiencia fantástica: Only been going here for about a month twice a week and as I have a ways to go I feel a bit better already! I had a crazy pregnancy ending in unexpected c-section in November 2021 (luckily healthy baby), a miscarriage May 2022, an ectopic pregnancy that led to the removal of my right fallopean tube in November 2022 and am now expecting again (happy surprise). The beginning of this pregnancy I was very sick and lost consciousness at home in April, had fallen and was out for a more than a few minutes before being found on the floor and ambulanced to the hospital for a week. Needless to say my body had been through A LOT the past few years and this pregnancy has been really rough on my body! The neck, shoulder, back and leg pain has been very extreme for me! Along with nonstop headaches. But Louise is absolutely AMAZING with her massage work!! Seriously has magic hands I swear! She can work out just about any knots and work out a head ache! Also helps me with tips on things I can do at home! I am so very thankful for her! The whole staff is really kind and helpful but hands down Louise is a life saver and is so helpful!!! 10/10 recommend!!!!

They use everything from traditional medicine like massage and acupuncture, to the latest in technology stuff I had never even heard of before, like softwave treatment. Every masseuse has been very talented, for reals I have enjoyed the four different people I have had and their personal styles, (they have more than four people doing massage therapy) The team doing exercises have been really good at targeting the problem areas and working through different stretches, exercises, and techniques to work on at home with the intent of accelerating your recovery. Every chiropractic adjustment I have received have been extremely helpful, and the several Doctors doing them are clearly very knowledgeable, and talented. Then there is acupuncture…which I have always dismissed…my wife convinced me to try it, as she had a great experience at Vallyview, and particularly with the acupuncture treatment… I am glad to be proven wrong on that one. The treatment from the acupuncture honestly put my care over the top to real results, real pain relief, and real healing. I cannot recommend this fine group of people enough. They really care about your recovery, and it shows. From the moment you set your first assessment appointment, through your treatment plan, I assure you, you are in the very best of hands. Dr. Heath provided me with chiropractic care, which included adjustments to realign my spine and alleviate pressure on my nerves. He also recommended massages, which helped to relieve muscle tension and reduce pain. I found the massages to be very effective and relaxing. Additionally, I received softwave therapy and laser therapy to help speed up the healing process. The softwave therapy was a non-invasive treatment that used high-frequency sound waves to stimulate healing in my injured tissue. The laser therapy, on the other hand, used a low-level laser to reduce inflammation and promote circulation in the affected area. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of care I received at Valleyview Injury + Physical Medicine. Dr. Heath was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided me with effective treatments that helped me feel better. The staff at the clinic were also very professional and helpful. I was referred to Valleyview Injury + Physical Medicine in Gresham and their Staff was polite and helpful to get me the care I needed. From Administration, Drs, Masseuse, Acupuncture to physical Therapist I felt love and treated like family from all. Although fully 100% back to myself again putting the accident behind me thanks to the crew at Valleyview Injury I will definitely miss the smiling faces and people that I now call my family. Experiencia fantástica: I found this amazing place after I was in a horrible car accident a few months ago. After my first visit, I knew this is where I was meant to go. The staff is amazing and so personable. I felt comfortable and cared for from the moment I walked in. They treat you like you've known them forever. They have everything here. Massage, chiropractic, laser, physical therapy, and more. You can come in and get all of the things done in one visit. So convienent, especially for busy moms. I came in one day when I thought I had an appointment (I didn't) they fit me in immediately and didn't make me feel like an inconvenience. I love this place and have recommended it to all my family and friends and even the residents at my work. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!
